  • Orihuela city council now has successful bidders for its land on the coast. The Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, records on 5 October that the disposal of three municipal plots in Orihuela Costa, that is their sale, has been awarded, the step in which the public body chooses which company gets it. There are three: Innova Costa Blanca, Desarrollo y Venta de Proyectos Inmobiliarios and Colinas Green Golf. The plots are R4 in La Ciñuelica, R-11 in La Cuerda and AUR-38 in Pico del Águila.
  • The June tender shows as awarded four months later. The file was published on 8 June and the deadline for bids closed on the 23rd. Neither the award price nor which plot goes to each company is on record.
