Only a 700,000 euro Córdoba firm outranks the 550,000 euro holding the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz gains

Eight of every 60 circles are from Álava
  • Only one Córdoba company was born bigger than the holding company from the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The BORME of 7 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, records the incorporation of LLANCOSPYC, S.L, registered in the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It is a holding company, a business whose trade is owning and managing stakes in others, and it starts out with 550,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company. Among the 347 new companies in today's 21 comarca editions of CASAS.ES, only one from the Córdoba comarca, with 700,000 euros, exceeds it. The gazette publishes each company's purpose, registered office and capital, not its plans.
  • Insurance, property and energy fit into a single business purpose with 241,695 euros. AGENCIA ASEGURADORA SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES, S.L appears in the same gazette with 241,695 euros. Its objeto social, the activities the company states in its articles that it will carry on, is to distribute insurance as a tied agent and also to advise, consult and act as an intermediary on property matters and to provide energy consultancy. Together with the holding company it accounts for 97.1 per cent of the capital incorporated that week in the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca.
  • Seven Álava incorporations gather more euros than 82 in Madrid Sur. The seven incorporations in the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca published in the Álava gazette add up to more capital than the 82 in the Madrid Sur comarca, which stop at 475,576 euros, or than the 48 in the Alicante comarca. Only the Córdoba and Valencia comarcas registered more money, and they did so with 24 and 81 companies.

Three service start-ups begin with 3,000 euros and two more declare a property trade in the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz

In eight comarcas the 3,000 euro companies weigh more
  • Tourism, sport and chauffeur-driven cars start with 3,000 euros each. TERRUNA JOURNEY was incorporated to sell, on commission, excursions, stays and volunteering programmes organised by third parties. ENTRENADOS declares physical training, health and wellbeing activities and training courses. SILENS BLACK DRIVERS is set up for the hire of vehicles with a driver, the activity known as VTC, private-hire cars with a driver for carrying passengers, and adds fleet management and driver training. All three appear in the BORME of 7 October. Across the day's 21 comarcas, 233 of the 347 companies start out with that figure, 67.1 per cent.
  • Two of the seven new firms declare property activity. SERVICIOS TURISTICOS DE LA VALL D'ARAN SOCIEDAD LIMITADA was incorporated, also with 3,000 euros, to plan, develop, promote and build land, homes, apartments and hotel facilities, and to operate them. Together with the insurance agency that acts as a property intermediary, they are the week's two companies that an investor or an agent in the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz will want to follow in the Registro Mercantil, the Companies Register.
  • Pallets contributed 11,700 euros. The fifth company buys, sells, makes and repairs pallets and boxes of wood and other materials, and delivers goods. Its capital is almost four times that of the other four, and the five together gather 23,700 euros, 2.9 per cent of the week's capital.

Lanbide sets aside 3 million euros to move part-time contracts to full time, with its window open until 30 November

The Lanbide grant in four answers
  • Lanbide puts up 3 million euros to extend working hours. Lanbide, the Basque Employment Service, registered on 7 October the Ayudas para la reducción de la parcialidad no deseada 2026-2027, grants to reduce unwanted part-time work, with a budget of 3,000,000 euros. They appear in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants. Their rules, a resolution of 21 September published in the Boletín Oficial del País Vasco, the Basque official gazette, encourage converting permanent part-time contracts into permanent full-time ones.
  • Smaller firms and one-person businesses may request it until 30 November. It is a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, the only one of the week's four files recorded as such. Its official record names as beneficiaries small and medium-sized companies, the self-employed and organisations with no economic activity across the Basque Country, and sets applications from 1 September to 30 November 2026, 49 days after this edition. It is processed at the Lanbide online office, and the amount per contract is in the rules.
  • Three municipal files allocate 36,480 euros to social causes. A convenio de subvención nominativa, an agreement for a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, assigns 12,370 euros to the Asociación Vasca para la Ayuda a la Infancia Maltratada, a Basque association that helps abused children, for its project on the good treatment of children and adolescents. The promotion of children's rights appears with another 12,370 euros and the Bestalde intergenerational programme, between inmates of the prisons of Álava and Bizkaia and older people from the San Prudencio centre, with 11,740. For these two, the record does not clarify whether they accept applications.
