A Sant Joan Despí firm starts with 255,453 euros, nearly level with the other 43 in the Baix Llobregat comarca

The Baix Llobregat comarca gains 44 new companies and MT LOGISTICA Y ALMACENAJE puts up 255,453 of their 535,027 euros of capital. A further 17 trade in property or do building works. El Prat de Llobregat hands out shopping vouchers worth 150,000 euros, to be applied for before 22 November. Esparreguera has a building with offices taking bids until 15 October.

Castelldefels and Sant Boi de Llobregat, 4 new companies each

Real estate and construction take up 17 of the 44 newcomers. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, recorded 44 new companies in the Baix Llobregat comarca from 29 September to 6 October. In 17, or 38.6 per cent, the main activity is property or construction, refurbishment and installations. They are 10 property firms and 7 in building works. The only pure developer is NUS INICIATIVAS 22, from Sant Just Desvern, and BCN PRIM, from Cervelló, will let homes, commercial premises and industrial units.
Castelldefels and Sant Boi de Llobregat tie on 4. In Castelldefels they are LUKAYCO and ARIBAU 185 TRADE PARTNERS, a property brokerage company and a property trading company, the property firm SINGULAR PRIME and the builder GPK ARQUITECTURA SOSTENIBLE. In Sant Boi de Llobregat building works lead, with the broker GROCASEC and three new refurbishment and installation companies, among them T.A.J. JIREH REFORMAS.
Nearly every one starts with the minimum. The 17 add up to 57,022 euros of capital, the money the partners put in, and 14 begin with 3,000. The one that puts in the most, 7,366, is A.N.H. MULTISERVICIOS DEL HOGAR, in electrical installations. Left out are three companies that only have the sector as a secondary activity or as a customer.

Only the Esparreguera auction stays open beyond today, until 15 October

Three municipalities hold the 4 auctions of the comarca

Only Esparreguera has days still to run. The Esparreguera auction, a public sale ordered by a court, accepts bids until 15 October. It is listed as a home, but the edicto, the official notice of the auction, describes a building with offices. It gives 115.42 built metres for one part and not the total floor area.
Another bidding window ends today and two have already closed. In Sant Andreu de la Barca a home accepts bids until today, 7 October with no metres in its edicto. The other 2 closed on 5 October, a 76-metre home in Sant Andreu de la Barca, in a 1981 building where the CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 188,813 euros, and a home of 66.52 metres in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

El Prat de Llobregat puts 150,000 euros into shopping vouchers and opens them to SMEs and self-employed traders

The four grant deadlines already ticking

ElPratVal returns and must be applied for before 22 November. On 30 September El Prat de Llobregat city council registered in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the call, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the second edition of ElPratVal. It has 150,000 euros, SMEs and the self-employed can apply until 22 November and it is processed through the municipal online office.
The Consorci de Comerç opens its retail and services call for 2026. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya, the consortium of the Generalitat and the chambers of commerce that promotes retail, crafts and fashion, opened on 29 September its call for grants to retail and services for 2026.

MT LOGISTICA starts with 255,453 euros in Sant Joan Despí while a Gavà company does so with 1

The five newcomers that bring the most capital to the comarca

One newcomer nearly equals the other 43 put together. The 44 companies add up to 535,027 euros of capital and MT LOGISTICA Y ALMACENAJE, from Sant Joan Despí, starts with 255,453, or 47.7 per cent. The other 43 put in 279,574. Despite its name, it declares that it will hold stakes in other companies.
The four largest reach 73.9 per cent. Next come a sports centre in Gavà, a drone wholesaler in Sant Boi de Llobregat and an energy broker in Olesa de Montserrat. Between the four, 395,453 euros. At the other extreme, a computer programming company in Gavà is set up with 1 euro.

Vallirana registers 15 grants worth 110,586 euros and 47,000 remain open to applications

Three calls with the same last day. On 2 October Vallirana town council registered 15 grants that add up to 110,586 euros. Only 3 are calls and accept applications from organisations until 6 November, sports programmes, with 34,000 euros, cultural programmes, with 7,000, and sports licences of the Consell Esportiu del Baix Llobregat, with 6,000.
The remaining money already has a name on it. Another 11, with 48,586 euros, carry in their title the organisation that receives them and 10 are nominativas or direct, grants with a fixed recipient that nobody else can apply for. The largest, of 13,000, is for the Associació Esportiva Vallirana. That leaves 15,000 euros for school canteen monitors, with an application window in the BDNS from 1 to 20 October. Begues registered 6 for international cooperation worth 25,000 euros, the largest of 8,000.
200,000 euros for residents' associations. The Agencia de la Vivienda de Cataluña, the Catalan government's public body that carries out and manages housing policy, opened on 29 September a call for grants for neighbourhood organisations and associations in the neighbourhoods whose homes it manages. It shares out 200,000 euros until 6 November. The Departamento de Empresa y Trabajo awarded a direct grant of 88,000 euros to Cohabitac, a coordinating body of social housing foundations.

A new company appeared in Castelldefels, Viladecans, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Gavà, El Prat de Llobregat, Sant Andreu de la Barca, Molins de Rei, Olesa de Montserrat, Cervelló, Corbera de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Cervelló, Torrelles de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts and Begues, which also registered 6 cooperation grants. Esparreguera holds the auction still alive until 15 October and Vallirana the 15 grants of 2 October. Nothing of their own is recorded for La Palma de Cervelló, Castellví de Rosanes, Sant Climent de Llobregat, El Papiol, Collbató, Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Pallejà, Abrera, Martorell, Esplugues de Llobregat and Cornellà de Llobregat.
