Cauce and Faro puts the Duranguesado comarca third of 21 on mean capital per newly registered company

The 22 September edition of the BORME, the official Spanish companies gazette, registers Cauce and Faro, a property company based in Amorebieta-Etxano whose 239,204.60 euros of capital make up 97.6% of all the new capital recorded that week. With an average of 81,735 euros per company, the Duranguesado comarca ranks third among the 21 comarcas covered by CASAS.ES that day, behind the Alt Penedès and Valencia. Ermua and Iurreta welcome a computer programming business and an engineering firm.

Cauce and Faro, 239,204 euros of capital for a property company in Amorebieta-Etxano

Average capital 13 times that of the typical comarca of the day

Cauce and Faro is incorporated in Amorebieta-Etxano, bringing 239,204.60 euros for all kinds of property activity. It is recorded in the BORME of 22 September, on the page of the Bizkaia Mercantile Registry (Registro Mercantil de Bizkaia). Its corporate purpose opens the door to buying, selling, letting, developing or managing property, without yet specifying which. It is the only new property company in the comarca this week and contributes 97.6% of its new capital. The other two companies start with 3,000 euros each.
With it, the Duranguesado comarca comes third out of 21 CASAS.ES comarcas for the day in average capital per new company. That is 81,735 euros on average across its three incorporations, behind only the Alt Penedès and Valencia, according to the BORME entries of the week collected in the daily data packages. The market it enters has a median home CasasValue of 221,742 euros in Amorebieta-Etxano, against 249,136 in the town of Durango, and it can be checked building by building on the CASAS.ES map.

Ermua and Iurreta add a software firm and an engineering company, with 3,000 euros each

Three new companies, in three municipalities of the comarca

Faro Data opens in Ermua to focus on computer programming. It is incorporated with 3,000 euros of capital and its registration appears in the 22 September BORME. It is one of the two technology start-ups of the week.
Nexori Energy Engineering sets up in Iurreta with technical engineering services. Its corporate purpose covers technical engineering services and technical advice, and it is named by the BORME of 24 September, likewise capitalised at 3,000 euros. For an installer, a developer or a community of owners refurbishing its building, it is one more technical supplier in Iurreta, right next to the town of Durango.

From 20 to 27 September the Duranguesado comarca added three companies with 245,204.60 euros: Cauce and Faro in Amorebieta-Etxano, Faro Data in Ermua and Nexori Energy Engineering in Iurreta. The town of Durango, Abadiño, Elorrio, Berriz, Zaldibar, Atxondo, Otxandio, Mallabia, Mañaria, Garai and Izurtza had no company incorporations, court auctions or public contracts identified.
