The Diputación de Salamanca opens bidding on its communications network at 3.4 million euros

The communications network of the Diputación de Salamanca, opened to public tender at 3,390,704 euros before VAT, that is, before tax, is the third largest tender published this week and still open among the 21 comarcas tracked by CASAS.ES, and it accounts for 55.3% of the total of the nine tenders that remain open across the Salamanca comarca. Matacán picks the contractor of its drainage channel, Santa Marta de Tormes, Castellanos de Moriscos, Carbajosa de la Sagrada and Villares de la Reina have works on the register and ten companies are born.

Innovación Juvenil, 78.9% of the amount tendered with a company

The 2023 refurbishment office appears as resolved. The Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y Urbanismo, the public housing company of Salamanca city council, is listed this week as having resolved the refurbishment office for three residential areas, a 2023 tender put out at 226,566.34 euros before VAT.
Matacán selects the contractor of its drainage channel. In Matacán, the air base is listed this week as having closed the award, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, of the replacement of a stretch of the drainage channel. The winner is A SCALA OBRAS E INGENIERIA SL in a licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, of 91,201.15 euros before VAT.
Three Patronato jobs had a company beforehand. Before this week a company was already in place for the refurbishment and extension of the Centro de Innovación Juvenil, tendered at 1,900,736.05 euros before VAT, with RIPALIA EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA SL, the health and safety coordination, at 5,684 euros, with CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS DE MATERIALES Y CONTROL DE OBRA S.A., and the energy management of two buildings, at 137,179.10 euros, with REMICA S.A.
Santa Marta de Tormes closed two works in September. The town council has resolved the pavement on Calle Doña Eloya, tendered at 46,978.27 euros before VAT, with EXPLOTACIONES LA MURALLA S.L. Also resolved is the roof of the municipal building at Avenida de Madrid 33, at 62,147.16 euros, with no company on the register.

A single contract is 55.3% of the money at stake

The Diputación renews its communications network. The full council of the Diputación de Salamanca, the government of the province, published on 30 September the tender for the corporate network and the voice, mobile and data services, put out at 3,390,704 euros before VAT, with bids accepted until 3 November.
Two new works seek a company. The Mancomunidad de La Armuña, a grouping of town councils that provide a service together, is extending its warehouse in Castellanos de Moriscos, tendered at 66,115.70 euros before VAT until 20 October, and the Gerencia de Servicios Sociales is replacing pipes at the Monte Mario centre, tendered at 65,789.13 euros before VAT until the 21st.
The Diputación spreads works across the villages until 13 and 14 October. Still open are the strengthening of the DSA-510 road between Forfoleda and Aldearrodrigo, tendered at 743,801.65 euros before VAT, the road from Villares de la Reina to Aldeaseca, at 449,997.78, the sewerage networks of Calvarrasa de Abajo, at 143,822.75, and Calle Larga in Aldealengua, at 143,624.88.
Salamanca city council closes a tender today. The Obras de Urbanización 3/26, tendered at 357,560.84 euros before VAT, accept bids until this 2 October, and the refurbishment of the Pabellón Reina Sofía, tendered at 768,786.25, until the 13th.
Three tenders no longer accept bids. The deadline for the Plaza de Castilla y León in Carbajosa de la Sagrada, tendered at 230,865.29 euros before VAT, closed on 1 October, and that for Calle Calzada de Medina in Moriscos, at 117,401.36, on 29 September, and the Diputación is studying bids for the accessibility of its building on Calle San Pablo in the city of Salamanca, tendered at 185,992.87 euros.

The Junta authorises direct aid for innovative business clusters and for businesses in areas evacuated because of the fires

Two decisions, neither open to applications

Innovative business clusters receive direct money. The Consejería de Economía y Hacienda of the Junta de Castilla y León registered on 29 September the direct award to the Agrupaciones Empresariales Innovadoras. It is a grant with recipients already fixed that nobody else can apply for.
The Junta authorises a seventh round of aid for businesses in evacuated villages. The Instituto para la Competitividad Empresarial de Castilla y León registered on 28 September batch VII of direct grants for self-employed people and small and medium-sized firms in the localities evacuated because of the summer fires.

Ten firms register across Salamanca city and Carbajosa de la Sagrada with 60,956 euros

A single firm contributes 56.9% of the capital

OLOR A NUBES CG brings together more money than the other nine combined. OLOR A NUBES CG SL, a laundry and dry-cleaning company based in the city of Salamanca, registered with 34,706 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, according to the BORME of 29 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register.
Hotels, dentistry and hunting open for business. The new ones include AJ SMART ROOMS SUITES & BOUTIQUE HOTELS SL, DENTAL SALAMANCA 2026 SL, CINEGETIC SOLUCIONES CINEGETICAS SL, GO2BOOK DIGITAL SL and INVALMOR 3 SL, all in the city of Salamanca. The BORME of 1 October adds LOTERIA ZURBANO 26 SL. Carbajosa de la Sagrada contributes another company during the week.

The week leaves the Salamanca comarca with the Diputación's communications network up for tender, the Matacán drainage channel with a contractor and nine open tenders.
