Alcúdia picks Elecnor for the Illa de Vianants, tendered at 470,458 euros before VAT

Alcúdia awards the Illa de Vianants, the only contract in the Raiguer comarca whose status changed this week. Its 11 new companies start out with 3,082 euros of average capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, the lowest figure among the 20 comarcas with new companies today, and Sa Pobla, Alaró and Marratxí are still accepting bids.

Alcúdia pedestrianises its centre and Marratxí concentrates most of the new water pipes

The centre of Alcúdia and its port become a pedestrian zone, with the company already chosen. The Town Council awarded ELECNOR SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS the Illa de Vianants, which will pedestrianise the old town and Port d'Alcúdia. The award, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, came this week. There was a tender, a public competition in which companies submit bids, tendered at 470,457.80 euros before VAT, before taxes.
Next to the Roman ruins of Pollentia there will be a garden to rest in. The consortium of the Ciutat Romana de Pollentia has resolved in favour of PAVIMENTOS ESPECIALES MALLORCA the Hortus Roma, rest areas south of the Portella neighbourhood, with a tender price of 99,475.60 euros before VAT.
Marratxí replaces its water pipes in three areas with builders already chosen. Its contracts were resolved before this week, that is, the tender is over and the contract has been closed. The largest replaces the pipes of Pla de Na Tesa with SOCIEDAD DE FOMENTO AGRÍCOLA CASTELLONENSE (contract). CONSTRUCCIONS QUEIXAL SL won Son Caulelles and several settlements in the municipality. Also resolved are the awnings and lighting of the Town Hall square and the cold room at the Bon Sosec funeral home, which is listed without a winning company.
Campanet, Alaró and Consell have picked the firms for their square, their road and their pipes. GOST OBRES I SERVEIS SL will spruce up the plaza Rector Tamoner in Campanet, VITRAC OBRES I SERVEIS SL will repair the surface of the Camí des Raiguer in Alaró and PAVIMENTOS ESPECIALES MALLORCA will renew the water supply and surface of the Son Biel road in Consell.
Inca resolved its Serral reservoir and electric charging in 2025. The refurbishment of the ses Monges reservoir has been listed as resolved since December 2025 and the concession for electric car charging points on municipal land, to ERANOVUM E-MOBILITY 101 SL and with no tender amount, since February 2025.

Sa Pobla, Alaró and Marratxí seek companies for works worth 599,944 euros before VAT until 13 October

Sa Pobla opens the largest water project still accepting proposals. It renews the network in seven streets, from Crestatx to Mart, and carrer Marjals to stop leaks, tendered at 367,562.73 euros before VAT.
Alaró closes this Friday and Marratxí on Monday. Alaró is looking for a company for the gardens of CEIP Pere Rosselló Oliver, a state infant and primary school, for children aged 3 to 12 (116,689.30 euros before VAT), and Marratxí for the turf of the 7-a-side football pitch at Sa Nova Cabana (115,691.55 euros before VAT), two contracts sized for a small or medium-sized business.
Five tenders await a verdict, headed by a water park. Still being assessed, the public body is studying the bids and has not yet chosen a company, are the Splashpad in Marratxí, tendered at 370,280.29 euros before VAT, and its 5 children's play areas (206,532.12 euros before VAT). In Consell they are waiting on the Muntanya road (119,320.36 euros before VAT) and carrer Sant Bartomeu (94,312.77 euros before VAT), and in Alcúdia on the north towers of its walls (50,753.91 euros before VAT). The bidding period for the Celler del Rei in Binissalem (125,619.97 euros before VAT) closed on 30 September.

Bricklaying, cleaning and access control, what is new in Inca. VOLTA MATRIX starts with 3,100 euros for bricklaying and building construction, and SOLERTIA & QUAESTUS with 3,400 for access control, both in the BORME of 23 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. CLARY CLEAN, for building cleaning, and NUEVO BAR SA FORANA, for food service, appeared on 30 September.
Inca also gains a restaurant and a haulier. GASTROGALGO will serve food and drink (BORME of 24 September) and LIZGARTOS will go into transport (BORME of 28 September).
Two new companies register in Binissalem. 108 CONCEPT SL, whose corporate purpose also includes construction, installations and maintenance, was registered on 23 September, and BRAÇ EQUILIBRAT, which will sell building materials and machinery, on 30 September.
Video games in Marratxí, events in Santa María and rentals in Alcúdia. AVAR GAMES, TENT SOUND and NAVEGA LIBRE complete the new registrations in the BORME of 30 September.

Balearic industry with guaranteed loans has help for its financial costs. The Balearic Regional Development Agency opens, for 2026 and 2027, grants for industrial micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that have loans guaranteed by a sociedad de garantía recíproca, a mutual guarantee company, to pay the financial costs of those operations. It was published on 28 September in the BDNS, the National Grants Database.
The Balearic government subsidises advice on the workload of hotel room attendants. The Balearic Institute for Occupational Safety and Health is offering grants for advisory projects for workers and companies on workload studies for hotel room attendants.

From 23 to 30 September Alcúdia awarded its Illa de Vianants, the only contract in the Raiguer comarca whose status changed, and the 11 new companies in Inca, Binissalem, Marratxí, Santa María del Camí and Alcúdia were founded with very little capital. Marratxí, Campanet, Inca, Alaró, Consell and Alcúdia have works from previous months already resolved. Sa Pobla, Alaró and Marratxí are still receiving bids and the Celler del Rei in Binissalem no longer accepts them. Lloseta, Selva, Mancor de la Vall and Búger were left without commissioned works or registered companies, although their industries can apply to the grant line from the Balearic development agency.
