Sant Boi and El Prat open four grants to refurbish and rent homes in just two days
The city councils of Sant Boi de Llobregat and El Prat de Llobregat published four calls for refurbishment and rental on 24 and 25 September. The Baix Llobregat comarca sees 46 new companies enter the register, 21 devoted to building works and real estate, five of those in Gavà, and bidding for the flats in Sant Andreu de la Barca and Sant Boi ends on Monday 5 October.
Sant Boi and El Prat open four grants to refurbish buildings and pay the rent

- Sant Boi opens refurbishment and rental side by side. Sant Boi de Llobregat city council published on 25 September its 2026 call to refurbish homes and residential buildings and the 2026 rental subsidy call. Both are awarded by competitive tender.
- El Prat is looking for flats for its social rental pool. El Prat de Llobregat city council published two linked lines on 24 September: a grant for the owner who puts their home in the mediation pool and another for the registered resident tenant with a contract within that pool. The owner is paid with the city council in the middle and the tenant pays less.
Three homes and an office building await bids in Sant Andreu, Sant Boi and Esparreguera

- Sant Boi adds a 67-metre flat with four rooms. The home of 67 registered square metres in Sant Boi de Llobregat, with four rooms, is still open to bids and closes on that same 5 October. As a reference for the municipality, not the building, the median CasasValue of a home in Sant Boi is 240,417 euros.
