The Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca gains seven companies and a patisserie puts in 55,000 of their 124,000 euros

Of the capital behind the seven companies newly founded across the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca, a patisserie brings 44 per cent. The only home up for auction, with 90 usable square metres, takes bids until this Monday the 28th, and 69 per cent of euros in municipal grants with an amount published in the BDNS, the national grants database, goes to Gasteiz On, the association for urban retail.

Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca sixth for capital per new company

A patisserie brings in 55,000 of the 124,000 euros of new capital, 44 per cent. Velvet Bakery is entered in the BORME of 23 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, with 55,000 euros to make and sell cakes, pastries and cupcakes, with tastings and a café service. It has the most capital of the seven companies founded in the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca during the week, which together bring 124,000 euros.
An installer of aerothermal heat pumps and solar panels starts up with 34,000 euros. Renovables Euskadi is born with 34,000 euros to fit, maintain and repair aerothermal equipment and photovoltaic systems. It is the second company by capital this week and the only one of the seven devoted to energy. It appears in the same gazette.
A hall of residence for university students arrives. Ondare Residencia Uleta is incorporated with 3,000 euros to provide accommodation for university students, with a restaurant, laundry and internet. It is the only student residence among the seven companies that the Companies Register records in the comarca this week.
Cars, hospitality and rental rooms complete the list. Jonkley puts in 23,000 euros to buy, sell and rent vehicles. 26 Mirmar, with 3,000, will run bars and restaurants. Another company of 3,000 euros will rent out spaces and rooms for professional, audiovisual and training use, and a last one, also with 3,000 euros, combines a call shop, ready meals and the sale of construction machinery. All of them are in the BORME of the 23rd.

Bidding closes today on the only flat auctioned in the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca, with 90 metres

Fifteen auctions close this Monday the 28th

A flat of 90 usable metres, open for bids until this Monday the 28th. The BOE Auction Portal has kept court auction SUB-JA-2026-263813 open since 8 September, the only one in the comarca. The notice describes a home of 90 usable square metres within the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Bidding closes on the same day this edition arrives, so anyone who wants to take part has to do so today.
Fifteen auctions close this Monday across the CASAS.ES comarcas. In the day's inventories of the 21 comarcas that CASAS.ES follows, 15 auctions close this Monday the 28th, and the one in the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca is also the only one it has open. Gasteiz On, the urban retail association, receives 255,816 euros from Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council

Seven in every ten municipal euros of the week

Gasteiz On will have 255,816 euros for its activity plan. On 3 September Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council signed a convenio de subvención nominativa, a grant agreement naming its beneficiary in the budget, with the Asociación para la Promoción del Comercio Urbano de Vitoria-Gasteiz, Gasteiz On, which the BDNS records on 23 September. The money funds its Plan de Actividades 2026, its activity plan for the year, and the BDNS sets 9 January 2027 as the closing date for applications.
The other 114,755 municipal euros go to inclusion and community relations. The City Council's other four grants with an amount this week are for non-profit organisations: 56,700 euros for social and employment inclusion, 40,685 for an inclusion programme with the Roma community, 12,370 to prevent bullying of children and 5,000 for the Red Vasca Antirrumores, the Basque network against rumours and stereotypes.
The Basque Government publishes grants for training in and promoting the social economy. The Department of Economy, Labour and Employment registered its grants for training, dissemination and research in the social economy 26/27 in the BDNS on 22 September, under the de minimis regime for small amounts of state aid. They are regional and reach the social economy organisations in the comarca. The record gives neither amount nor deadline, which can be found in the call itself.

In the week from 20 to 27 September, the Vitoria-Gasteiz comarca added seven new companies with 124,000 euros and kept a 90-metre home open for bids until Monday the 28th within the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the comarca's only municipality.
