The Aranjuez comarca goes from 4 to 9 new companies in a week and 3 of them are builders

The Aranjuez comarca registers 9 companies in five days, against 4 the week before, and three will go into building, spread across the Aranjuez municipality, San Martín de la Vega and Ciempozuelos. Tuesday 6 is the last day for offers on the roadways under refurbishment by Aranjuez city council, a tender of 718,291 euros before VAT. Ambite closes its asphalting tender on that date too. The Guardia Civil tenders a wall in Morata de Tajuña, Chinchón tenders the plan covering its historic quarter and Titulcia announces a swimming pool of 454,517 euros before VAT. Two homes run out of auction time on 5 and 7 October.

Nine registrations in five consecutive days

Five gazettes in a row bring 9 newly formed companies. From 28 September to 2 October the Registro Mercantil, the Spanish Companies Register, published 9 incorporations in the Aranjuez comarca, 2.25 times the 4 it published the week before, on 23 and 25 September. Between them they add up to 25,601 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover, according to the gazette of 28 September and the four that followed.
Three newcomers are born to put up buildings. TRINEX, ESTUDIOS TECNICOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES SL, a company from San Martín de la Vega, has the largest capital, 6,000 euros, and will build and refurbish homes, premises and industrial units. ENERCERTA GESTION SL, from Ciempozuelos, combines residential construction and electrical installations, and MUNDISERVICIO BRAMAX SL, from the Aranjuez municipality, focuses on residential buildings. The three together hold 12,000 euros.
The Aranjuez municipality accounts for 4 of the 9 and Morata de Tajuña debuts two. Also registered in the Aranjuez municipality are MASBEAUTY EUROPE SL, a cosmetics wholesaler, and MASMED HEALTHCARE SL, a holding company, that is, one created to hold stakes in other companies, with 3,750 euros each, and a restaurant, SYLHETY BOYES SL, with 3,000. Morata de Tajuña adds the consultancy UNKERA CONSULTING SL and the video production company BE DIGITAL STUDIO SL, and Colmenar de Oreja the digital printer GRAPHIC PROJECTS SL.

One day for one bid, three for the other

The San Martín de la Vega duplex closes on Monday. The auction of a duplex in San Martín de la Vega, a subasta judicial, which is a public sale ordered by a court and in which anyone can bid, remains open to bids until Monday 5 October. It opened on 15 September, so anyone wishing to bid is down to the last of its 20 days.
Bids in the Aranjuez municipality are accepted until Wednesday 7. The auction of a home in the Aranjuez municipality remains open until Wednesday 7 October, also after 20 days. Neither of the two court notices publishes the square metres, so it is worth requesting the documentation on the portal itself before bidding. Four open tenders gather 1,229,300 euros while Titulcia announces its own municipal pool

Four in every ten euros are new this week

Two street works shut their bidding on Tuesday 6. Still open are the refurbishment of the roadways and surroundings of the Plaza de San Antonio, by Aranjuez city council, tendered at 718,291 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT, and the asphalting of Ambite, tendered at 300,860 euros before VAT. A licitación is a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service. The earlier version of the plaza file was cancelled and only the one for carrying out the works is valid.
A concrete wall in Morata de Tajuña awaits a builder with a long deadline. On 1 October the Comandancia de la Guardia Civil de Tres Cantos, the Guardia Civil command in Tres Cantos, put out to tender the demolition of a brick wall and the construction of a concrete one in Morata de Tajuña, tendered at 94,446 euros before VAT. It is the new item with the most room this week, because it accepts bids until 26 October.
Chinchón seeks a drafting team to protect its historic centre. On 28 September the drafting of the Plan Especial de Protección del Conjunto Histórico Artístico de Chinchón, the document that will govern the protection of its historic centre, went out to tender at 115,702 euros before VAT and with bids until 14 October.
Titulcia prepares a municipal pool, changing rooms included. On 30 September Titulcia town council published the prior notice for the municipal swimming pool, with changing rooms and improvement of the surroundings and a tender amount of 454,517 euros before VAT. It does not accept bids yet, but builders can already study it.

Six contracts worth 1,633,109 euros have yet to get a company, with the Ciudad Deportiva Las Olivas weighing 61 per cent

Las Olivas awaits its maintenance company. The maintenance and cleaning of the Ciudad Deportiva Las Olivas, of Aranjuez city council, tendered at 1,002,289 euros before VAT, is still being assessed, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. It is 61 per cent of what is pending in the Aranjuez comarca.
Two works remain to be decided in San Martín de la Vega. The repair of several municipal lanes, tendered at 250,732 euros before VAT, and the improvement of playgrounds and sports courts at two state schools, tendered at 241,187 euros before VAT, add up to 491,920 euros.
Colmenar de Oreja, Chinchón and Ciempozuelos complete the list. Awaiting a company are the accessibility of the municipal theatre of Colmenar de Oreja, tendered at 62,124 euros before VAT, the aluminium windows of a state school in Chinchón, tendered at 47,851, and the roof repairs at the Centro Joven, the Biblioteca Municipal and the Centro de Formación in Ciempozuelos, tendered at 28,925.
The smart road signage already has a company. NITLUX SAU is on record as the adjudicataria, the company chosen for the contract, for the supply and installation of a new smart road signage point of Aranjuez city council, tendered at 90,890 euros before VAT.

Madrid logs two calls, digitalisation in one and wine in the other, and San Martín de la Vega reserves 7,000 euros for its family associations

Three records this week and what is known about each

Digitalisation calls Global Tech. On 28 September the Consejería de Digitalización of the Comunidad de Madrid, the digitalisation department of the Madrid regional government, registered the convocatoria for the Global Tech digitalisation awards, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant.
Wine promotion abroad opens a fresh 2027 call. On 1 October the Consejería de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura e Interior, the regional department for environment, agriculture and home affairs, registered the grants for promoting wines in non-EU countries for 2027.
San Martín de la Vega funds its family associations. On 28 September the town council registered the grants to the associations of families of pupils for 2026, with a budget of 7,000 euros. They are grants earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for.
