Lugo city council seeks bids until 13 October to resurface the Hula car parks, a 281,780 euro contract

Lugo city council opens bidding this week on the Hula and Río Eo car parks. Ten new companies with 101,000 euros arrive in the Lugo comarca. The provincial Diputación accepts offers on the LU-P-2918 towards O Corgo until 7 October.

The LU-P-2918 almost doubles the next open road

Lugo city council puts the surfacing of the municipal Hula car parks out to tender. Published on 22 September, the works are put out to tender for 281,780.71 euros excluding VAT and are the largest the city council has published this week. Companies can bid until 13 October.
The commuter car parks on Calle Río Eo go out to tender with FEDER, EU regional development money. Published on 28 September, the contract is put out to tender for 62,756.53 euros excluding VAT and the European Union pays 60 per cent. It has the longest deadline of the four, until 19 October.
Bidding for the rural roads of Benade and Pedreda closes this Thursday 1 October. The city council wants to resurface the access road to the A Lagoa farm, in Benade, and the access road to the village of Pedreda from the N-640, in works put out to tender for 55,225.79 euros excluding VAT.
The Diputación wants a builder to restore the LU-P-2918 from Lugo city to O Corgo. It covers 5.7 kilometres of the road from Lugo to Santa María de Bóveda and Adai, plus the LU-P-2922 from Carballido, put out to tender for 360,097.11 euros excluding VAT. It almost doubles the next open Diputación road and accepts bids until 7 October.

Two homes of 77 and 63 square metres within Lugo municipality stop taking bids on 15 October

The homes close in 15 days and the Treasury warehouse in 16

A 77 usable square metre flat within Lugo municipality is open to bids. The notice describes a flat of 77 usable square metres in a voluntary auction that opened on 25 September. Bidding runs until 15 October.
The second is a house of some 63 square metres in the parish of Albeiros, within the municipality of Lugo. The building, from 1960 and with a single home, has a CasasValue of 126,440 euros. The court auction also opened on 25 September and closes on 15 October.
The Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, the Social Security treasury, is selling a warehouse on the Ceao industrial estate. It published the auction of the warehouse on 22 September, with bids until 16 October.
A second Treasury asset in Lugo city is still at prior notice stage. On 17 September it announced the sale of another property in the city of Lugo, dated 26 October. It does not yet accept bids.

Rúa Nova, Campo Castelo, the Ronda footbridge and the Canoeing School already have a builder

More than half of the city works already have a builder

Construcciones Sanle Lugo will pave Rúa Nova and Campo Castelo. The city council resolved both tenders this week, Rúa Nova, put out to tender for 81,663.78 euros excluding VAT, and Campo Castelo, put out to tender for 72,797.51.
Novavial will refurbish the changing rooms of the Canoeing School. The Diputación contract was resolved this week, put out to tender for 293,790.19 euros excluding VAT.
The footbridge over the Ronda da República Arxentina goes to UTE Citanias Geocaminos, a temporary business grouping. It is the largest on the list, put out to tender for 948,047.03 euros excluding VAT. Bidding closed on 25 May.
The Museo Provincial gardens move to resolved. This week the Diputación resolved the first phase of the improvement of the gardens, put out to tender for 135,082.43 euros excluding VAT. The Platform has not yet published the company.
San Lorenzo and street 85 still await a decision. Bidding for the two pedestrianisation schemes closed on 15 September, San Lorenzo put out to tender for 387,813.36 euros excluding VAT and street 85 for 322,959.15. Also waiting for a company is the generator for the Diputación centres for older people, worth 230,538.33 euros excluding VAT in six lots, one in Castroverde.

Ten newly formed companies based in Lugo city pool 101,000 euros

The law firm and the haulier put in almost two of every three euros

Ten new companies set up their registered office in Lugo city. The BORME, the companies gazette, published seven incorporations on 24 September and three on the 29th, with 101,000 euros of capital between them.
A law firm and a haulier contribute almost two thirds of the capital. They are followed by Trebellar Enterprise, in telecommunications, and the other seven start out with the same capital each (BORME).
The others cover everything from air conditioning to fruit. Frigelu de Climatización, Inca Consultoría Empresarial, JLA Nexus, Arando Arneiro and Arando Mandeo, the last two in fruit trees and nuts, were incorporated on the 24th. On the 29th came Fama Gallega Lab, in trade fairs and conferences, and a company providing auxiliary financial services (BORME).
Lugo city council opens grants for equality. The Junta de Gobierno Local, the executive board, approved on 21 September the call for gender equality, the integration of women and affective and sexual diversity, published on the 25th. Requirements, amount and deadline are in the call.

From 22 to 29 September two municipal tenders come out for the Hula and Río Eo car parks. The Lugo comarca has four works open worth 759,860 euros excluding VAT. The largest is the LU-P-2918, closing on 7 October. The Treasury is auctioning a warehouse on the Ceao industrial estate, and two other auctions, both of homes, close on 15 October. Almost everything happens within the municipality of Lugo, where Rúa Nova, Campo Castelo, the Ronda footbridge and the Canoeing School already have a builder and the Museo Provincial gardens have moved to resolved. O Corgo shares with the city of Lugo the provincial road towards Santa María de Bóveda and is waiting for the firm that will light San Pedro de Cerceda, and Castroverde is waiting for one of the six lots of the generator that the Diputación is preparing for its centres for older people, although neither has anything new. Outeiro de Rei, Friol, Guntín, Rábade and Portomarín end the eight days with no tender, auction or newly registered company.
