Hospitality claims four of the ten firms the León comarca saw born over seven days, with 3,000 euros

A single tender, the green spaces of León city council, weighs 77 in every 100 euros of the located works in the León comarca still awaiting offers, and it closes on 19 October. Bids for the medieval walls in the city are due by Friday.

The two new tenders weigh 6 in every 100 euros

Santovenia de la Valdoncina puts up its multi-purpose services building. The full council puts out to licitación, a public tender in which companies compete, the construction of the multi-purpose services building, tendered for 410,550 euros before VAT. It was published on 29 September and takes bids until 19 October.
Almanza completes its covered sports hall with changing rooms. On 5 October the mayor's office published phase 6 of the sports hall, tendered for 47,214 euros before VAT and taking bids until 4 November. These are the two works tenders published these seven days by town councils in the León comarca. The Diputación de León, the provincial council, is tendering six lots of roads for 3,836,811 euros before VAT until 27 October. Those lots are left out of these sums.
Cimanes del Tejar has already chosen who improves its streets. The works to improve the urban infrastructure, tendered for 111,042 euros before VAT, have already passed the adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses a company.

Five works worth 7.3 million still take bids and León city shuts its medieval walls tender on Friday

Two days for the walls, twelve for the green spaces

The capital's two municipal tenders have the clock running. León city council is taking bids for the surroundings of the medieval walls, tendered for 371,273 euros before VAT, and for the green infrastructure, tendered for 6,009,917 euros before VAT. The latter weighs 77 per cent of the 7,785,564 euros before VAT of the seven works with an open deadline located in the León comarca.
Villaquilambre repeats the SUR29 tender. The development of a plot in the SUR29 sector, tendered for 623,607 euros before VAT, goes out for the second time.
Health and Defence contribute two interior refits. The Gerencia de Atención Primaria de León is tendering for 80,100 euros before VAT the cooling system of the La Condesa specialist centre. The Aeródromo Militar de León, for 242,903 euros before VAT, the refurbishment of building 20 of the Academia Básica del Aire.
Bus shelters, hospitals and a stream await a decision. The deadline for the bus shelters of San Andrés del Rabanedo, tendered for 77,561 euros before VAT, closed on 1 October. Two tenders are still being assessed, while the public body studies the bids. They are the works at the hospitals of the Complejo Asistencial Universitario de León, tendered for 638,162 euros before VAT, and the channelling of the arroyo de la Solana, in Valdepolo, tendered for 299,517 euros before VAT.

Four bidding windows already closed and two still alive

Six days remain for bidders on the commercial unit. The subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, of a commercial unit in the provincial capital stays open until 13 October. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give its floor area.
Anyone who wants the home has until today. Bidding for a home in the city of León closes today, 7 October. The edicto gives no metres, but its building, from 2009, has a median CasasValue of 208,679 euros. The CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home. Together with the commercial unit, these are the two live bidding windows of the six in the León comarca.
Bidding is over in the remaining four auctions. In Vegas del Condado, bidding closed on a home of 166 built metres and on an irrigated plot with 11,909 metres of land, in Cerezales del Condado. In the provincial capital, on a rural plot and a garage. These two edictos give no floor area either.

Ten freshly registered firms pool 34,300 euros in the León comarca and four are in hospitality

New companies and open works barely overlap on the map

Four of the ten are in hospitality and none goes above 5,000 euros. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, listed from 30 September to 6 October ten newly created companies in the León comarca, in its issues 189, 190, 191 and 193. That is 4 more than the 6 of the previous edition. They gather 34,300 euros of combined capital, the money the partners put in.
Hospitality supplies four names. OBSESS SOCIAL CLUB and DROP COFFEE CLUB and MESA NORTE HOSTELERIA open restaurants in the provincial capital, and LIAY PERU a drinks service in Vegas del Condado, each with 3,000 euros.
Building, development and insulation add up to three companies. ERM BERNESGA TORIO, with 3,300 euros, will build residential buildings. SAMA JP CAPITAL GROUP registers in Cimanes del Tejar with 3,000 euros for property development. DENKY ENERGY, with 5,000, installs thermal and acoustic insulation.
Advertising, consultancy and farming fill out the roll. LOS QUE QUEDAN is an advertising agency, HISPANIA GRUPO GLOBAL 2026 supports farming, and ASESORIA EN TECNOLOGIA, ORGANIZACION Y NORMATIVA brings 5,000 euros and IT consultancy to Valdefresno.
The Junta assigns direct money to the Universidad de León and the Diputación. The BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, lists this week two direct grants from the Junta de Castilla y León to the Universidad de León and to the provincial councils of León, Zamora and Salamanca. This is money already assigned, not grants that can be applied for.

Prado de la Guzpeña, Villamartín de Don Sancho, Cebanico, Santa María de Ordás, Cubillas de Rueda, Rioseco de Tapia, Santa Colomba de Curueño, Gradefes, Garrafe de Torío, Cuadros and Sariegos contribute neither tender nor auction nor company this time to the registers consulted. The regional Junta assigns direct subsidies to the Universidad de León and to the Diputación de León, and the Diputación tenders provincial roads in six lots.
