The Puerto de Valencia's 38.4 million jetty outweighs every other open contract in the city

The Puerto de Valencia is tendering a jetty for 38.4 million before VAT that outweighs the remaining open contracts in the city of València. The BORME publishes 81 incorporations in the Valencia comarca, with 971,483 euros, València city council relaunches the Mercado Central facades, the Cabanyal awaits a firm for 51 homes and five auctions fall due before Friday.

A holding firm puts in 535,000 euros from the city of València and leaves 80 others behind

• CENDALVIA CORPORATIVA starts out with 535,000 euros of capital. The BORME, the official gazette of the Companies Register, published its incorporation on 7 October. It buys and manages stakes in other companies. Its capital is the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover. The other new companies in the Valencia comarca add up to 436,483 euros, and the 82 in the Madrid Sur comarca, 475,576.
• Four more firms reach or exceed 30,000 euros. BICOVA CAPITAL, another holding company, puts in 56,500 euros in the BORME of the 5th. That of the 7th lists HERITAGE PATRIMONIAL, with 44,000, UPPER MEDICS, with 35,000, and IBERDYNAMICS MARINE, which repairs boats, with 30,000.
• Nine of the newcomers declare property activity. They are MAM DOMUS, in the BORME of the 6th, HERITAGE PATRIMONIAL, GINCO HOLDO and CYES GLOBAL PROJECTS, in that of the 7th, and, in that of the 9th, MERIDION ACTIVOS INMOBILIARIOS, GENEX ASESORES EMPRESARIALES, CONCORDIA SUCESIONES, ATLAS WORLD 21 and TRIVENTURES PROPERTIES. URBAN FIX REPARACIONES URBANAS, in that of the 5th, and NEXORA TOMEXPRESS build and repair buildings. Of the 81, 54 start out with 3,000 euros.

Five live auctions close in stages from Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 for buyers in the city of València

• Tuesday 13, last day for the 164 built metre commercial unit. It is a commercial unit in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where anyone who registers can bid.
• Wednesday 14, the turn of a home whose building has 356,205 euros as its median CasasValue. The home is spread over three levels and the edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives it at least 77 built metres. CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home in the building.
• Three more homes finish on Thursday 15. The first has 64 registered metres and is in a building with a median CasasValue of 215,464 euros. The other two measure 98 registered metres and 90 built.
• Three deadlines are now in the past. On 5 October two homes closed, of 90 usable metres and 66 usable, and on the 8th a third.

The Mercado Central is retendered for 675,995 euros and the city of València keeps 18 contracts open

• València city council reissues the Mercado Central facades tender. On 8 October it published the licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, for their cleaning and maintenance, tendered for 675,995 euros excluding VAT, the starting amount before tax, with bids until the 28th. The previous file closed its deadline on 17 August and appears as settled with no contractor.
• Four tender documents make their debut alongside the market's. The city council tenders the garden at Giorgeta and Uruguay for 299,360 euros, until the 28th. Parques y Jardines tenders repairs to the bougainvillea structure beside the Ayora garden for 134,558, until the 25th. The Universitat de València fits out the Aulario Oeste car park for 67,920, until the 23rd, and AUMSA, the municipal planning and housing company, seeks legal advice for 72,000, until the 27th.
• Four tenders worth 23.8 million fall due on Monday 19. They are sections X and XI of the Jardín del Turia, for 13,756,016 euros, the Local Police's Segunda Unidad de Distrito, for 7,583,129, air conditioning at the Hospital Arnau de Vilanova, for 2,207,320, and the Palacio de Congresos LED screen, for 250,000. Earlier, on Tuesday 13, the Baños del Almirante, for 410,216, and the joinery of building 6C on the Vera campus, for 254,167, close.
• The biggest project, in the port, falls due on Wednesday 21. The Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, the public body that runs the Port of Valencia, tendered in August adapting the jetty for the passenger area for 38,364,305 euros before VAT, more than the 17 others together. With it closes the LED lighting of the Hospital La Fe, for 5,946,723.
• Five further open tenders total 2.0 million. Bids run until 2 November for four escalators at Benimàmet and Carolines Fira, for 1,027,678 euros before VAT. Earlier come the design for refurbishing two residential buildings, for 177,584, on the 20th, the garden on the plot at Doctor Waksman and Neus, for 361,542, on the 22nd, the special plan for Orriols, for 144,403, on the 23rd, and five lifts at the Clínico-Malvarrosa, for 309,917, on the 29th.

Photonic chips and the Tarongers garden get their contractor while the Cabanyal awaits a firm for 51 homes

• Two settled university projects share a contractor. The Universitat Politècnica de València declared settled its pilot plant for photonic chips, tendered for 11,169,715 euros before VAT, and the Universitat de València, the landscaping of the Campus dels Tarongers, tendered for 5,710,155. Settled means the tender is over and the contract has been closed. Official data give the company ROVER INFRAESTRUCTURAS as the contractor for both. AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS ESPAÑOLA is the contractor for the banners of the Museo and the Hemisfèric, tendered for 68,520 euros.
• The elevated port promenade shows as awarded, the Mercado de Rojas Clemente as settled. The Autoridad Portuaria completed the adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, of the elevated seafront promenade's metal structure, tendered for 1,865,984 euros, and FOMENTO VALENCIA MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA is the contractor for improving the Mercado de Rojas Clemente, tendered for 252,371.
• The 51 homes in the Cabanyal still have no firm, like six other files worth millions. The company Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar has two buildings of 51 homes en evaluación, tendered for 12,202,260 euros before VAT: the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. At the same stage are the three plots of the Sector La Torre, land the Generalitat sells for 10,525,281, the new Benicalap auditorium, for 7,042,000, clearance works at Ferrocarrils, for 4,299,137, the minor works at the Hospital General, for 2,300,000, air conditioning at the Tesorería de la Seguridad Social, for 1,692,469, and the Hospital General pharmacy clean rooms, for 1,537,592.
• Another 16 projects in the city of València still lack a decision and total 6.5 million. Their tender amounts range from 107,438 to 924,088 euros before VAT. The municipal ones are eight underground chambers for bins, the firefighting ring at the San Isidro depot, the leaks at the Palau Velòdrom Lluís Puig, its adjoining modular building, the Sociópolis allotments, the Monteolivete garden, the pond in the Parque de Cabecera, the roads of the Devesa, dismantling a gas station, the toilets in the Parque del Oeste and the solar panels at the Polideportivo Doctor Lluch. From other bodies come the Oceanogràfic goods access, air conditioning in port buildings, the facade joinery at Hugo de Moncada, a transformer substation on the eastern breakwater and Surgery and Nephrology at the Doctor Peset.

LABORA calls grants for women freelancers while València city council endows youth awards with 75,000 euros

• LABORA backs self-employed women who keep their business going. LABORA, the Valencian Employment and Training Service, published on 5 October the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the 2026 grants to sustain women's self-employment. Its entry in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, does not yet carry an amount or a deadline.
• València city council endows its young creators awards with 75,000 euros. The Premios Artes y Creatividad Joven 2026 allow 20 calendar days to enter after their publication in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, the provincial gazette, and individuals and SMEs may apply. The Marítimo nativity scene competition, with 2,000 euros, appears in the BDNS with applications ending on 30 November.
• For fifteen notices the beneficiary was fixed in advance. They cannot be applied for: the city council funds Lo Rat Penat, the Ruzafa fallas association, the Jaleo sessions and, with 100,000 euros, another entity with no economic activity.

The Universitat Politècnica's pilot plant for photonic chips and the landscaping of the Campus dels Tarongers appear as settled with the same contractor, while no company has yet been picked for 51 homes in the Cabanyal or for the Benicalap auditorium. LABORA calls grants for women's self-employment, and the Premios Artes y Creatividad Joven 2026 receive 75,000 euros from the city council.
