The municipality of Ferrol and Narón take 1.44 of 1.62 million in seven works that got a contractor this week

The Ferrol comarca has seven works with a contractor this week, worth 1,619,324.36 euros excluding VAT at tender, and the municipality of Ferrol and Narón take 1,441,091.79, 89 per cent, led by the A Rocha sewerage. Today the inner port water and fire protection contracts, 367,645.76 euros, close, and five companies are born, three in property.

Castelao, the Ensanche pavilion and the A Rocha sewerage find their contractors

Four of the week's works are three times the median

Narón entrusts the A Rocha sewerage to Urespa. The extension of the A Rocha sewerage, in Sedes, put out to tender for 384,003.04 euros excluding VAT, is the largest municipal works with a contractor in the Ferrol comarca. With the four in the municipality of Ferrol it totals 1,441,091.79 euros, 89 per cent of the week's seven.
The inner port renews its main street. The Autoridad Portuaria de Ferrol San Cibrao, the port authority, chose Lancer Proyectos y Obras for the paving of the main street of the inner port, put out to tender for 357,942.61 euros excluding VAT.
Ferrol city council gives Castelao and the Ensanche a contractor. It chose Canarga for the resurfacing of Avenida de Castelao, of 297,632.72 euros excluding VAT, and IAM Rumbo for the improvement of the Ensanche sports hall, of 297,979.76. Candal will do the resurfacing of the camiños da Regueira and da Seara, in Coimil, of 103,533.66.
As Somozas also awards works. As Somozas awarded the improvement of the verges in San Roque, put out to tender for 87,912.02 euros excluding VAT. The camiños de San Xurxo, in the municipality of Ferrol, was already awarded, and the camiño de Maciñeiras, in Ares, went to Canarga.
The largest contracted works is on the railway. It is the control and signalling of the tracks at the Puerto de Ferrol, 5,529,665.61 euros excluding VAT, which went to Hitachi GTS Spain.

Ferrol inner port closes two tenders worth 367,645.76 euros today as eight other contracts await a contractor

Abrir Ferrol ao Mar outweighs the other five combined

The inner port water network closes bids today. The port takes bids until 30 September for the water supply network of the inner port, put out to tender for 289,496.30 euros excluding VAT, and the fire protection for the new workshop building, for 78,149.46.
Abrir Ferrol ao Mar reaches Caranza and Telleiras. Ferrol city council is assessing bids for phase 3A of Abrir Ferrol ao Mar, put out to tender for 959,261.23 euros excluding VAT, and the port those for the technical flooring of the outer port, of 78,641.72.
Narón strengthens the main road of Río do Pozo. Narón is assessing bids for the strengthening of the main road of the Río do Pozo industrial estate, for 127,642.24 euros, and for the Christmas lighting for 2026 and 2027, for 98,147.
Valdoviño and As Somozas fix roads and water. Valdoviño is weighing bids for the A Bedoxa and Donelle roads, for 68,060 euros, and As Somozas for the water supply of Cabanas, Campos and A Cruz, for 56,671.17, and the tracks of San Esteban and Agra, for 61,834.40.

The Fene general plan under assessment while a court-auctioned Ferrol municipality home takes bids

Bids for a court-auctioned home within Ferrol municipality run until 5 October. It is the only property auction in the Ferrol comarca, on the BOE Auctions Portal. The notice gives no square metres and there is no CasasValue for the building. The median CasasValue of a home in the municipality of Ferrol is 127,472 euros.
The Fene general plan, under assessment. The Concello de Fene, the town council, is assessing bids to draft its Plan General de Ordenación Municipal, a Galician town's master plan, put out to tender for 225,152.93 euros excluding VAT. The plan will decide which land can be developed.
Ares has settled its Parque Rosalía improvement. It settled the urban and environmental improvement of the area around Parque Rosalía, put out to tender for 62,132 euros excluding VAT.

Narón, Valdoviño plus the city of Ferrol welcome five new companies, three in property, with 83,000 euros

A single company holds seven in every ten euros of capital

Ferrol municipality gains a property firm holding 59,000 euros. Veltrix Consulting appears in the BORME of 29 September, the companies gazette, to buy, sell and manage property.
Narón gains two companies to develop and manage land. Casas y Casos appears in the BORME of 24 September with 15,000 euros for urban development and property management, and PG Capital & Patrimonio on the 29th with 3,000 for property development and construction.
Valdoviño gains an IT firm and Ferrol city a telecoms one. Otterwork Labs, in Valdoviño, starts with 3,000 euros for information technology, and El Departamental Comunicaciones, in the city of Ferrol, with 3,000 for telecommunications, both in the BORME of the 29th.
The Consellería do Mar, the Galician marine department, calls grants for collective projects. An order of 15 September calls those for 2026, co-financed by the FEMPA, the EU maritime and fisheries fund. Requirements, amount and deadline are in the call.

The inner port water and fire protection contracts close on 30 September, while one home within Ferrol municipality takes bids until 5 October. Narón, Valdoviño and As Somozas are assessing works bids and Fene those for its general plan. Five new companies were registered across Narón, Valdoviño and Ferrol city. Cedeira, Mugardos, Neda, San Sadurniño and Moeche do not feature in this edition.
