The storms leave Moriles and Monturque three works tendered for 239,658 euros excluding VAT, one awarded

The Campiña Sur comarca adds two works awarded this week in Moriles and Monturque, and the Montilla cultural space weighs almost eight times the next one with a contractor. For businesses, the regional Junta de Andalucía keeps 5.9 of the 20.8 million energy euros whose application window opens in October.

Montilla, almost eight times the next works contract

The Los Llanos road in Moriles finds a contractor. Contrata y Movimiento de Tierras Subbética Agrícola has been listed since this week as the winning bidder for the repair, tendered at 71,448.99 euros excluding VAT. See the contract.
The storms already have their first works with a company in Monturque. The repair of storm and wind damage to the Casa Consistorial, the town hall building, tendered at 65,354.11 euros excluding VAT, is listed this week as awarded to ALSG Servicios Generales. See the contract.
Construcciones Antroju will build the intergenerational cultural space in Montilla. The Public Sector Procurement Platform lists as resolved the fitting out of the municipal premises on calle Majuelos, tendered at 570,099.51 euros excluding VAT. That is 74.6 per cent of the amount tendered for the four works in the Campiña Sur comarca that already have a company. See the contract.

Moriles, Monturque and Santaella have three pending contracts worth 225,957 euros excluding VAT

All three bidding periods closed, none has a contractor

The El Cuquillo rural road in Moriles awaits a contractor. The repair of the storm damage, tendered at 111,732.64 euros excluding VAT, is still under review and is the most expensive pending works in the comarca. See the tender.
Monturque weighs up who will repair its Municipal Market. The storm and wind damage were tendered at 62,571.33 euros excluding VAT. Together with the town hall building and the El Cuquillo road in Moriles, the storms add up to 239,658.08 euros excluding VAT across three works. See the tender.
The Castillo de Santaella has closed its bidding period. The third phase of the archaeological work in the castle courtyard, tendered at 51,652.89 euros excluding VAT, closed its bidding period on 28 September. See the tender.

Three energy grant calls worth 20.8 million open for applications on 22 October, with 5.9 for businesses

Seven in ten euros go to applicants with no economic activity

Small firms, the self-employed and large companies have two lines worth 5.9 million. Large companies, small firms and the self-employed can apply from 9:00 on 22 October for the line for energy efficiency in homes and buildings and the line for renewables in private residential buildings. MS Agroservicios Agrícolas is born in Fernán-Núñez. With 3,100 euros of share capital, it will do tillage, sowing and harvesting for third parties. It is the only new company in the comarca this week. BORME.

From 21 to 28 September, Moriles and Monturque gained companies for the Los Llanos road and the town hall building, and Fernán-Núñez saw a new farming company. Montilla now counts on a construction firm to build its cultural space on calle Majuelos, and Montemayor on another to enclose its football ground. Moriles and Monturque are waiting for companies for El Cuquillo and the Market, Santaella closed bids for the Castle and bidding ended in Montemayor on an auctioned industrial building. Puente Genil, Aguilar de la Frontera, La Rambla, Montalbán de Córdoba, La Guijarrosa and San Sebastián de los Ballesteros saw no works contracts, auctions or freshly created companies this week, although from 22 October any of their businesses and households will be able to apply for the energy line that suits them.
