The 23 companies just registered in the Vigo comarca add up to 2,458,900 euros of capital, 252,986 above the 218 of the Barcelona comarca, because a pair of real estate firms from the city of Vigo put in 95 of every 100 euros. Fourteen tenders await bids worth 40.6 million before taxes, including the paving of the da Veigadaña industrial estate, in Mos, and a rugby pitch on the University of Vigo campus. The Vigo comarca's 23 debut firms pay in 2,458,900 euros and overtake the Barcelona comarca's 218

The Vigo comarca beats the Barcelona comarca on capital
  • With 195 fewer companies, 252,986 euros more than the Barcelona comarca. The BORME of 5 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, and those of the following days register 23 companies in the Vigo comarca with 2,458,900 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover. Of the 21 comarcas publishing this Sunday, the Barcelona comarca registers 218 and stays at 2,205,914 euros.
  • A pair of real estate firms from the city of Vigo contribute 95 of every 100 euros. The explanation lies in that same gazette, which lists two companies in the city of Vigo, one to hold, let and develop property, with 1,296,000 euros, and another for buying and selling, building and letting properties, with 1,050,000. They bear a person's name, so are not cited. The other 21 share 112,900 euros.
  • IFARO COMMERCE, an agricultural machinery wholesaler in O Porriño, leads the rest. It starts with 40,000 euros of capital and is registered in the BORME of 9 October. 10 of the 23 start with 3,000 euros, and the city of Vigo gathers 16 incorporations.
  • O Porriño welcomes a construction firm while the city of Vigo gets a sealing business. LOURO OBRAS SERVICIOS E CONTRATAS is incorporated in O Porriño to design and build public and private works, according to the gazette of the 5th, and SELLADOS PROFESIONALES is born in the city of Vigo to seal, paint and repair industrial units and homes, according to that of the 7th. Nigrán adds 3 companies and Baiona one, KLARUM ANALYTICS, in IT consultancy.
  • Nigrán and Baiona open municipal grants for private cemeteries and clubs. The BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, publishes this week two municipal grants under concurrencia competitiva, an award in which applications are compared and the best-scored ones receive the grant. Nigrán town council sets aside 18,000 euros for works in privately owned cemeteries, with one month from the extract's publication in the provincial gazette, and Baiona town council 5,500 for sports activities by clubs and associations, with fifteen calendar days.

The 75 registered metre auction, the sole one alive in the Vigo comarca, has two bidding days remaining

A single auction is still alive and closes on Tuesday 13
  • Just one dwelling within the city of Vigo keeps its bidding window open. Bidding stays open until 13 October on a home of 75 registered metres in the city of Vigo. It is a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, and it is held on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. Bidders must first register on that website. Its building has no CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.
  • The other two auctions ran out their calendar this week. Bidding on a home of 65 registered metres, also in the city of Vigo, ended on 8 October, and that on a single-family terraced home in Gondomar had finished on the 7th. The edicto for the terraced home, the official notice of the auction, does not give its floor area.

A square in the city of Vigo tendered at 630,517 euros excluding VAT goes to XESTIÓN AMBIENTAL DE CONTRATAS and Soutomaior settles its padel courts

The square outweighs the other three works combined
  • XESTIÓN AMBIENTAL DE CONTRATAS will refurbish the square. The Plataforma records this week the adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, of the refurbishment of a square in the city of Vigo to that company. The works were tendered at 630,517 euros excluding VAT, and the Plataforma does not publish the final price.
  • Samil and A Montesiña get a contractor. The new enclosures of the Samil sports centre, with a tender budget of 158,159 euros, go to the company ZONA DE OBRA O ROSAL. In Soutomaior, the three padel courts at A Montesiña, with 218,220 euros, are listed as resolved, that is, the tender is over and the contract has been closed, for the company SUMINISTRO INTEGRAL DEL AGUA.
  • Baiona's Camino Triguido is resolved with no name published. The resurfacing, with a budget of 48,769 euros, appears as resolved this week with no contractor named on the Plataforma.

Between 3 and 10 October, the company gazettes recorded 23 incorporations based across the city of Vigo, Nigrán, O Porriño and Baiona, whose combined paid-in capital overtakes that of the 218 from the Barcelona comarca. Mos tendered the paving of the da Veigadaña industrial estate and keeps its big energy file alive, the Vigo port authority announced hydrants, and Redondela and Baiona published small jobs. Nigrán and Baiona also opened grants for private cemeteries and sports clubs. Pazos de Borbén awaits proposals to pave O Cabalo until 13 October, and Soutomaior resolved three padel courts while it tenders the drainage of two lanes. Gondomar saw its sole auction, a terraced home, finish and has Borreiros and Vincios pending, and Fornelos de Montes, some sports changing rooms. Salceda de Caselas goes through these days with no files, bids or newly registered companies.
