Benaocaz tenders an aerial adventure park plus a car park, 422,417 euros between two works

Two works in Benaocaz, an aerial adventure park plus a car park, account for 39% of the 1,072,746 euros of the 8 contracts awaiting bids across the whole Sierra de Cádiz comarca. Espera re-tenders its museum at the same 191,681.82 euros, Algar repairs its swimming pool and nursery, a home of three bedrooms in Olvera stays at auction until 13 October and Ubrique launches the largest of 4 companies.

An aerial adventure park needs its builder. Benaocaz town council published on 28 September the licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, for the Multiparque Aventuras Benaocaz, a park for adventure, leisure and sport at height, with its ancillary works, tendered at 191,012.38 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT. Firms can bid until 19 October.
Avenida Andalucía will gain room to park. On 2 October came the creation of a public car park and the improvement of its surroundings, tendered at 231,404.96 euros before VAT, the largest contract published this week in the Sierra de Cádiz comarca. It is funded by two plans of the Diputación de Cádiz, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns. It takes bids until 22 October. Together with the park, that makes 422,417.34 euros before VAT in two tenders.

Espera relaunches its museum at 191,681.82 euros and Algar refurbishes pool and nursery at 165,289.25

The Museo Arqueológico de Espera tries a second time to find its company. The improvement works on the municipal museum were published again on 2 October, tendered at 191,681.82 euros before VAT with bids until 26 October. Works and amount repeat those of the tender of 4 August, 59 days earlier, which the Plataforma lists as concluded and with no winning company.
Algar publishes two refurbishments on one day. On 1 October came the municipal nursery, tendered at 90,909.09 euros before VAT, and the municipal swimming pool, where the roof is renewed, the bar and the changing rooms are repaired and a children's sports area is fitted out, tendered at 74,380.16 euros before VAT. They total 165,289.25 euros and share a deadline, 21 October.
Ubrique tenders seven electrical panels. The supply and installation, the only one of the 8 open contracts that is not a building job, is tendered at 17,768.60 euros before VAT and accepts bids until 16 October.
Two deadlines expire this Thursday, in Puerto Serrano and in Grazalema. Still open until 8 October are the fourth phase of Las Colmenillas, a municipal multi-purpose complex in Grazalema, tendered at 140,010.33 euros before VAT, and the rebuilding of a square in Puerto Serrano, tendered at 135,578.51 euros before VAT.
Eight contracts await bids at once. The Sierra de Cádiz comarca has 8 contracts with bidding open, 7 works and one supply, worth 1,072,745.85 euros before VAT. On 29 September the deadline closed for the third phase of Rancho Grande, in Olvera, tendered at 212,939.42 euros before VAT. Already listed as concluded is the contract for the energy services of Espera's street lighting, tendered at 3,467,743.95 euros before VAT.

A 123-metre Olvera home of three bedrooms is seven days from the close of its auction

Only Olvera is taking bids now. A court is selling until 13 October a home of 123 metres with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bids are placed on the Portal de Subastas del BOE, the official website of the Boletín Oficial del Estado where anyone who registers can take part. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not make clear whether the metres are built or usable area.
Bidding in Prado del Rey and in Benaocaz has ended. The auction of a house of 235 metres in Prado del Rey, going by the sum of the floor areas the edicto gives, ended on 1 October. That of the apartment in Benaocaz, for which the edicto gives no metres, had finished on 28 September.

Arcos, Ubrique and Puerto Serrano launch 4 companies with 31,705 euros of capital

Ubrique signs the best-capitalised bet. LADRAN GAUCHO UBRIQUE SL, a pet products firm, is born with 22,500 euros of capital social, or share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, according to the BORME of 29 September, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil or Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published. That is 71% of the week's new capital.
Arcos de la Frontera adds hospitality and tourist accommodation. MONTADITOS DE LANCERIA SL, a restaurant business, appears in the same gazette, and CNA CAPITAL SL, in consultancy and tourist accommodation, in that of 30 September.
Housebuilding has a new name in Puerto Serrano. A company that will, among other things, build homes was incorporated, according to the BORME of 1 October. That makes 4 new registrations in the Sierra de Cádiz comarca, against 1 the week before.
Storms and youth employment head four Andalusian calls. Andalusia's Dirección General de Industrias Agroalimentarias opened on 1 October grants to offset the losses from the floods brought by the storms, and the Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, subsidies aimed at young people aged 18 to 29. Alongside them come travel grants for students of Formación Profesional, vocational training, and the Premio de Investigación, a research prize, of Andalusia's Consejo Económico y Social.
