Aranjuez city council puts 320,000 euros of grants on offer and 220,000 go to clubs until the 30th

Clubs and associations from the city of Aranjuez can apply for 320,000 municipal euros spread over three grants, and the sport one closes first, on Friday 30 October. Three works leave a budget of 1,331,831 euros in San Martín de la Vega, within the Aranjuez comarca, and Chinchón waits for bids on its protection plan until Wednesday 14.

Clubs, social healthcare bodies and associations from the city of Aranjuez can apply for 320,000 municipal euros

Sport closes on the 30th and social on 20 November

Clubs and athletes in the city of Aranjuez share the largest line. On Wednesday 7 October the city council registered in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the call for clubs, sports associations and athletes, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. It carries 220,000 euros and can be applied for until Friday 30 October.
Social healthcare bodies and associations have 50,000 euros per line. The other two calls were entered on Monday 5. One is for social healthcare bodies and the other for associations that are sociocultural, youth, neighbourhood, for women or social in nature. Both accept applications until Friday 20 November. The three lines are for bodies with no economic activity and are handled through the municipal online office.
Families with complex chronic patients have regional support. On Friday 9 the Comunidad de Madrid registered its support for complex chronic conditions, valid across the whole Aranjuez comarca.

Glorieta San Marcos seeks a company for 839,912 euros and Chinchón uses up its final 3 days to bid

Eight in ten euros out to tender are at the roundabout

Bids for Glorieta San Marcos are still admitted, until Monday 26. San Martín de la Vega town council seeks a company to finish the remodelling, with money from the FEDER 2021-2027, the European Regional Development Fund, according to its title. It is out to tender for 839,912 euros excluding VAT, before taxes, in a public tender in which companies bid. It came out on 25 September and the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, updated its notice on Friday 9 October. With tracks and schools under assessment, San Martín de la Vega gathers 1,331,831 euros in three works.
The historic centre of Chinchón will have a protection plan. The town council is tendering the drafting of the Plan Especial de Protección of its Conjunto Histórico Artístico for 115,702 euros. It is a services contract and is the first to expire, on Wednesday 14 October.
Morata de Tajuña gets a new wall commissioned by the Guardia Civil. The Comandancia de Tres Cantos is tendering the demolition of a brick wall and the building of a concrete one, for 94,446 euros, with bids also until Monday 26.

Seven contracts with 2,351,400 euros await a company, from Las Olivas to the schools of San Martín de la Vega

The city of Aranjuez has two large contracts still to decide. The maintenance and cleaning of the Ciudad Deportiva Las Olivas, a service tendered for 1,002,289 euros excluding VAT, is the largest. Next comes the ecological restoration of the roadways of the Plaza de San Antonio, with 718,291 euros, whose deadline closed on 6 October. Both remain under assessment, that is, the public body is assessing the bids. For the square there is also a cancelled notice on record.
San Martín de la Vega studies bids for tracks and schools. The repair of four municipal tracks, tendered for 250,732 euros, and the improvement of yards and courts at the San Marcos and Clara Campoamor schools, for 241,187 euros, add up to 491,920 euros under assessment.
A theatre, a school and three municipal roofs are still being studied. Colmenar de Oreja is assessing the accessibility of the Teatro Municipal Diéguez, which came out for 62,124 euros. Chinchón, the windows of the Colegio Público Hermanos Ortiz de Zárate, for 47,851 euros. Ciempozuelos, the leaks in the roofs of its Centro Joven, its library and its Centro de Formación, for 28,925 euros.
Ambite closed bids for its resurfacing and Titulcia plans a swimming pool. The paving of Ambite, tendered for 300,860 euros, closed its deadline on 6 October. Titulcia has published the prior notice of a municipal swimming pool, with 454,517 euros announced and no tender yet. The smart road signage of the city of Aranjuez, which came out for 90,890 euros, is recorded as closed, that is, the tender is over and it already has a company.

Three municipalities of the Aranjuez comarca see five companies set up with 3,000 euros each

San Martín de la Vega adds a haulier and an agricultural engineering firm. WAYRA EXPRESS 2026, in road freight haulage, appears in the BORME of Monday 5 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. EDIOPTRA INGENIERIA, a professional company for agricultural engineering and surveying, arrives in the one of Thursday 8.
The city of Aranjuez gains an ice maker and a wholesaler. VALMAR HIELOS DE BARCELONA has as its object making ice cream and edible ice, and NEXOSTOCK IBERIA, wholesale trade. Both are recorded in the gazette of Wednesday 7.
Villaconejos receives a hospitality business. NOMLILI, formed to run restaurants and pizzerias, comes out in that same gazette. All five start with 3,000 euros of capital, the money the shareholders put in, and none is a property or building company.
Not one home auction stays open across the Aranjuez comarca. The auction, a public sale ordered by a court, of the home in San Martín de la Vega closed on Monday 5 October and the one in the city of Aranjuez, on Wednesday 7. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives the metres of neither and their buildings have no published CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

From 3 to 10 October, 320,000 municipal euros were offered in the city of Aranjuez for sport and for associations, while the Aranjuez comarca had three tenders accepting bids in Chinchón, Morata de Tajuña and San Martín de la Vega. Five companies were formed between San Martín de la Vega, Villaconejos and the city of Aranjuez, and the auctions of a home in San Martín de la Vega and another in the city of Aranjuez closed bidding on 5 and 7 October. Ciempozuelos and Colmenar de Oreja have contracts under assessment, Ambite closed bids for its resurfacing and Titulcia has announced a municipal pool. The regional support for families with complex chronic patients also reaches Tielmes, Brea de Tajo, Carabaña, Valdaracete, Perales de Tajuña, Estremera, Villarejo de Salvanés, Belmonte de Tajo, Valdelaguna, Orusco de Tajuña, Villamanrique de Tajo and Fuentidueña de Tajo, where the week records no tender, company or auction.
