A developer is born in Vera with 420,000 euros, the second-largest capital of 239 new companies in 21 comarcas
The Levante Almeriense comarca gains a 420,000-euro developer in Vera, Residencial Terrazas del Llano 2026, and of the 239 companies created in the 21 comarcas that CASAS.ES covers today, only a holding company based in Algorfa starts with more capital. Vera is also auctioning 206 square metres of commercial premises with a basement and garage, and the Huércal-Overa sports tracks, tendered at 1.7 million before VAT, still have no company.
Vera auctions 206 square metres of premises with a basement and garage, plus two homes in Cabuzana and Agua Dulce

- The comarca's four auctions close between 5 and 14 October. The largest is a set of premises in Vera with 206 built square metres, 157 of them in a basement with an internal staircase. It is in the same case file as a garage of 80 built square metres, so the two are bid for together. The auction opened on 24 September and is the last to close (see the premises and the garage).
- In Vera two homes are taking bids, one in Cabuzana and another in Agua Dulce, within the Valle del Este sector. The Cabuzana home has three bedrooms, 70 built square metres and 62 usable (see the Cabuzana home). The Agua Dulce home opened for bidding on 23 September and its notice gives no floor area (see the Agua Dulce home).
- Mojácar has the auction that ends first. It is a set of commercial premises still up for auction, with no floor area in the notice (see the Mojácar premises).
Vera takes 3 of 4 BORME registrations in the Levante Almeriense comarca, led by a residential developer

- Residencial Terrazas del Llano 2026 is registered in the 29 September BORME with its office in Vera and a capital of 420,000 euros. Its purpose is the development, construction, letting and sale of property (CNAE 681). Of the 239 companies set up in the packages of the day's 21 comarcas, only a holding company in Algorfa, in the Vega Baja, starts with more capital, 1.9 million (see the Almería BORME of 29 September).
- Two more companies with 3,000 euros choose Vera as their base. A laundry and dry cleaner, RP Espacios Integrales, registers on 28 September (see the BORME of the 28th) and a cleaning and comprehensive building services firm does so on the 24th.
- Cuevas del Almanzora adds a car wash business. It starts with 3,000 euros of capital and appears in the Almería BORME of 24 September alongside the Vera cleaning firm (see the BORME of the 24th).
Huércal-Overa has no company yet for its sports tracks, with a 1.7 million budget excluding VAT

- The athletics tracks and the two 7-a-side football pitches in Huércal-Overa, tendered at 1,697,727.74 euros before VAT, still show no company on the Platform. The deadline for bids closed on 3 September and the Platform lists it as under assessment (see the tender). The same town council also has the lighting for its Feria y Fiestas under assessment (see the lighting).
- Garrucha's tender for machinery with operator shows as resolved since 22 September. The service for the town council was put out to tender for 69,676.21 euros excluding VAT and the deadline for bids closed on 28 August. The Platform publishes no winning company (see the Garrucha tender).
- Vera and Cuevas del Almanzora have two works already resolved. The refurbishment of the Cine Regio in Vera, a 2018 case file, is listed in the name of Construcciones Los Hermanos (see the Cine Regio). The Los Lobos padel court, in Cuevas del Almanzora, is listed as resolved in the data of 16 September in the name of Creche Concept Invest (see the padel court).
The Junta opens Consumópolis, with a 5,610-euro prize, and pays 10.6 million to those who manage the grants for ages 0 to 3

- Consumópolis, the schools consumer competition, hands out 5,610 euros in its Andalusian stage for the 2026-2027 school year. The BDNS sets the period from 5 October 2026, or from the day after the extract in the BOJA if that is later, to 12 April 2027. Pupils from the Levante Almeriense comarca compete, as do those from the rest of Andalusia (see Consumópolis in the BDNS).
- The Agencia Pública Andaluza de Educación, the Andalusian public education agency, allocates 10,578,630 euros to compensate the partner organisations for schooling from 0 to 3. This is what the organisations that manage the grants for families to send children under 3 to first-stage early years centres receive, and the BDNS includes SMEs among its beneficiaries. It is awarded directly, is listed as open and runs for four years from its start (see the compensation).
- Direct grants to the Consejos Reguladores of Andalusian designations of origin total 382,458.30 euros. The order is dated 23 September and gives fifteen working days to apply from the day after its publication (see the grants order). The week's other eleven calls are nominative or direct, with the recipient already set.
From 22 to 29, the Levante Almeriense comarca had its centre in Vera, with the Terrazas del Llano developer, two other new companies and four properties open for bids, a set of premises with a basement linked to a garage and one home each in Cabuzana and Agua Dulce. Mojácar has commercial premises whose auction closes on 5 October, and Cuevas del Almanzora adds a car wash business and its Los Lobos padel court was resolved earlier. Garrucha sees its machinery tender resolved with no winning company published, while Huércal-Overa still has no company for its athletics tracks or fair lighting. Antas, Bédar, Carboneras, Los Gallardos, Lubrín, Pulpí, Sorbas and Turre reported no auction, start-up or municipal contract, but their pupils can enter Consumópolis, which is open across Andalusia.
