The 1,081-metre plot in Aiguaviva Park, Vidreres, is one of two still open for bids across 21 comarcas
The La Selva comarca has seven properties in court auctions, four still taking bids, including the Vidreres plot, open until Tuesday 13. In Blanes and Lloret de Mar there are four homes and a 1/79 share of another, Caldes de Malavella welcomes a newly formed builder and Riells i Viabrea an industrial engineering firm with 18,000 euros.
A court puts 1,081 metres of ground in Aiguaviva Park up for sale, Vidreres, while Blanes and Lloret de Mar keep two flats open

- In Vidreres a plot exceeding a thousand metres accepts bids up to 13 October. A court is auctioning a plot with a surface area of 1,081 square metres in the Aiguaviva Park estate, irregular in shape and fronting two streets, in a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid on the official auction website of the Boletín Oficial del Estado, Spain's Official State Gazette. Bidding opened on 23 September. It is one of the two auctions in the comarca that opened this week and, together with the 2,087-metre parcel in Alcoi, one of the two plots still open for bids in the 21 comarcas with an edition this Thursday. The notice gives the area of the land, not how much can be built on it.
- Blanes offers a four-bedroom flat until Monday 5. The home of 90 usable metres, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and four terraces, is the largest of the three homes in the comarca whose notice publishes the floor area. Another home in Blanes, in a 2004 building whose median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, is 118,456 euros per home, has already closed for bids.
- Lloret de Mar keeps bidding live for an entire flat and for part of a second one. A flat in a 1972 building, with a median CasasValue of 107,313 euros per home, is still open for bids. Since 24 September an undivided share, 1/79, of a 53 usable metre flat with two bedrooms has been open: whoever wins it buys a part of the flat, not the whole flat. The 72-metre flat in Fenals, in a 1999 building with a median CasasValue of 260,528 euros, has already closed.
- In Maçanet de la Selva, a plot auctioned by a court stopped taking offers on Monday 28. The Maçanet de la Selva plot went to auction without the notice publishing its area. With it and the Vidreres plot, two of the seven auctions in the La Selva comarca are land, and all seven are ordered by a court.
