A Montbui property company starts with 1 euro, something only 8 of 535 companies do in 20 other comarcas

The Anoia comarca gains four new companies, among them a 1 euro property company in Santa Margarida de Montbui and a construction firm in Vallbona d'Anoia. Five auctions stay live in La Torre de Claramunt, Montbui, Igualada and Masquefa until 15 October.

A Santa Margarida de Montbui property company starts with 1 euro of capital and three others with 3,000

Outside Anoia, only 8 of 535 companies start with 1 euro

Buvia Asset Management gets going in Santa Margarida de Montbui with a single coin. The company, registered in the BORME of 22 September with 1 euro of capital, will buy and sell property on its own account, develop property and act as an intermediary. It is the only property company among the four new ones in the comarca, and capital like that is rare outside it too. BORME.
A new builder opens in Vallbona d'Anoia. Serveis Integrals Vallbona starts with 3,000 euros to build, repair, refurbish and demolish buildings, public and private works, roads and installations. It appeared in the BORME of 24 September. BORME.
A supermarket in La Torre de Claramunt and a restaurant in Vilanova del Camí complete the week. La Botiga de la Torre, with 3,000 euros, will run a supermarket shop (BORME), and Cafe Gaudeix Grup, also with 3,000, opens in Vilanova del Camí for the restaurant trade (BORME).

Anoia still has five live auctions, with a 70 square metre home in Montbui and a 52 square metre one in Igualada

The first bidding closes on 5 October and the last on the 15th

Santa Margarida de Montbui has a garage until 8 October and a 70 square metre home until the 13th. The garage is in a 1993 building with a median CasasValue of 139,487 euros per home (see the auction). The home measures 70 square metres and its building, from 1968, has a median CasasValue of 70,182 euros (see the auction).
Igualada has a home of 52 built square metres until 13 October and Masquefa another until the 15th. The Igualada one went up for bidding on 23 September (see the auction) and the Masquefa one, with no metres in the notice, on the 25th (see the auction). With the 70 metre one in Montbui, they are the three that opened this week in the comarca.
Bidding ended on Monday for two auctions, one in Igualada and another in Piera. In Igualada it was an auction of 19 lots, the first a parking space (see the auction) and in Piera a home in a 2001 building with a median CasasValue of 145,736 euros per home (see the auction). Both ended their bidding on 28 September.

Training staff in Anoia has two routes from the Consorci, line A for companies and line B for organisations

Only 2 of 20 calls pay for staff training

Workforce training has two new funding routes. The Consorci per a la Formació Contínua, the Catalan body for in-work training, published two lines on 25 September. Line A pays for programmes that companies submit for their own staff (BDNS) and line B for those that organisations submit for member companies with fewer than 50 workers (BDNS). From 21 to 28 September, Santa Margarida de Montbui registered a property company with 1 euro of capital and has a garage and 70 metres of home at auction. Igualada has two auctions, a home open until 13 October and an auction of 19 lots that closed on the 28th. Masquefa offers a home for bidding closing on 15 October and Piera closed its one on the 28th. Vallbona d'Anoia adds a builder, La Torre de Claramunt a supermarket and an auctioned home, and Vilanova del Camí a restaurant. El Bruc, Capellades, Òdena, Calaf, Els Hostalets de Pierola, La Pobla de Claramunt, Cabrera d'Anoia, Sant Martí de Tous, La Llacuna, Jorba, Carme, Castellolí, Els Prats de Rei, Sant Martí Sesgueioles, Copons, Argençola, Rubió, Pujalt, Montmaneu, Calonge de Segarra, Sant Pere Sallavinera, Orpí, Veciana, Castellfollit de Riubregós, Santa Maria de Miralles and Bellprat have no bidding or registered companies in these eight days, although the Consorci's two training lines serve their companies and the 2027 municipal training serves their town councils.
