Eight property and construction firms are founded in the Burgos comarca and 170 metres of home await a bidder

The Burgos comarca registers 15 new companies, eight with a property or construction purpose. Anyone looking for a large home has until 14 October to bid for a 170 metre flat in Burgos city sold by order of a court. Arlanzón, Pedrosa de Río Úrbel and Cubillo del Campo want construction firms for 513,272 euros excluding VAT, before tax, while the provincial government, known as the Diputación, opens grants to repair rural schools.

Property and construction take six in every ten euros

The biggest bet combines a car workshop with housing development. A new company in the city of Burgos starts with 15,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, five times what 12 of the 15 new companies contribute. It combines a car workshop, property development and renting out homes and commercial premises, according to the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law (BORME of 30 September).
Three property firms register their address in Burgos city. HOTEL PALACIO VILUEÑA starts with 3,000 euros to develop land and build homes (BORME of 23 September). On the 30th came INMOCIRCULO GESTION, with 3,100 euros to act as an agent in sales and lettings, and GARCOS FAMILY OFFICE, with 3,000 to buy, sell and let property (BORME of 30 September).
Two new builders offer to refurbish buildings. FAINOVA AISLAMIENTO Y REVESTIMIENTO and another new builder, both registered in the city of Burgos with 3,000 euros of capital, list refurbishment, housebuilding and public works among their activities (BORME of 30 September).
Villariezo, Merindad de Río Ubierna and Arcos each gain a new company. A holding company in Villariezo combines managing shareholdings with property activity (BORME of 23 September). DMG COMPRAVENTA DE VEHICULOS opens in Merindad de Río Ubierna to sell cars and deal in property, and ALUPA ADMINISTRADORA DE CAPITALES sets up in Arcos to manage shareholdings (BORME of 30 September).

Three villages want a construction firm for 513,272 euros of works and the Mercado Norte awaits a contractor

The Mercado Norte accounts for 96 in every 100 euros

The new Mercado Norte already has candidates to build it. The municipal Junta de Gobierno is examining the bids to build the new Mercado Norte market building and develop its surroundings, tendered at 21,711,093.75 euros excluding VAT in a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service. The deadline closed on 10 September.
Arlanzón takes the last bids for its health centre today. Arlanzón accepts bids until 1 October to refurbish a municipal building and turn it into a health centre, works tendered at 246,924.02 euros excluding VAT. On 28 September the deadline closed to develop a multi-purpose space, tendered at 180,252.74 euros excluding VAT.
Pedrosa de Río Úrbel and Cubillo del Campo offer works sized for a small firm. Pedrosa de Río Úrbel is looking for a company until Monday 5 October for its municipal warehouse, tendered at 215,322.74 euros excluding VAT, and Cubillo del Campo, until Friday 9 October, to build a recycling point, tendered at 51,025.44 euros excluding VAT.
Burgos city council closed the deadline to sell a council shop unit. The city council put a council-owned shop unit up for sale on 15 September, tendered at 270,218.63 euros excluding VAT. The deadline for bids closed on 30 September.

The city of Burgos puts 170 metres of housing before the highest bidder until 14 October

A court puts up for bidding a 170 metre home in Burgos city. The auction, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid on the BOE auction portal, opened on 24 September. The notice gives 170.80 built square metres including common areas, in a building from 1942 with a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 246,307 euros per home.
A home with three bedrooms closes its bidding today. This other auction, also in the city of Burgos, has been open for bids since 11 September. The notice gives no floor area. Its building, from 1945, has a median CasasValue of 96,208 euros per home, and that of the 170 metre flat is 2.6 times higher.
A rural plot within the Burgos municipal boundaries awaits bids until Monday 5 October. The plot has been open for bids since 15 September. The notice does not give its area.

A garden, a lift and the Prado de los Toros street lighting already have their firm

A public garden takes seven in every ten euros

A public garden in Burgos city completes its development. The Junta de Gobierno of Burgos city council has resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, the contract to finish developing a plot set aside as a public garden, tendered at 368,435.74 euros excluding VAT.
Etralux will renew the street lighting on the Prado de los Toros avenue. The mayor of Villalbilla de Burgos decided in favour of the company Etralux for the renewal of the street lighting on the avenue, tendered at 67,701.43 euros excluding VAT.
Coca Restauraciones y Obras will install a lift in a secondary school. The Dirección Provincial de Educación in Burgos resolved the installation of a lift in a secondary school in the city, tendered at 79,999.98 euros excluding VAT.
The Diputación de Burgos opens grants to repair rural schools. The Diputación Provincial de Burgos, the provincial council, registered on 29 September a call for grants to repair, maintain and improve state infant and primary schools in rural areas for the 2026-2027 school year. For the rural state schools of the province, the Burgos provincial government (Diputación) registered a grants call on 29 September.
