A 97-metre house on a plot of 2,384.5 metres in Illana is being auctioned, with Thursday the final bidding day

The Guadalajara comarca now has a contractor for two roads, the GU-1057 in El Casar and the GU-932 in Irueste, and the provincial council (Diputación) keeps four more road and street works open to builders until 6 October. Guadalajara city council is studying the bids for the Cardenal González de Mendoza axis, worth 8.6 million, while the Junta, the regional government of Castilla-La Mancha, makes 7 million available for accessibility works in homes until 30 November.

• VIRTÓN and ECOASFALT take two road resurfacing contracts. The Procurement Platform lists as resolved the strengthening and improvement of the road surface of the GU-1057 in El Casar, put out to tender for 1,049,504.88 euros excluding VAT, with VIRTÓN as contractor (contract). Also listed as resolved, with ECOASFALT as contractor, is the strengthening of the GU-932 in Irueste, put out to tender for 429,752.08 euros excluding VAT (contract). They are the only two roads in the comarca whose status changed this week.
• Chiloeches and Valdenuño Fernández repair what Storm Leonardo broke. The GU-203 in Chiloeches is put out to tender for 619,834.71 euros with bids until 5 October (tender) and the stretch of the GU-1057 in Valdenuño Fernández for 577,826.82, until 6 October (tender).
• Works on the access road to Tórtola de Henares and on the streets of Horche. The access road to Tórtola de Henares is put out to tender for 177,685.95 euros, with bids until 1 October (tender). The paving of public roads in Horche, for 102,561.98, closes on 5 October (tender).

Four public works seek a builder, with 229,287 euros for the Alcohete residential unit and a 30 September deadline at Los Olmos

• The Junta repairs the Los Olmos care home for older people. Social Welfare puts out to tender for 163,676.70 euros excluding VAT the correction of the defects found in the building assessment report, in the city of Guadalajara. See the tender.
• Health refurbishes the left wing of the third floor at Alcohete. The interior fit-out works at the Alcohete residential and rehabilitation unit are put out to tender for 229,287.62 euros excluding VAT. See the tender.
• Alovera orders a pumptrack, from project to build. The town council is hiring the drafting of the project and the construction of the circuit together for 144,114.87 euros excluding VAT. See the tender.
• The Provincial Historical Archive installs a water mist fire protection system. Education and Culture puts out to tender for 57,801.19 euros excluding VAT the system and the correction of the building's defects. See the tender.

Guadalajara city council is assessing Cardenal González de Mendoza, 8.6 million, and five more works await a company

• The centre of the city of Guadalajara awaits a company to give it a new look. The Junta de Gobierno, the city council's executive board, has been studying since the close of bidding on 31 August the proposals to redesign for pedestrians the Calle Cardenal González de Mendoza axis and the area around the Santuario de la Virgen de la Antigua, a project put out to tender for 8,619,282.76 euros excluding VAT. It is the largest pending work in the comarca. See the contract.
• Marchamalo's schools will get air conditioning. The town council is studying the bids to install it in its nursery and primary schools, put out to tender for 450,582.32 euros excluding VAT. See the contract.
• The Javier Ledesma pitch in Galápagos has been waiting for its artificial grass since spring. Removing the natural grass and laying the new surface were put out to tender for 192,495.79 euros and bidding closed on 21 April (contract). The most recent in the queue are the sports facilities in Chiloeches (contract), the access to the Sotolargo development in Valdeaveruelo (contract) and the roofs of the community centre in Alovera (contract).

Illana closes the auction of a house with a plot on Thursday and Azuqueca de Henares auctions a 13.58-metre storage room until 15 October

• Illana auctions a 97-metre house with a plot of 2,384.5. The court notice describes a single-storey house with 97 built metres on a plot of 2,384.5 square metres, in a building from 1982 with a median CasasValue of 238,918 euros per home. Bidding closes this Thursday 1 October. See the auction.
• Azuqueca de Henares opens a new auction for a storage room. It went up on 25 September: 13.58 registered metres in a building from 1983 whose median CasasValue is 303,129 euros per home, with bids until 15 October (auction). The third auction in the comarca, a home in Alovera, closed this Monday 28 September (auction).

The Junta opens 7 million for accessibility works in homes until 30 November, and Pastrana welcomes a newly founded builder

• The Junta pays for accessibility works in and to homes. The Consejería de Fomento, the regional department for public works and housing, opens a call for 7,000,000 euros to improve accessibility in and to homes in Castilla-La Mancha. Individuals can apply, from the day after its publication until 30 November. Call in the BDNS.
• The provincial council backs an organisation and signs agreements with Centenera and for asparagus. An agreement with ACCEM approved on 9 September allocates 2,000,564.60 euros to its projects for active ageing and accessibility in rural areas. It is funding for one organisation, with no application period (BDNS record). The provincial council also approved an agreement with Centenera town council to buy a warehouse (record) and another with the Asociación de Productores de Espárragos to promote and market asparagus in 2026 (record).
• C.P.D. Edificaciones y Proyectos sets up in Pastrana. C.P.D. Edificaciones y Proyectos starts with 3,000 euros to construct residential and non-residential buildings, according to the BORME, Spain's official companies gazette, of 23 September. On the same day Wolf Stone Global is registered in Villanueva de la Torre, also with 3,000 euros. BORME.

Guadalajara city council is still studying the bids for Cardenal González de Mendoza, and Social Welfare has the Los Olmos tender open. The GU-1057 in El Casar already has its builder, as does the GU-932 in Irueste, and Azuqueca de Henares awarded the cleaning of Las Mochas and opened an auction. Chiloeches, Valdenuño Fernández, Tórtola de Henares and Horche have provincial council works open, Alovera is tendering works, and Marchamalo, Cabanillas del Campo, Almoguera, Albalate de Zorita and Yebes appear on the Platform with works awarded or resolved. Galápagos and Valdeaveruelo await a company, Illana auctions a house until Thursday, an auction closed in Alovera, Pastrana and Villanueva de la Torre saw companies registered and Centenera has a provincial agreement approved to buy a warehouse.
