Sant Gregori home, the only court auction in the Gironès comarca, closes 1 October and Bordils gains a builder

Five new companies for the Gironès comarca in the week's BORME gazettes, against 46 in the comarca of Baix Llobregat, and one of them does building and renovation work from Bordils. The Diputació de Girona, the provincial government, includes Sant Gregori, Juià and Sant Martí Vell in its round of 27 direct grants on the 28th, and court auction bidding for the home in Sant Gregori closes on Thursday 1 October.

Auction northwest of Girona city, new firm to the northeast

A home in Sant Gregori takes court auction bids until Thursday 1 October. It is the only property auction open in the Gironès comarca. Bidding has been open on the BOE Auction Portal since 11 September and closes on 1 October. The notice lists four lots but only describes this property, gives no floor area and the building has no published CasasValue, so anyone who wants to bid should check the full listing on the portal before lodging the deposit.
Bordils gains a company that renovates homes, shops and buildings. The BORME of 24 September registers a limited company based in Bordils with 4,550 euros of capital, the largest figure among the five set up during the week. It is the only building and renovation firm among the five new companies in the Gironès comarca, and its business covers renovation, refurbishment and maintenance of buildings, bricklaying, electrical work, plumbing and heating. For owners in the lower Ter valley with works pending, it is one more firm to ask for a quote.

Three of the Diputació's 27 direct grants go to the Gironès comarca

Sant Gregori, Juià and Sant Martí Vell appear in the Diputació's direct grants. The Diputació de Girona published 27 second quarter direct grants on 28 September, and three are in the name of municipalities in the Gironès comarca: Sant Gregori, Juià and Sant Martí Vell.
Aiguaviva signs a 620 euro agreement with the Institut de Vilablareix. It is a named grant from Aiguaviva town council to the Institut de Vilablareix, published in the BDNS, the national grants database, on 24 September with a budget of 620 euros. There is no application: the amount is set in the agreement.
The Diputació opens grants for works in libraries. The 2026 call for renovation, improvement and maintenance works on public reading facilities was published on 25 September. Every project it funds will mean work for builders and installers in the province.
The Consorci funds the training each company designs for its own people. The Consorci per a la Formació Contínua de Catalunya, the Catalan body for in work training, published on 25 September line A, for the programmes companies put forward for their own staff, and line B, for those that organisations offer to workers at member companies with fewer than 50 employees.

Advisory, consultancy, hydration and catering firms register in Girona city

The Gironès comarca matches Osona and trails the Bages

A labour, tax and accounting advisory firm opens in Girona city. NT Tax & Accounting was registered in the BORME of 24 September with 3,000 euros of capital to advise companies and workers on social security, tax and accounts.
Business consultancy and hydration add two more companies. Curazao Sports Agency, a business management consultancy, came in the same gazette, and Valance Performance, which will design and sell drinks and hydration products wholesale and retail, in the BORME of 25 September. Both start with 3,000 euros.
Bars and restaurants in the city gain another company. The fourth new company in the city of Girona runs bars and restaurants and was set up with 3,000 euros, according to the same gazette of the 24th. Together the five new companies in the comarca add up to 16,550 euros of capital.

The week from 22 to 29 September brings five newly registered firms to the Gironès comarca, a renovation business in Bordils and four service businesses based in Girona city, while a home in Sant Gregori takes court auction bids until Thursday 1 October. Sant Gregori, Juià and Sant Martí Vell join the Diputació's round of direct grants, and Aiguaviva signs a 620 euro agreement with the Institut de Vilablareix. Salt, Cassà de la Selva, Llagostera, Celrà, Sarrià de Ter, Bescanó, Quart, Sant Julià de Ramis, Fornells de la Selva, Flaçà, Cervià de Ter, Sant Jordi Desvalls, Canet d'Adri, Llambilles, Sant Martí de Llémena, Sant Joan de Mollet, Campllong, Madremanya, Viladasens and Sant Andreu Salou have no tender, court auction, new company or grant in their name this time. Their companies can submit plans to line A of the Consorci, and their workforces at firms with fewer than 50 people can join line B programmes.
