Bonares weighs the bids for a 478,891-euro works project giving access to its logistics hub on the A-484

Bonares is assessing the bids for the works that will connect its transport logistics hub to the A-484, Almonte closed its 540,496-euro tender before VAT for the energy upgrade of its sports centre on 22 September, the Diputación de Huelva awards the refurbishment of a building in Hinojos, Bonares replaces the air conditioning of its theatre and a construction company registers in Almonte.

A building to refurbish in Hinojos and building materials for La Palma del Condado

PEROLANCH will refurbish a building in Hinojos. The Diputación de Huelva, the provincial council, awarded CONSTRUCCIONES PEROLANCH SLU, in a notice dated 24 September, the refurbishment of a building on the Plaza de España in Hinojos for 245,828 euros before VAT, under its Tu Diputación Invierte investment plan.
Eight suppliers for La Palma del Condado. On 22 September La Palma del Condado Town Council updated, with its resolution, the 2025 file to buy 170,211 euros before VAT of materials for the works of the 2025 agricultural employment programme (PFEA), which covers stretches of Calle Real and Calle Vega, the courtyards of the Guardia Civil barracks, the Las Palmeras housing estate and Calle San Pedro. The order is shared among eight suppliers, including MOSAICOS PINO SL, PROBISA VIAS Y OBRAS SLU and TEFESA SA.
New air conditioning for the Teatro Cine Colón. Bonares is tendering the supply and installation of a new air conditioning system at the Teatro Cine Colón, for 35,471 euros before VAT. Companies can bid until 2 October.

Almonte and Bonares close bidding for a sports centre and logistics access, and La Palma del Condado awards pavements

A more efficient sports centre in Almonte. On 22 September Almonte Town Council closed bidding to optimise and improve the energy performance of the municipal sports centre, for 540,496 euros before VAT, a project funded by the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica, Spain's ministry for the ecological transition. At the same site it is assessing the bids to replace the artificial turf of the 7-a-side football pitch, for 73,713 euros before VAT.

On 25 September it also closed bidding to supply the materials for the redevelopment of the Plaza Rey Juan Carlos I, under the PFEA 2026, for 101,098 euros before VAT.
Accessible pavements in La Palma del Condado. The Diputación de Huelva awarded LACONS OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SLU, in a notice dated 16 September, the modernisation and accessibility improvement of the pavements on Avenida San Juan Bosco in La Palma del Condado, for 231,924 euros before VAT, under the Tu Diputación Invierte plan.

Andalusia opens 20.8 million in energy aid for housing and other buildings

Three lines of energy grants open on 22 October. The Agencia Andaluza de la Energía, the Andalusian energy agency, is offering 20.8 million euros in three lines to install renewables and improve efficiency in homes and buildings. The largest, of 14.9 million, is for individuals and organisations with no economic activity, and the other two, of 3.9 and 2 million, are for companies and self-employed workers. Applications open on 22 October and run until their closure is announced, at the latest on 30 September 2027.
A beaches plan for the Huelva coast. The Diputación de Huelva has launched the Plan de Playas de la Provincia de Huelva 2026, a programme to improve municipal infrastructure and services that showcase Playas de Huelva as a destination.

A home at auction in Almonte and a new construction company

Bidding open in Almonte. A court is auctioning a home in Almonte, in an auction of two lots. Bids are accepted until 1 October on the Portal de Subastas del BOE, the official state auction portal.
Construction in Almonte, food in Bollullos. CARAMA TECH SL registers in Almonte with 3,000 euros of capital for electrical installations, plumbing and the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, and VARDEL 21 SL is set up in Bollullos Par del Condado, also with 3,000 euros, for the wholesale trade in food and drink.

From 19 to 26 September, Almonte closed the tender for the energy upgrade of its sports centre, the Diputación de Huelva chose the firm that will refurbish a building in Hinojos, Bonares closed the call for materials for the Plaza Rey Juan Carlos I on 25 September and keeps the tender for its theatre air conditioning open until 2 October, and Almonte and Bollullos Par del Condado registered new companies. Bonares is still assessing the works that will lead to its logistics hub from the A-484, La Palma del Condado has had the pavements of Avenida San Juan Bosco awarded since 16 September, and court bidding on an Almonte home stays open until 1 October. Trigueros, Rociana del Condado, Beas, Niebla, Lucena del Puerto, Paterna del Campo, Villalba del Alcor, Escacena del Campo, Chucena, Manzanilla and Villarrasa can apply from 22 October, like the whole of the Condado, for the Andalusian energy grants for homes and buildings.
