Lloret de Mar claims 3 of the 7 company launches in the La Selva comarca, the largest for works and land

Of the seven firms that the BORME recorded in the La Selva comarca, three chose Lloret de Mar, and the biggest, with 10,000 euros, will build and sell property. Sant Feliu de Buixalleu is handing out 1,150 euros in equipment against the Asian hornet, only for legal entities not engaged in any economic activity, and three court auctions closed their bidding, against seven in the edition of 1 October.

Four of nine calls look to the countryside

Sant Feliu de Buixalleu hands out 1,150 euros in equipment to protect the honeybee. Sant Feliu de Buixalleu city council is handing out equipment worth 1,150 euros in total to protect the honeybee and halt the spread of the Asian hornet (Vespa velutina). The call for applications, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, was registered on Wednesday 7 October in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), the public register of every grant in the country. Only legal entities with no economic activity may apply, within 15 working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, from the day after its publication in the official gazette of the province of Girona. It is an in-kind grant, one that provides goods or a service rather than money, and it goes to the best applications. It is the only one from a council in the comarca this week.
Equality plan grants for employers with a headcount below fifty. The Generalitat's Departament d'Igualtat i Feminisme on Friday 9 October opened grants to draw up equality plans at companies and bodies employing under fifty people. An equality plan is the set of measures a company adopts after an assessment to achieve equal treatment of women and men. They are co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus, the European Union's main fund for jobs, training and inclusion.
The SOC opens its 2026 money for training contracts. The Servei Públic d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC), the Catalan Public Employment Service run by the Generalitat, on the same day, the 9th, opened its 2026 call for grants for training contracts to gain professional experience, the contract signed with someone who finished their studies three years ago or less so they can practise their trade.
Bees, rabbits and cattle, each with their own Generalitat schemes. The Departament d'Agricultura on 7 October published de minimis grants, small grants subject to a per-company ceiling set by the European Union, to make up for lost productivity on bee and rabbit farms. Cattle farms hit by lumpy skin disease, a viral disease of cattle that EU law requires to be controlled, get two further schemes, one for the costs of the official measures and another for lost income.

From wholesale meat to maritime software, seven new companies across Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Vidreres and Amer

The La Selva comarca, 14th of 21 for new capital

Building and selling property, the business of the largest company in Lloret de Mar. Three of the seven new companies in the comarca are based in Lloret de Mar and together hold 18,102 euros, half the capital of them all. The largest, with 10,000 euros, will build, refurbish, buy and sell property and appeared in the BORME of 7 October, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the official gazette of the Companies Register. Another, with 3,102 euros, is set up for holiday and seasonal lettings (BORME of the 13th), and the third, with 5,000 euros, does small building jobs, plumbing and maintenance (BORME of the 9th).
In Blanes, software for maritime operations, and bars. PORTUUM MARITIME SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, which makes software to manage operations, was set up with 3,830 euros according to the BORME of 8 October. COMERDELUJO SL, which runs bars, cafés and restaurants, followed with 3,040 euros in the BORME of the 13th.
Wholesale meat in Vidreres and health in Amer. Vidreres gains a wholesaler of meat and meat products with 8,100 euros (BORME of 13 October) and Amer a longevity and wellbeing centre that will run medical services with 3,000 euros (BORME of the 7th). Together the seven have 36,072 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding them.

Bidding ends on three court sales in Vidreres and Lloret de Mar, including 1,081 metres of urban land

The Lloret de Mar home, in a block where the median home stands at 107,313 euros. Court auction SUB-JA-2026-266027, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, of a home in Lloret de Mar, open since 17 September, closed its bidding on Wednesday 7 October. 1,081 metres of urban land in a residential development in Vidreres. A court put up for auction in Vidreres an irregularly shaped plot of urban building land of 1,081 square metres according to the edict, the official notice of the auction (SUB-JA-2026-263119). Bidding, open since 23 September, closed on Tuesday 13 October.
In Lloret de Mar, bidders could buy 1/79 of a 53-metre flat. Auction SUB-JA-2025-241274 did not offer a whole flat but an undivided 1/79 share of a two-bedroom flat with 53 square metres of usable space, a share of a property owned jointly with other owners without dividing it. Its bidding, open since 24 September, closed on Wednesday 14 October.
