Inside the Levante Almeriense comarca, one Vera developer with 420,000 euros ranks second by capital among 254 companies born across 21 comarcas. Vera keeps 4 properties pending a buyer and Cuevas del Almanzora awards the clearing of its ramblas.

From the notice to the latest step, project by project

The Ciudad de Mojácar ground gets new turf and new irrigation. The Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, updated on 30 September the supply and installation of artificial turf and renewal of the football ground's irrigation network. The town council put it out to licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, at 223,087 euros sin IVA, before VAT. It is listed as resuelto, with the tender already over, in favour of NATURF DEVELOP SL.
Huércal-Overa is still to choose who builds its athletics tracks. The athletics tracks and the two seven-a-side football pitches, tendered at 1,697,728 euros before VAT, are the largest of the comarca's 8 tenders in this edition. They remain en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids, which closed on 3 September. Their budget equals 7.6 times that of the Mojácar turf.
Los Lobos, in Cuevas del Almanzora, is listed with a padel court builder. The construction of the padel court, tendered at 24,793 euros before VAT, is also listed with a company, Creche Concept Invest S.L. That makes 3 sports projects worth 1,945,608 euros before VAT.

Four Vera properties continue at auction, and the first, a home of 70.40 metres, closes this Thursday

The Vera commercial unit is 2.9 times the size of the home closing on Thursday

Seventy metres in Vera seek a buyer until this Thursday. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, the Boletín Oficial del Estado or Official State Gazette, keeps bidding open until 8 October on a home in Vera. An auction is a public sale ordered by a court or a public body. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives this home 70.40 built metres and 62.33 usable metres.
The second Vera home expires on Tuesday 13. This other home takes bids until 13 October. Its notice gives no floor area.
Commercial unit and garage share a notice until Wednesday 14. A file with two assets in Vera stays open to bids until 14 October. It brings together a commercial unit of 205.92 built metres and a unit used as a garage of 80.35 built metres and 72.89 usable metres.
Mojácar said goodbye on Monday to its only auction, a commercial unit. The commercial unit in Mojácar stopped taking offers on 5 October. Its notice gives no metres. That makes 5 assets at auction, 2 homes, 2 commercial units and 1 garage.

Pulpí registers 2 of the 5 newly formed companies while the Vera developer yields in capital only to one from Ferrol

Pulpí doubles Vera, Carboneras and Garrucha in new companies

Pulpí launches two service businesses. The BORME, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil or Official Gazette of the Companies Register, which publishes every new company, records on 1 October a company providing agricultural services with machinery and on 6 October another for bars, restaurants and events. Each is born with 3,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in.
Carboneras and Garrucha add one company each. FIBERTECH INDUSTRIAL PRFV, in Carboneras, does installations on building sites and repairs boats. INDALO EXCLUSIVAS, in Garrucha, on advertising, retail trade and telecommunications.
The Vera developer contributes 420,000 of the 432,000 founding euros. RESIDENCIAL TERRAZAS DEL LLANO 2026, with 420,000 euros of capital, puts in 140 times what each of the other 4 does. Among the 254 new companies in the day's 21 comarcas, only one from Ferrol, with 1,000,000 euros, is born with more.
Andalusia's Junta opens 4 calls and another 4 grants come with a named recipient. The BDNS, the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones or National Grants Database, records 8 entries. Four are convocatorias, the notice that opens the application window. They compensate flood losses from the storms, support young people aged 18 to 29, give travel grants to students in Formación Profesional, vocational training, and call the Research Prize of the Consejo Económico y Social de Andalucía. The other 4, 2 from the Junta and 2 from the Diputación de Almería, the provincial council, already have a recipient and cannot be applied for.

Cuevas del Almanzora awards the clearing of its urban ramblas, tendered at 9,800 euros before VAT

Two contracts remain under assessment and one is listed with a company

Cuevas del Almanzora clears its ramblas with machinery hired by the hour. The mayor's office published on 28 September a call-off contract for machinery hours, a job within a system already open with approved companies, tendered at 9,800 euros before VAT to clear urban stretches of ramblas, the dry riverbeds. It is listed as adjudicado, the step in which the public body chooses a company.
Huércal-Overa piles up another pair of files without a company. They are the ornamental lighting for the Feria y Fiestas, tendered at 66,165 euros before VAT, and the minor amendment to the Plan General de Ordenación Urbana, the document that sets what can be built on each site, tendered at 19,620 euros before VAT. They total 85,786 euros before VAT.
Garrucha and Vera complete a list with no open tenders. The Garrucha machinery service, tendered at 69,676 euros before VAT, is listed as closed, and the refurbishment of the Cine Regio in Vera, tendered in 2018 at 179,339 euros before VAT, is listed with CONSTRUCCIONES LOS HERMANOS S.L.

Pulpí registers two companies, Carboneras one and Garrucha another, the latter with its machinery service closed. Antas, Bédar, Los Gallardos, Lubrín, Sorbas and Turre lack any auction, company or contract of local stamp this time. Andalusia's Junta opens four calls.
