León city council holds 4 in every 5 euros open to bids among the 21 municipalities in its green spaces

The León comarca is awaiting bids for six tenders worth 7.4 million, VAT excluded. One of them, 6 million for green infrastructure in León city, accounts for 81 per cent. Villaquilambre relaunches the SUR29 and the Aeródromo Militar opens the only new works.

Bus shelters close on the 1st and green spaces on the 19th

A single tender takes the bulk of the money. León city council has open until 19 October the replacement, upgrading and improvement of its green infrastructure, put out to tender for 6 million euros excluding VAT, 81 per cent of everything open.
The city adds the medieval walls. The same council seeks a contractor until 9 October to enhance the surroundings of the medieval walls, for 371,273 euros excluding VAT.
Villaquilambre puts the SUR29 development works out again. On 21 September the town council published a second tender to develop plot AA OD 02 of the SUR29 residential sector, put out to tender for 623,606.60 euros excluding VAT, with bids until 13 October.
The Aeródromo Militar de León publishes the only new works. On 28 September the military airfield published the refurbishment of the ground floor of student building 20, in Valverde de la Virgen, for 242,903 euros excluding VAT and with bids until 18 October.
Two small tenders for installers. Atención Primaria, regional primary care, wants cooling for the Hermanos Larrucea specialist centre, in La Condesa, for 80,100 euros excluding VAT until 16 October. San Andrés del Rabanedo closes tomorrow, 1 October, the supply and installation of the bus shelters, put out to tender for 77,561.48 euros excluding VAT.

An irrigated estate of 1.19 hectares in Vegas del Condado and a 2009 flat in León are still up for bidding

In October, bidding closes on the 5th, the 7th and the 13th

Only one auction opened this week. It is a commercial unit in the city of León, with bidding until 13 October. Its notice gives no metres.
In Vegas del Condado, an irrigated estate. It is an irrigated estate of 11,909 square metres in Cerezales del Condado, with a building on 1,292 metres. Bidding closes on 5 October. In the same municipality, a home of 166 built metres closed its bidding on 29 September.
A flat in León comes up in a building finished in 2009. The flat is in a block of 14 homes with a median CasasValue of 208,679 euros per home, the benchmark for bidding until 7 October.
A garage and a rural plot round out what the city has on offer. The rural plot is open to bids until today, 30 September, and the garage until 5 October. Neither notice gives metres.

Eight closed contracts total 3 million at tender, from the León hospitals to the pavements of Santovenia

The León hospitals and Valdepolo are studying bids. Atención Especializada, regional hospital care, is assessing the repair, maintenance and improvement works at the Complejo Asistencial Universitario for 638,162 euros excluding VAT, and Valdepolo the channelling of the arroyo de la Solana stream and its footbridge in Villaverde de la Chiquita, for 299,516.74 euros excluding VAT.
Villaquilambre has settled the N-621 and calle La Juncal. Resolved: the maintenance of the N-621 road surface in Villaobispo de las Regueras, put out to tender for 183,592.47 euros excluding VAT. Fortis Obras will carry out the refurbishment of calle La Juncal, put out to tender for 63,356.34 euros excluding VAT.
Valverde de la Virgen and Santovenia renew streets and pavements. F.C. Infraestructuras y Viales has been assigned the streets of Valverde de la Virgen, put out to tender for 181,475 euros excluding VAT. Santovenia de la Valdoncina resolved its pavements, put out to tender for 176,446.28 euros excluding VAT.
The largest of the eight is a supply contract for supercomputing. Electroson Castilla will install the industrial equipment for the data centre of the Fundación Centro de Supercomputación, put out to tender for 1.4 million euros excluding VAT. The refurbishment of the toilets at a Social Services centre, put out to tender for 55,511 euros excluding VAT, also has a contractor.
Telecyl, Viajes El Corte Inglés and Enbex, among the contractors for 20ENISE. INCIBE, the national cybersecurity institute, headquartered in León city, has assigned the services for its 20ENISE cybersecurity meeting, put out to tender for 781,945.99 euros excluding VAT, to Telecyl, Viajes El Corte Inglés and Enbex. It is a service, outside the eight.

A bar, a tech firm and four other small firms start life in León city with 16,000 euros

Six small bets, almost all with 3,000 euros

Neighbourhood business, not bricks and mortar. None of the six in the BORME, the official companies gazette, from 22 to 28 September is a property company. There are two serving drinks, Bar Black Mamba and another in the BORME of the 24th, one tech firm, Donor Fundraising, and three more on Monday the 28th. Five start with 3,000 euros.
The Junta helps young drivers get their B licence. On 28 September the Consejería de Movilidad, the regional mobility department, announced grants for young people in Castilla y León to obtain the category B driving licence. Requirements and deadline, in the call.

Sariegos, Valdefresno, Cuadros, Garrafe de Torío, Gradefes, Cimanes del Tejar, Almanza, Santa Colomba de Curueño, Rioseco de Tapia, Cubillas de Rueda, Santa María de Ordás, Cebanico, Villamartín de Don Sancho and Prado de la Guzpeña went through the seven days without anything new.
