Eight homes in court-ordered auctions are waiting for bidders in five municipalities, more than in Madrid Sur, and among them is a house with 234 square metres of built area in Sant Feliu de Codines. The Vallès Oriental comarca also gains eleven new companies with 79,150 euros of capital, two of them in construction.
Eight homes in the Vallès Oriental seek bidders, with three closing by 5 October

- Sant Feliu de Codines puts a whole house up for auction. The house in Sant Feliu de Codines has 234 square metres of built area according to the auction notice, and it is the only home in its building, which dates from 1900. Its CasasValue is 326,704 euros, against 194,460 for the block in Mollet, the only two on the list with a CasasValue. Bidding is open until 13 October.
- Mollet and Montornès open the calendar on 1 October. The first to close is the one in Mollet del Vallès, in a 1976 block of 19 homes whose median CasasValue per home is 194,460 euros. The one in Montornès del Vallès, of 46 square metres according to the notice, ends the same day, and the municipality has another home with bidding open until 5 October.
- Granollers has three auctions between 7 and 15 October. The comarca capital has a home with bidding open until 7 October, another until the 8th and a third until the 15th. None of the three notices gives the floor area, so it is worth reading them in full before lodging the deposit. In Parets del Vallès the deadline is the 14th.
- The comarca is level with the Vinalopó Mitjà in court-ordered home auctions. With eight, the Vallès Oriental comarca has more than Madrid Sur, which has five. Of the 21 comarcas with an edition this Monday, only València and the Tarragonès have more, according to the notices on the BOE Auction Portal.
Two construction firms start up in Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana and Sant Antoni de Vilamajor with 21,500 euros

- Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana gets a new building joinery firm. SPHER SOLUCIONS CONSTRUCTIVES S.L. was registered on 25 September with 18,500 euros of capital to install joinery and carry out other specialised construction work. It is the second largest new company of the week in the comarca by capital, and a new supplier for the area's developers.
- Sant Antoni de Vilamajor adds an electrical and climate installer. AP FACILITY SERVICES 2026 S.L. appears in the BORME of 21 September with 3,000 euros for electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning installations.
- A food wholesaler in Santa Maria de Palautordera also lists construction. A company with 3,050 euros of capital, registered on 24 September, has food wholesaling as its main activity and lists the construction of buildings as a secondary one.
Caldes de Montbui tops the Vallès Oriental's eleven company start-ups with 26,000 euros

- Caldes de Montbui bets on industrial vehicles. ITERA VEHICULOS INDUSTRIALES S.L. starts out with 26,000 euros, a third of the capital of the whole week, to manufacture, import and sell industrial vehicles and machinery and their spare parts, according to the BORME of 24 September.

The Consorci opens two training lines for the staff of companies in the Vallès Oriental

- Under line A, the company submits its own training plan. Line A of the Consorci per a la Formació Contínua de Catalunya, the Catalan consortium for in-work training, was published on 25 September and funds the programmes each company submits for its staff. The extract sets no amount or deadline, which should be checked in the call before preparing the application.
- With fewer than 50 employees, the route is through a training provider. Under line B the SME does not apply: training providers submit the programmes, and the courses are for workers at member companies with fewer than 50 staff. The small company gets training without having to put the plan together itself.
- Rural retail has a chambers of commerce programme, not an open call. Empresa i Treball, the Catalan government's business and labour department, awards the 2026 ARREL programme directly to the Consell de Cambres, as published on 21 September. No shop applies for it: the route for retailers in small towns is to go to their chamber of commerce.
