Villarrasa takes 7 of every 10 euros of the public contracts with news in the Condado de Huelva comarca

The cell at the Villarrasa landfill, at 3,059,030 euros before VAT, is worth 39 times the Lucena del Puerto tender, the only one that still accepts bids in the Condado de Huelva comarca, until Friday 16 October. Rociana del Condado and Almonte bring together five companies just entered in the register.

Villarrasa adds a new cell to its controlled landfill, tendered at 3,059,030 euros before VAT

Villarrasa lands the largest contract among eight updates. Cell 5.1 of the Villarrasa controlled landfill was licitada, that is, put out to a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for 3,059,030 euros before VAT. The contracting body is the Diputación Provincial de Huelva, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns.
A single file absorbs 7 euros of every 10 tendered. The eight tenders with news in the Condado de Huelva comarca total 4,323,922 euros before VAT, and the other seven 1,264,892, according to the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services.
The tender was published in June and closed to bids in July. The file appeared on 17 June and took bids until 2 July. It is listed as adjudicado, or awarded, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, with no company or final price on the listing, updated on 30 September.

Bonares, Almonte, La Palma del Condado and Hinojos get six contracts on track for 1,186,754 euros before VAT

The junction for the Bonares logistics centre finds a builder. The access to the Bonares logistics centre, with a new junction on the A-484 road, was tendered for 478,891 euros before VAT and is listed as awarded to Construcciones y Obras Tractus Málaga.
The Diputación contracts a refurbishment in Hinojos and new pavements in La Palma del Condado. The refurbishment of a building on the Plaza de España in Hinojos, at 245,828 euros before VAT, is resuelta, that is, the tender is over and the contract has been closed, with Construcciones Perolanch. So is the renewal of the pavements on Avenida San Juan Bosco, in La Palma del Condado, at 231,924 euros before VAT, with Lacons Obras y Servicios.
Almonte moves three contracts for municipal facilities. The 216 prefabricated burial niches for the cemetery, a supply contract tendered for 78,424 euros before VAT, are listed as awarded to Econaves, and the artificial turf for the seven-a-side football pitch, tendered for 73,713, to GardenStore. The refurbishment of the padel courts in Matalascañas, tendered for 77,974, appears as awarded with no company in this data. No listing gives a start date.

Lucena del Puerto awaits suppliers until Friday 16 for 78,138 euros before VAT

One open, four without a company and two resolved

A single tender in the comarca seeks a contractor at present. Lucena del Puerto Town Council published on 1 October the materials and services to upgrade Calle Álvarez Quintero, with a budget of 78,138 euros before VAT. It accepts bids until Friday 16 October.
The Almonte sports centre heads the four pending files. The energy upgrade of the municipal sports centre, tendered for 540,496 euros before VAT, no longer accepts bids and has no company yet. It is 66% of the 817,035 euros before VAT of the four closed, unresolved tenders.
Three files await an outcome and two are already finished. In Bonares, bids are no longer accepted for the air conditioning of the Teatro Cine Colón, at 35,471 euros before VAT, or for the materials for a municipal redevelopment, at 101,098. The resurfacing of several streets in La Palma del Condado, at 139,970, is still en evaluación, that is, the public body is assessing the bids. Resolved are the fair marquees in Bonares, at 170,579, and the materials to develop stretches of Calle Real and Calle Vega in La Palma del Condado, at 170,211.

Rociana del Condado, Almonte and Lucena del Puerto welcome 6 new companies with 15,001 euros of capital

Rociana del Condado registers three businesses, including a property firm. Altavia Properties is set up, according to the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, for property intermediation and letting. It has 3,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company. In the same municipality comes a hairdresser, with another 3,000 euros, and Chandir 1313, a drinks service company, founded with 1 euro.
Almonte picks up an engineering consultancy and Lucena del Puerto a fruit and vegetable producer. MM2 Consulting and Project Management, in technical engineering services, and 24H El Chaparral are registered in Almonte with 3,000 euros each. Condado Natura, which produces and markets fruit and vegetables, does so in Lucena del Puerto with the same capital.
Regional aid over the storms and for young people enters the public register. The Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, recorded on 1 October the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the grants from the Consejería de Agricultura, the regional agriculture department, for losses from the flooding caused by the storms and for the grants for young people aged 18 to 29.
The home auctioned in Almonte closed to bids on Thursday 1. It was the only auction in the comarca, a subasta judicial or court auction, that is, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, which publishes laws and official notices. The auction notice gives no floor area.

Paterna del Campo, Beas, Niebla, Trigueros, Chucena, Manzanilla, Escacena del Campo, Bollullos Par del Condado and Villalba del Alcor had no activity of their own.
