Bids close on 22 October for 1.42 million in paving and asphalt in Cártama and Alhaurín de la Torre

Alhaurín de la Torre concentrates 11.17 of the 16.72 million of the fifteen works tenders in the whole Valle del Guadalhorce comarca, two thirds. Coín awaits its contractor on a 1.40 million park, Cártama registered two Christmas campaigns and six municipalities welcomed ten freshly registered companies.

Cártama tenders 1.19 million in paving and Alhaurín de la Torre its asphalt plan

Cártama's paving repairs need a contractor. On 30 September its town council published on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, the repair of the municipality's paving. It goes out at 1.19 million euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax, like every works amount in this edition.
Alhaurín de la Torre tenders its asphalt. On 2 October the 2026 asphalt plan went out as a licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids. It is worth 227,271.52 euros and covers roads in the town centre, Pinos de Alhaurín and Ermita del Cerro.
Bids can be handed in until 22 October. They are the only works in the comarca that are accepting bids. The conditions are on the tender page for Cártama and on the one for Alhaurín de la Torre.

Yunquera closes Cañadilla Víquez and five tenders worth 3.07 million await a company

Eight works have a company or are closed and five are waiting

Cañadilla Víquez, in Yunquera, appears with its pipework tender closed. The sewerage and water supply of that street, worth 80,348.17 euros, is listed as resuelto, or closed: the tender is over and the contract has been closed. The Plataforma does not yet show which company will carry out the works.
Isaac Peral's underground car park already knows its builder. The largest contract in the comarca is the underground car park on Avenida Isaac Peral, in Alhaurín de la Torre. The adjudicación or award, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, went to Gestión y Ejecución de Obra Civil. Jocon Infraestructuras has been awarded the stormwater channelling as far as the Arroyo del Gato. Listed as closed are the Escuela-Taller Jabalcuza, with Herysan 2007 and Sardalla Española, and the air conditioning of the integrated services centre, with Ingeniería, Coordinación Técnica y Obras.
Cártama has two tenders closed and one awarded. Calle Granada in Estación de Cártama has been awarded to Delta Ingeniería Infraestructuras y Servicios. Listed as closed are the turf of the Cártama Pueblo football pitch, with Limonta Sport Ibérica, and lot 1, the first part, of Plaza Santo Cristo, with no company published.
Five tenders remain with no contractor chosen, Coín's the largest. They are still being assessed: the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. They add up to 3,071,857.16 euros. The largest is the park at the Cuartel de la Guardia Civil, in Coín, at 1.40 million. Also waiting are the indoor sports hall and the footbridge at Qasr Bunayra castle in Casarabonela, and Calle Alozaina and the roof of sports hall 2 in Alhaurín el Grande.
Alhaurín de la Torre is worth double the other ten tenders. The fifteen works tenders in the comarca went out at 16,718,310.00 euros and the five in Alhaurín de la Torre come to 11,165,567.28.

Cártama registers two Christmas campaigns with 2,590 euros and the Andalusian government logs four calls

Cártama sets the rules for its two Christmas campaigns. On 29 September the town council registered in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the bases reguladoras, the rules that set who may take part, of the Concurso de Escaparates Navidad 2026, with 600 euros, and of Regala ilusión, compra local, with 1,990. They carry dates from 15 October to 6 November and individuals are listed as beneficiaries.
Storms and young people take up two Andalusian calls. On 1 October the Consejería de Agricultura registered aid for losses from the flooding caused by the storms. The Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, logged the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window for a grant, for young people aged 18 to 29. Two more cover travel for vocational training students and the research prize of the Consejo Económico y Social.
Primera Oportunidad adds two provincial agreements. The Diputación de Málaga, the provincial council, registered two agreements with the Confederación de Empresarios de Málaga for that graduate hiring programme: the one for 2025 and the one approved on 24 August.

Six municipalities welcome ten freshly registered companies, and one Coín restaurant starts with 30,000 euros

Coín leads the registrations with three companies. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, recorded ten new companies from 29 September to 1 October: three in Coín, two each in Alhaurín el Grande and Alhaurín de la Torre, and one each in Cártama, Pizarra and Casarabonela. Seven start with 3,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in. Sushitorocoin, a restaurant in Coín, puts in 30,000, ten times that figure. Also born there are the restaurant Sapore Italiano 2022 and a travel agency with 4,500.
Cártama, Pizarra and Casarabonela gain property and building companies. LM Gestión de Activos Inmobiliarios, in Cártama, buys and lets property. Soluciones Bandera, in Casarabonela, is in buying and selling. In Pizarra, a company with 6,000 euros combines property development and bricklaying.
IT, gardening and jewellery complete the list. In Alhaurín de la Torre, Oyra Hotels declares, despite its name, computer programming, and Brisa Digital Ventures IT consultancy. In Alhaurín el Grande, Multiservicios Opris does gardening and DSL Gallery sells watches and jewellery. The ten together hold 61,500 euros of capital.

From 27 September to 4 October, the whole Valle del Guadalhorce comarca saw two new paving and asphalt tenders, in Cártama and in Alhaurín de la Torre, which together come to 1,421,405.80 euros net of VAT, bids closing on 22 October. Yunquera marked its pipework tender in Cañadilla Víquez as closed. Coín still has its 1.40 million park being assessed, Casarabonela its indoor sports hall and Alhaurín el Grande its Calle Alozaina. Coín also welcomed three newly formed companies, Pizarra one. Cártama registered the rules of two Christmas campaigns and the Andalusian government logged four calls. Álora, Monda, Guaro, Tolox and Alozaina added neither tenders nor newly created companies.
