In Sagunto five streets will get new pipes from a single builder, with 614,881 euros tendered before VAT

A Sagunto holding company puts in 285,700 of the 316,700 euros, 90%, raised by the 11 companies set up this week in the Camp de Morvedre comarca, fourth of today's 20 comarcas in capital per company. A court is auctioning a single-family house in Gilet and Canet d'En Berenguer awards its town wall.

Sagunto hosts nine new firms, headed by a 285,700 euro holding company

Fourth comarca of the day in capital per company

A management holding company puts up 90% of all fresh capital. GRUPO BELARA GESTION is set up in Sagunt/Sagunto with 285,700 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, according to the BORME of 29 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. It is 90% of the 316,700 euros of the 11 new companies in the Camp de Morvedre comarca.
A developer and two estate firms launch in property. ECL LEGACY registers in Sagunt/Sagunto for property development (BORME of 30 September) and OLINO AGUAS, also there, to let property (BORME of the 29th). ATA ESP INVESTMENTS, in Canet d'En Berenguer, will buy, sell and let property (BORME of the 24th). All three start with 3,000 euros.
Five of the eleven new companies are holding companies. TERRAVEST HOLDING, NI UNA MIGA and URBANOVIX OBRAS (BORME of 24 September) and NOVALTO INVESTMENTS (BORME of the 28th) are, like GRUPO BELARA, companies that manage stakes in other businesses, with 3,000 euros. URBANOVIX OBRAS is not a construction company.
Artificial intelligence also sets up shop in Sagunto. INTALVA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL, with 4,000 euros (BORME of 28 September), and TRIPIUM IA, with 3,000 (BORME of the 29th), will write software. In Segart, PLANTES DECOR PAISAJISMO is set up (BORME of the 23rd).
The Gilet single-family house takes bids until 15 October. The Gilet auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid. The court notice does not give the square metres.

Global Omnium Construcción wins three Sagunto water works, two in the Port

Five streets in Sagunto get new pipes from a single builder. Aigües de Sagunt commissions Global Omnium Construcción for the network on calle Larga, in the Port, tendered at 139,795 euros before VAT, before tax, the sewerage on Azzati, Daoiz and sindicalista Miguel Hernández, also in the Port, at 64,099.28 euros before VAT, and calle Ordoñez, at 410,987.16 euros before VAT. All three were tendered, a public contest in which companies submit bids.
Canet d'En Berenguer restores its town wall. Alturas de la Mancha will restore the first phase of the wall, on calles Muralla and Calvari, tendered at 212,813.73 euros before VAT. It is listed as awarded on the Platform, which updated it on 29 September. The award is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work.
Orona will replace the lift at Sagunto's health centre. The Health Department tendered it at 61,983.47 euros before VAT. Another firm will fix irrigation in the municipal urban allotments, tendered at 2,892.56 euros before VAT.
The largest contract with a company is for the municipal thermal installations. Moncobra has been awarded the maintenance of Sagunto's municipal thermal installations, tendered at 578,512.40 euros before VAT. It is not from this week, the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, updated it on 21 September.

Quart de les Valls leads seven unawarded tenders worth 828,531 euros before VAT

Days each tender has gone without a company

Quart de les Valls wants to rebuild its swimming pools. The contest to alter and upgrade the municipal swimming pools, tendered at 270,130 euros before VAT, is still under assessment, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. It is the largest of the seven pending.
Sagunto is studying offers for three works. Aigües de Sagunt, for the drinking water pipe in the Port, tendered at 168,275.55 euros before VAT. Sagunto city council, for the park in plaza Padre Jaime, at 139,012.15 euros before VAT, and the Port paella area toilets, at 108,172.64 euros before VAT.
Gilet closed bidding for fire monitoring. The deadline for its fire risk prevention and management system, tendered at 41,500 euros before VAT, ended on 28 September. It is the only one of the seven that moved this week.
Benavites expects a firm for a street and its church. It is assessing the paving of calle Les Parres, tendered at 61,575.99 euros before VAT, the one that has been waiting longest, and the upkeep of the interior of the church of Santiago de Benicalaf, at 39,865 euros before VAT.

Quartell secures provincial money to fix two avenues and a street

Four of the five grants in this section are open to applications

Quartell receives direct aid for its streets. The Diputación de València, the provincial government, grants Quartell town council a subsidy to upgrade avenida Benavites, avenida Benifairó and calle San Antonio, according to the National Grants Database (Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones), the public register of grants. It is not open to applications.
Young people who want to make a living from farming have new grants. The Agencia Valenciana de Fomento y Garantía Agraria publishes the call, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for young and new farmers to settle in the Comunitat Valenciana (BDNS 931561).
Town councils and mancomunidades can seek provincial money. The Diputación announces 2026 grants for town councils to promote talent, Europe and digital (BDNS 932389) and for mancomunidades to run territorial innovation projects (BDNS 932399).
The Plan GenT opens its 2027 edition. The Conselleria de Educación, Cultura y Universidades helps to hire and stabilise talented researchers and innovators (BDNS 931323).

Canet d'En Berenguer adds a property firm and the restoration of its town wall, Segart a landscaping firm and Gilet a house under court-ordered sale and a fire prevention system whose deadline has closed. Quart de les Valls and Benavites wait for the winning bidder, the first for its swimming pools and the second for a street and its church in Benicalaf, and Quartell receives provincial money for two avenues and a street. Faura, Benifairó de les Valls, Estivella, Albalat dels Tarongers, Petrés, Algímia d'Alfara, Torres Torres, Alfara de la Baronia and Algar de Palància had no company registrations, auctions or contracts across these eight days.
