Granollers and Montmeló fund four grants for schools, families and culture with 209,500 euros

Granollers gives 174,500 of 209,500 euros, Montmeló 35,000
  • Granollers schools are in line for the largest pot and must move before November. Granollers town council published three grants on 8 October that add up to 174,500 euros. The one for equal educational opportunities has 85,500, is applied for by publicly funded primary schools and takes applications until 30 October.
  • Families at private nursery schools have until June 2027. The one for schooling at private nursery schools has 80,000 euros and accepts applications until 30 June 2027.
  • Culture receives the smallest allocation and barely 10 working days. Granollers sets aside 9,000 euros for cultural activities run by non-profit organisations or individuals. Working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, run from its publication in the provincial gazette, a date the data do not include.
  • Montmeló earmarks 35,000 euros so that its children can play sport. Its town council published on 6 October financial grants so that the municipality's children can play sport at private clubs in Montmeló. Applications are open until 15 November.
  • Reading, music, dance and human rights arrive from the Generalitat. For the whole of Catalonia there are reading promotion plans, scholarships for traditional-roots music and dance, a curatorial experimentation scholarship for young people and the Premios Laya for human rights.

The Vallès Oriental comarca gains 24 new companies, 10 more than the previous 14, and a garage leads with 34,500 euros

Granollers registers 5 and another 14 municipalities share the rest
  • There are more new companies and considerably less capital. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, published 24 incorporations in the Vallès Oriental comarca from 5 to 9 October, 10 more than the 14 of the previous edition. They add up to 121,100 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in, a long way from the 543,000 of that edition.
  • One in six lives off the car and a repair garage tops the list. Four are in the motor trade. MOTOR GRUP LA GARRIGA, a repair garage, starts out with 34,500 euros, 11.5 times the 3,000 with which 17 of the 24 begin. KAISER MOTORS opens in Vilanova del Vallès, and the gazette of Friday 9 brings a car hire firm in Granollers and KURUMA GARAGE, in Sant Fost de Campsentelles.
  • Building and property account for five firms, one more than the motor trade. ALLAM PROYECTOS Y OBRAS S.L. puts up residential buildings in Canovelles and ENERGY BUILD & PARTNER S.L., of Parets del Vallès, does new builds and site development. NADICO CARIBE develops and lets in Parets del Vallès and PUNTOVERTICAL PROJECTS restores facades in Montornès del Vallès. The fifth, from La Garriga, is a restaurant with building and letting as secondary activities.
  • Cardedeu, Llinars del Vallès and Lliçà d'Amunt supply the next ones by capital. ENBRA ENGINEERING, an engineering firm from Cardedeu, starts out with 19,400 euros. Then come MONUIG VENTURES, of Llinars del Vallès, a holding company, one that owns stakes in other companies, with 6,000, and MARKETPLACE GLOBAL LOGISTICS, of Lliçà d'Amunt, with 5,300. Mollet del Vallès gains another holding company, CYBERNETIX ENTERPRISES.
  • Nanomaterials, sports facilities and metal structures widen the range. CERIATECH researches nanomaterials in L'Ametlla del Vallès, HYDROPLACA-26 and GROUP METALBRAGA make metal structures in Canovelles and Les Franqueses del Vallès, and POLOPADEL manages sports facilities in La Roca del Vallès. The smallest, GILY OCCIDENTAL, opens in Caldes de Montbui with 300 euros.

A house with 235 built metres between dwelling, business premises and garage seeks a buyer in Sant Feliu de Codines until the 13th

Vallès Oriental comarca is third of 21 by auction count
  • Only the Sant Feliu de Codines house comes with figures. A court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, offers a home in Sant Feliu de Codines until 13 October. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives it 235 built metres in total. Its building has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 326,704 euros.
  • Parets del Vallès holds out until Wednesday 14 and Granollers until Thursday 15. They are the home in Parets del Vallès and one in Granollers. The edicto gives no metres for either.
  • Only two of the 21 comarcas analysed today have more auctions. With 6, the Vallès Oriental comarca sits behind the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca and the Valencia comarca. Three have already closed, the one in Montornès del Vallès on 5 October and two in Granollers, one on the 7th and another on the 8th.
