In Villalonquéjar IV, Burgos city council awards two industrial plots tendered at 669,906 euros

GRUAS ROXU, S.A. takes plots 29 and 109A, just awarded. In the Burgos comarca, construction of the Mercado Norte, not yet awarded, outweighs by more than 11 times the other 14 works in this edition together, Villariezo, Cardeñajimeno, Villagonzalo Pedernales and Carcedo de Burgos want contractors for six jobs totalling 409,700 euros and six companies are born.

One awarded, one auction over and one waiting

Municipal industrial land in Villalonquéjar IV, awarded. Burgos city council has awarded GRUAS ROXU, S.A. plots 29 and 109A of the Villalonquéjar IV industrial estate, tendered at 669,906.40 euros before VAT. The Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, records the award this week, the step in which the public body chooses the company.
Bids for the Siervas de Jesús premises, being assessed. Commercial premises number 2 on calle Siervas de Jesús, which the city council is selling at auction, are tendered at 270,218.63 euros before VAT. The deadline closed on 30 September and the council is studying the bids. Anyone who wants to know who gets the premises can follow it at that same Procurement Platform link.
A court auction ended on 14 October. On the Portal de Subastas of the Boletín Oficial del Estado, the BOE's official website for bidding, the court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, of a 171 square metre home in the city of Burgos closed on 14 October. It sits in a 1942 building whose CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 246,307 euros.

Six works in four villages of the Burgos comarca look for builders, 409,700 euros before VAT

The Villariezo square, the biggest of the six

Villariezo puts its square out to bid. Villariezo town council opened on 8 October a public tender in which firms compete for the paving and refurbishment of a public square, the biggest of the six by amount. It takes bids until 28 October.
Four deadlines fall between Monday 19 and Thursday 22. On Monday 19 bids close for the energy refurbishment of the headquarters of the Mancomunidad Ribera del Río Ausín, a grouping of town councils that provide services together. On Tuesday 20 the deadline ends for the lighting of the Cardeñajimeno cycle lane. On Thursday 22 bids close for the extension of the Cardeñajimeno cemetery and for the Fuente Murcia, Páramo and Las Adoberas tracks in Villagonzalo Pedernales.
Carcedo de Burgos gives more time. The resurfacing of the Plaza de Toros track in Carcedo de Burgos stays open until 3 November. The six together add up to 409,700.24 euros before VAT, before taxes.

In the city of Burgos, works management for the Mercado Norte stays open to candidates until 29 October

The Mercado Norte is worth more than 11 times the other 14 works together

Mercado Norte management seeks a team. Burgos city council takes bids until 29 October for the dirección facultativa and the health and safety coordination of the new Mercado Norte, tendered at 674,129.45 euros before VAT. The dirección facultativa is the technical team that directs the works.
The market building is still being assessed. The building of the new Mercado Norte, tendered at 21,711,093.75 euros before VAT, has been being assessed since bidding closed on 10 September. That job alone is worth more than 11 times the other 14 works of the Burgos comarca in this edition, together.
Two more municipal contracts pending. Still being assessed are the drafting of the designs and works management of the sports centre the city council plans and the running of the municipal rehousing and social housing programme. With the Mercado Norte and its works management, the four municipal contracts add up to 23.7 million euros before VAT.

The Burgos comarca registers six companies with 30,000 euros, among them a property agency

Property agency and advisory firm, one euro in five

A property agency and an advisory firm. The BORME of 7 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, lists SOLUCIONES INMOBILIARIAS BURGALESAS SL, an agency buying, selling and letting property in the city of Burgos, and IURIS CASTELLAE ASESORES SL, a legal and tax advisory firm in Modúbar de la Emparedada whose purpose also covers property activities, with 3,000 euros of share capital each, the money the partners put in.
A haulage firm, the largest. TRANSPORTE BLACK SEA SPEED SL, in road haulage, has 15,000 euros. Completing the list are VELGON SL, in investment, ZYNACORP SL, in digital marketing, and ARVESSA ENERGIA SL, in electrical equipment, with 3,000 euros each, according to the BORME.
Five of the six, in the capital. Five of the six companies are based in the city of Burgos and the sixth, the advisory firm, in Modúbar de la Emparedada, according to the BORME.

Revillarruz, Arlanzón and four more places in the Burgos comarca have or await a firm for eight works worth 1.51 million

Four have their contractor. The canteen and dwelling in Revillarruz goes to GEOLYKA23 S. L., and the outstanding urbanisation works of a public garden in the city of Burgos to a building firm. The lighting of avenida Prado de los Toros in Villalbilla de Burgos goes to ETRALUX S.A., and the lift at the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente secondary school in the city to a restoration and building company.
Arlanzón has two tenders under study. Still being assessed are the Arlanzón medical centre and the multipurpose space on calle Newton.
Pedrosa and Cubillo closed their deadlines. The municipal store in Pedrosa de Río Úrbel closed bids on 5 October, and the Cubillo del Campo recycling point on the 9th. The eight works add up to 1,508,833.30 euros before VAT.
