Guadalajara city council ends with no published buyer the tender for two subsidised housing plots, 2,879,070 euros

Open tenders add up to 70 of every 100 euros of the land

Sacyr Agua, a builder and MAVA2000 receive works tendered at 1,679,308 euros in Marchamalo, Mondéjar and Cabanillas del Campo

60 days for the tank and 116 for the pool up to their latest change
  • Marchamalo now knows the firm raising its rainwater tank. The storm tank for the eastern area, tendered at 795,166 euros excluding VAT, goes to Sacyr Agua.
  • MAVA2000 will redo two green streets in Cabanillas del Campo. The refurbishment of the green areas of Santiuste and Illana, a project published in December 2025, was tendered at 578,089 euros excluding VAT.
  • Mondéjar adds an indoor pool and a supervised home. The third phase of the pool, tendered at 306,054 euros excluding VAT, goes to a builder, and the supervised home, tendered at 39,958 euros, to Raptor Ibérica. These are starting amounts, not what each company will be paid.
  • Changing rooms and the Fuente de la Niña find a contractor. They are the changing rooms of the Mancomunidad de Aguas del Sorbe, a grouping of town councils that provide a service together, such as water or waste collection, tendered at 82,309 euros, and the athletics tracks of the city of Guadalajara, at 45,500 euros.
  • The province's public woodlands also have someone to work them. The forestry works in several of the province's public utility woodlands, which the contract calls tratamientos selvícolas, go to Albar Forestal and Industrias Geomocyl. The Junta de Castilla-La Mancha tendered them in three lots at 115,736 euros excluding VAT, and the notice does not say which municipalities those woodlands are in.

Alovera seeks an asphalting firm at 792,538 euros while the capital's big urban axis, 8,619,283 euros, remains under assessment

A 14 metre storage room in Azuqueca de Henares keeps taking bids until 15 October

Metres and building CasasValue for the two auctions with data
  • Only Azuqueca de Henares keeps its auction open. Still open for bids, in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid, is a storage room of 14 registered metres. The homes in its building have a median CasasValue of 303,129 euros, a figure for the homes, not the storage room. CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

  • Alovera concluded its own on 28 September. The auction of a single-family home ended with no floor area in the edicto, the official notice of the auction, which the court publishes.

Eight new companies appear on one single date in the Guadalajara comarca, fourfold the figure of a week before

How much capital each of the eight puts in
  • INTEVIDA contributes 25,000 of the 43,400 euros newly registered. The company, in home technology and based in the city of Guadalajara, puts in 58 per cent of the capital of the eight incorporations in the BORME of 1 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. That capital is the money the partners put in when founding the company, not what it turns over.
  • Construction and property occupy four newcomers. They are four BORME registrations. VEGA DEL HENARES OBRAS Y SERVICIOS and a specialist construction firm set up in the city of Guadalajara, and a building contractor in Torrejón del Rey. NEGOCIOS Y PROYECTOS ASIATICOS, in Azuqueca de Henares, adds property trading to hospitality and retail.
  • Yebes, Horche and Cabanillas del Campo gain retail and services. DELICIAS VALDELUZ opens a bakery in Yebes and AUTOBIMMER CABANILLAS a garage in Cabanillas del Campo. An entertainment firm sets up in Horche, according to the BORME.

Azuqueca de Henares announces 19,500 euros for education groups while the regional administration logs ten calls reaching the Guadalajara comarca

Who each grant registered in the week is for
  • Azuqueca de Henares announces 19,500 euros for associations. The town council sets aside 16,500 euros for associations of pupils' parents and 3,000 euros for teaching groups that recover educational heritage. Both are for bodies with no economic activity and are applied for within ten calendar days of publication in the BOP, the Provincial Official Gazette. They have been listed since 29 September in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where grants are announced, which does not give the date of that notice.
  • Setting up a new industry has its own call. The Dirección General de Empresas of Castilla-La Mancha approved on 29 September the grants to start up new industrial establishments. A convocatoria is the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. For the ten regional ones, the BDNS carries neither amount nor closing date.
  • Four lines serve to train staff in-house. Dual Verde, Nuevas oportunidades, Nuevo Crea and Oficios are the lines of a call for vocational training and employment projects within the company. It was registered on 1 October in four records, one that does not count as State aid and three subject to European regulations, the second, the third and the fourth.
  • Space, crops and women authors complete the roll. The regional Parque Científico y Tecnológico announces grants from the European Space Agency business incubation programme, which gives newly created companies up to two years of technical support, coaching and funding. Agri-food firms can share a stand, there are two lines against wild rabbit damage to crops, one and another, and the Instituto de la Mujer announces subsidies to publish works written by women authors.
  • Tendilla has an agreement to pave a street. The Diputación de Guadalajara, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, registered on 1 October its agreement with Tendilla town council for that work. It is not a grant that can be applied for, and the BDNS does not publish its amount.
