Benavites takes five of seven public contracts that moved across Camp de Morvedre comarca, 311,799 euros

Benavites holds five of seven public contracts that moved forward from 7 to 14 October in Camp de Morvedre comarca's towns, works tendered for a combined 311,799 euros excluding VAT, including a pair at the church of Santiago de Benicalaf. In Sagunto, Global Omnium Construcción adds its fourth water project with the Puerto pipeline, and four companies are founded with 14,700 euros of capital.

Street, track, sports court and church, the Benavites batch tendered at 311,799 euros before VAT

• The church of Santiago de Benicalaf adds two projects. In Benavites, according to the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the town council settled the works on the church of Santiago de Benicalaf, covering accessibility, windows and restoration of the main door, tendered at 114,418.50 euros before VAT, the figure before tax, with Arko10 Obras y Servicios de Levante. The tender is over and the contract is closed (works record). The second phase covering the nave and the chapels, tendered at 39,865 euros before VAT, was updated this week, although the Plataforma does not yet say which company will do it (second phase record, current version).
• Calle Les Parres is paved by Tuateam S.L. Benavites town council settled the paving of two stretches of Calle Les Parres, tendered at 61,575.99 euros before VAT. The deadline for the licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, closed on 24 August (works record).
• Track and fencing close the batch. JDIEGO CONSTRUCCIONES S.L. will upgrade the Marchaletes and Pantano track, tendered at 51,463.47 euros before VAT (track record), and EQUIPAMIENTOS PARA ENTORNO URBANO, S.L.U. will fence the multi-sport court, tendered at 44,476.50 euros before VAT (fencing record).

Global Omnium Construcción strings together four Sagunto water networks tendered at 783,157 euros before VAT

• The pipeline carrying water to the Puerto de Sagunto gets its contractor. The company Aigües de Sagunt updated on 13 October the improvement of the pipeline that brings drinking water to the Puerto de Sagunto with GLOBAL OMNIUM CONSTRUCCIÓN, tendered at 168,275.55 euros before VAT (pipeline record). It is its fourth water project in Sagunto, along with the network in Calle Ordoñez (record), the one in Calle Larga del Puerto (record) and the sewerage of Calle Azzati, Calle Daoiz and Calle Miguel Hernández (record).
• Two companies will do the metalwork for Sagunto's municipal company. The municipal company Societat Anònima de Gestió Sagunt settled the framework agreement for locksmithing and metal joinery, a contract that sets, for several years, the terms of the jobs given to one or more companies, tendered at 120,000 euros before VAT, with MC CARPINTERIA METALICA S.L. and Vicana (agreement record).
• Sagunto's municipal buildings have a maintenance contractor. Vareser 96 takes on the maintenance of municipal buildings, tendered at 779,338.84 euros before VAT (record), MONCOBRA SA the heating and cooling installations, tendered at 578,512.40 euros before VAT (record), and Orona, S.Coop. the new lift at the Sagunto Health Centre (record). So does the irrigation of the urban allotments, tendered at 2,892.56 euros before VAT (record).
• Canet d'En Berenguer repairs its old wall. ALTURAS DE LA MANCHA,S.L. will carry out the first phase of the town wall in Calle Muralla and Calle Calvari, tendered at 212,813.73 euros before VAT (town wall record), and ATG DESARROLLOS 2011 SL the refurbishment of the social services premises in Plaza de la Iglesia, tendered at 131,300.55 euros before VAT (premises record).

Traffic, pools, square, toilets and fire watch, 874,105 euros tendered and awaiting a contractor

• Three Sagunto tenders are waiting. In Sagunto three tenders remain en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company: the camera traffic control system (traffic control record), the inclusive urban park in Plaza Padre Jaime (square record) and the public toilets for the paella cooks at the Puerto (toilets record).
• Quart de les Valls and Gilet wait for their bids to be decided. The municipal swimming pools of Quart de les Valls, with bidding closed on 8 September (pools record), and the fire watch system of Gilet, closed on 28 September (system record), are still being assessed.

• A Gilet detached house, at judicial auction. A detached house in Gilet went to subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, on the official state auction website. Its building, from 2006, has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 711,221 euros (auction record).
• Sagunto sells two lots of municipal property. Sagunto city council is assessing the bids for the sale of two lots of municipal property, tendered at 2,541,200 euros before VAT, with bidding closed on 21 September (sale record).

Four new companies start in Sagunto with 14,700 euros, a builder among them

• A new builder starts up in Sagunto. SISTEMAS GRUPARTE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA was incorporated in the BORME of 7 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published. It will build, repair and refurbish buildings and, of the four, it has the most capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company (BORME of 7 October).
• A petrol station, retail and sales prospecting complete the BORME. GRUPO GASOLINERA SAGUNTO, MAKTUB CLOTHING and K.O. CAPTACION Y GESTION SOCIEDAD LIMITADA are founded with 3,000 euros each. Together the four put in 14,700 euros of capital (BORME of 7 October).

This week, Camp de Morvedre comarca's works moved forward in Benavites and Sagunto. Canet d'En Berenguer has had contractors since late September for its town wall and for refurbishing its social services premises. The swimming pools of Quart de les Valls remain unawarded, like the fire watch system of Gilet, where a detached house went to judicial auction. Albalat dels Tarongers, Alfara de la Baronia, Estivella, Algar de Palància, Algímia d'Alfara, Benifairó de les Valls, Faura, Petrés, Quartell, Segart and Torres Torres had no news on record in official sources.
