The Diputación de Lugo still has not settled the damp at the Pazo de San Marcos, now 24.4 per cent dearer

The damp repairs at the Pazo Provincial de San Marcos go to tender again at 13,210 euros above the Diputación de Lugo's previous tender. In the Lugo comarca, Lugo city council is asking for bids to build the Lucas Ferro Caaveiro car park, two homes of 63 and 78 metres await bids until the 15th and eleven companies are registered, one above the previous edition's count.

Lucas Ferro Caaveiro opens its park-and-ride tender at 136,571 euros

The Hula takes almost six of every ten euros

Lucas Ferro Caaveiro is to have park-and-ride parking and already seeks a builder. On 2 October Lugo city council published on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the construction of the park-and-ride car park on Calle Lucas Ferro Caaveiro, priced at 136,571 euros sin IVA, before VAT. It accepts bids until 23 October.
Río Eo and the Hula have sought a contractor since September. The park-and-ride car park on Calle Río Eo remains out to tender, a public competition in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for 62,757 euros before VAT, and the paving of the municipal car parks at the Hula, tendered for 281,781 euros before VAT, accepts bids until 13 October. The three jobs total 481,108 euros before VAT.

The Pazo de San Marcos is once again seeking someone to repair its damp. The Diputación Provincial de Lugo, the provincial council, keeps open until 21 October the damp repairs on the north side of the Pazo Provincial de San Marcos, tendered for 67,401 euros before VAT. The previous tender is listed as resolved and was tendered for 54,191 euros before VAT. The new one rises by 13,210 euros, or 24.4 per cent.
The LU-P-2918 and the LU-P-2922 use up their deadline today. The Diputación takes bids until today, 7 October, for the resurfacing of the LU-P-2918 and the LU-P-2922, between the city of Lugo and O Corgo, tendered for 360,097 euros before VAT, the largest open job in the Lugo comarca.
Three Lugo city council jobs now show their chosen contractor. The Plataforma shows three municipal jobs as awarded, with the company already chosen. The pedestrian-friendly redesign of the Plaza de San Lorenzo, tendered for 387,813 euros before VAT, is listed with NOVAVIAL. The pedestrian-friendly redesign of Calle 85, tendered for 322,959 euros before VAT, with CONSTRUCCIONES SANLE LUGO. The improvement of two rural lanes, tendered for 55,226 euros before VAT, with OGALIA CONTRATAS.
Castroverde and O Corgo, no builder yet. The Diputación has not yet chosen a company for the generator sets for six centres for older people, one in Castroverde, tendered in 6 lots for 230,538 euros before VAT, nor has O Corgo town council for the street lighting in San Pedro de Cerceda, tendered for 47,187 euros before VAT.

Two homes of 63 and 78 metres in the city of Lugo end their bidding on 15 October

A 63-metre house adds 211 of yard and land. A subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, offers on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, a detached house in the city of Lugo of about 63 metres, with about 211 of yard and land, according to the notice. The building, from 1960, has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates, of 126,440 euros.
The second home has 78 usable metres and the same closing date. The other home at auction in the city measures 78 usable metres, not counting a private terrace. These are the only 2 auctions in the Lugo comarca.

Eleven new companies gather 88,035 euros in the city of Lugo, 12,965 less than the last edition

Transport and cleaning pull clear of the rest

The BORME registers 11 companies and every one chooses the city. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, recorded 3 incorporations on 29 September, 3 on 1 October and 5 on 5 October, all in the city of Lugo. They hold 88,035 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, against the 101,000 of the 10 in the last edition.
Cleaning and transport contribute 68.2 per cent. LIMPIEZAS LYM SERVICIOS INTEGRALES, a building cleaning firm, and a road transport company each start with 30,000 euros, according to the gazettes of 5 October and 29 September. The only one linked to the property sector includes buying, selling and development and starts with 3,000.
Food, insurance, health and beauty retail and industry complete the list. Completing the list are FAMA GALLEGA LAB, in fairs and food, in the gazette of the 29th. BALUARTE MEDIADORES, in insurance, NORBALIA CUREL, in food stalls, and BEROBREOS, in health and beauty retail, in the one of the 1st. LUCUSTEC SERVIZOS, in industrial machinery, STKLIVERY, in graphic arts, and OPULENZA ESTHETICS, in aesthetic medicine, in the one of the 5th.
The grants register brings two calls and an agreement with Cáritas Diocesana de Lugo. The BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register of grants, published a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for professional organisations and farming associations and a training scholarship for university graduates. The regional agreement with Cáritas Diocesana de Lugo on getting people into work already has its recipient, and the Diputación published the rules of its 9th photography competition.

From 29 September to 6 October 2026, the Lugo comarca concentrates its activity in its main city. The Diputación repeats the Pazo de San Marcos tender with a bigger budget, and today the margin for bidding on its two roads towards O Corgo runs out, where Cerceda's street lighting remains without a builder. Lugo city council announces the Lucas Ferro Caaveiro park-and-ride site and keeps open the Río Eo one and the paving at the Hula, while San Lorenzo, Calle 85 and the rural lanes of Pedreda and Benade appear as awarded. In Castroverde the lot of generator sets for the older people's centre has no builder either. The auctions cover two homes and all eleven newly formed companies belong to the city. Two regional calls and an agreement with Cáritas Diocesana de Lugo reach the grants register. Portomarín, Rábade, Guntín, Friol and Outeiro de Rei add no company, no auction and no works in their own territory in the sources reviewed.
