Becerril de la Sierra auctions a 112-metre detached house on a 506-metre plot, one of five new sales

The Sierra de Guadarrama comarca opened five court auctions from 22 to 29 September, a figure topped among the other 20 comarcas in today's editions only by the Vega Baja comarca, which opened twelve. In Hoyo de Manzanares the sierra's biggest contract, for energy services, is still under review, Galapagar has found a builder for Parquelagos and the three San Lorenzo de El Escorial works take bids until Monday 5 October.

Five auctions launched this week, among them a detached house on a 506-metre plot in Becerril de la Sierra

• Courts brought five fresh auctions to the comarca over the past week. Among the 21 comarcas CASAS.ES publishes today, only the Vega Baja comarca opened more, twelve, and the Sevilla comarca opened three. In Collado Mediano, a court is auctioning a 384-metre urban plot with a house, in a building from 1965 auction.
• Becerril de la Sierra and Alpedrete give the floor area of what goes up for sale. Becerril de la Sierra is auctioning a two-storey detached house, both floors above ground, with 112 built square metres on a 506-metre plot auction. In Alpedrete an 89-metre flat with a garage goes up for sale, in a building from 1996 auction.
• Cercedilla contributes a home and Torrelodones a garage. Their court notices give no floor area. The Cercedilla one takes bids until 13 October Cercedilla and the Torrelodones one until the 15th Torrelodones.
• San Lorenzo de El Escorial keeps an earlier auction open. An urban plot of land has been up for bidding since 18 September and is the first to close, on 8 October auction.

• El Tomillar gets new asphalt and pavements. The Junta de Gobierno, the executive board of San Lorenzo de El Escorial town council, is tendering the renewal of the neighbourhood's road surfaces and pavements at 514,804.42 euros excluding VAT tender. It is the largest open works contract in the comarca.
• Resurfacing the central ring road of the Felipe II estate is out to tender. The same town council is tendering the asphalting of that ring road at 239,839.05 euros excluding VAT tender, published on the same day, 15 September.
• The Policía Nacional shores up a wall in Matacuervos. Its Economic and Technical Division is tendering the stabilisation of the wall on the Automoción Matacuervos plot, in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, at 317,342.79 euros excluding VAT tender. All three, published in September, keep taking bids until 5 October.

Parquelagos in Galapagar has its builder and five more contracts await a decision in four town councils

• INMEVA INFRAESTRUCTURAS upgrades Parquelagos. The Procurement Platform this week lists as resolved the improvement of the Parquelagos sports facility, in Galapagar, tendered at 1,367,733.10 euros excluding VAT contract. Torrelodones Arroyo de Trofas and Manzanares el Real street lighting already had a contractor.
• Hoyo de Manzanares has the largest contract in the sierra on the table. Its full council is reviewing the bids for the municipal energy services, tendered at 7,668,915.20 euros excluding VAT tender, 64 per cent of the 11.9 million under assessment. Also waiting are the playgrounds, the Operación asfalto road resurfacing programme in Collado Villalba, the El Guijo street lighting and the Virgen de la Paz school.
• El Boalo and Collado Villalba sell municipal land. El Boalo is reviewing bids for five plots in the village of Cerceda (sector 15-C), tendered at 508,616 euros tender. Collado Villalba marked as resolved the sale of eight plots on Calle Tomillos and Calle Romeral, with no buyer or amount published on the Platform case file.

Fourteen companies set up base in the sierra, four in Collado Villalba and three holding companies in Alpedrete

• Alpedrete gathers the investment capital. Ng216, with 9,620 euros BORME, and Tierra Nomada, with 10,000 BORME, start out as holding companies, and a third investment company registers with 3,000 BORME. The three add up to 22,620 euros, slightly more than the four in Collado Villalba.
• Collado Villalba adds motoring, consultancy and a cake shop. Ev Cars Garages Custom BORME and Marchaluz 2026 BORME repair vehicles, Hat3x Technologies advises businesses and a cake shop named after a person starts with 12,500 euros BORME.
• Software and advertising share out the rest across the sierra. In Torrelodones, Literatura Instantanea brings the highest capital of the week, 20,000 euros BORME. Ethiclens in Cercedilla BORME and Obrumsuite Reformas in Galapagar BORME write software, and Virta Studio in El Escorial BORME and Mynat Media in Hoyo de Manzanares BORME work in advertising. Verdeva Soluciones in Moralzarzal BORME and Realm of Work Solutions in Zarzalejo BORME complete the fourteen.

Digitalisation, privately owned forests and farm succession, the regional grants reaching the sierra

• The regional Department of Digitalisation announces the Global Tech awards. They were published on 28 September. Who can enter, how much is on offer and the deadline are set out in the call call.
• Separate lines cover private woodland, rain-fed vineyards and farms changing hands. The environment department opens, with EAFRD (FEADER) funds, two lines for owners of private woodland, one for forestry work call and another to repair forest damage call, and a third to keep up rain-fed vineyards call. Separately it calls for cooperation grants for the succession of farms call, and the employment department funds careers guidance call. The amount and deadline of each are in its call.
• Town councils have their own lines and two municipalities hand out money to associations. The health department calls for grants to municipalities for health promotion call and the sports department those for school sports competitions, for organisation call, the boys' category call and the girls' category call. El Escorial signs its annual agreement with the senior citizens' association agreement and Guadarrama grants direct subsidies to three associations Motorrama La Tradición bullfighting club.

Navacerrada, Los Molinos, Robledo de Chavela, Fresnedillas de la Oliva, Santa María de la Alameda and Valdemaqueda saw nothing specific to them this week, yet may use the regional lines for private woodland, for farm succession and for town councils.
