- Girona actua 2026 accounts for 250,000 of the 343,500 euros and its application window ends on 23 October. Girona city council registered the record for Girona actua 2026 on 2 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants. It has a budget of 250,000 euros. The record sets 23 October as the last day to apply, and it admits four types of beneficiary, among them small and medium-sized companies and the self-employed. What the money is for is set out in its rules.
- Sala La Planeta, Sunset jazz, Temps de Flors and UAP add another 93,500 euros. These are four municipal records whose application deadline has already closed, money that can no longer be applied for. They carry 30,000 euros for the regular programme of the Sala La Planeta, 30,000 for the Sunset jazz club 2026, 28,500 for the flower show Girona Temps de Flors 2026 and 5,000 for the UAP hilo invisible project, a musical and educational project for secondary school pupils run by the association UAP Educamos por la Paz.
- A fresh 2026 call arrives for shops and service companies. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya, the consortium of the Generalitat and the chambers of commerce that promotes retail, crafts and fashion, has had its call for grants for retail and services registered since 29 September, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. It is valid for the whole of Catalonia.
- Cattle farms affected by lumpy skin disease can apply for compensation. The Departament d'Agricultura registered on 5 October a set of grants for the loss caused by the confiscation of offal on Catalan cattle farms affected by that livestock disease.
- Five cultural calls, from libraries to traditional dance. The Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural, part of the Generalitat, offers grants to equip libraries in the public reading network and for municipal and supramunicipal plans to promote reading. The other three are for federations of popular culture and bursaries for traditional roots music and dance.
Five companies register 20,100 euros of capital in the Gironès comarca, 3,550 more than in the previous gazettes

- A gold trading firm contributes 10,000 of the 20,100 euros registered. GPV ORO Y METALES is set up in the city of Girona with 10,000 euros of capital, according to the 1 October issue of the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. It is a company to advise on and broker the buying and selling of precious metals. Capital is the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover. Its capital equals 49.8 per cent of the total and is 2.2 times the largest of the previous week, which was 4,550 euros.
- Live animals, software and advertising fill the gazette of 5 October. The BORME of that day registers LOC IMPORT EXPORT, in the city of Girona, with 1,000 euros and engaged in the wholesale trade of live animals. It also lists LIA ASSISTANT, in Vilablareix, with 3,000 euros, for computer programs and applications, and RAUXA VISION, in Llagostera, with 3,100 euros, an advertising and graphic design agency.
- A carpentry business in the comarca capital is the only builder among the five. The fifth was registered on 30 September with 3,000 euros. Its stated business combines carpentry, construction of buildings, electrical work and plumbing. With it the average comes to 4,020 euros per company. The previous week also saw 5 companies set up, with 16,550 euros between them, 3,550 less than now.
The Generalitat earmarks 200,000 euros for community groups on its housing estates and 30 days remain to apply

- Neighbourhood organisations have 30 days left to submit their projects. The Agencia de la Vivienda de Cataluña, the Catalan government's public body that carries out and manages housing policy, has a call for applications, registered on 29 September, that funds projects by neighbourhood organisations and associations in the housing estates it administers or manages. Its budget is 200,000 euros and the record sets 6 November as the last day to apply. Which estates are covered is set out in its rules.
- Cohabitac receives 88,000 euros from the Departament d'Empresa i Treball. The Departament d'Empresa i Treball awards a direct grant to Cohabitac, the coordinating body of social housing foundations. It was registered on 2 October with 88,000 euros and no application period, because the money already has a recipient.
- Sant Gregori used up its court auction calendar on 1 October. It was a home in Sant Gregori, within a court auction of 4 lots, a public sale ordered by a court, which took bids for 20 days on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give the floor area of the home and there is no CasasValue for that building, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.
