RAVI OBRAS takes on the third school site in Oropesa del Mar and 58.5% of the value tendered with a builder

The builder that will prepare the site of CEIP number 3 in Oropesa del Mar will also regenerate a garden in Torreblanca, 471,061.68 euros tendered out of the 805,635.56 of the five works whose contractor has been chosen across the Plana Alta comarca. Cabanes also chose who will set up the tourist information point in Torre la Sal, and in Benicàssim a 140-metre bungalow takes court bids this Friday 16, its last day.

  • RAVI OBRAS will prepare the ground for CEIP number 3. The Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, marks as resolved the file to prepare the site of CEIP number 3, a state infant and primary school, with RAVI OBRAS TRASNPORTES Y EXCAVACIONES, S.L. as the contractor. The works went out to tender, a public competition in which companies submit bids, for 243,762.70 euros before VAT.
  • Torre la Sal will get a tourist office. In the award, the step in which the public body chooses the company, Cabanes town council picked Microarquitectura, S.L. for the installation of a tourist information office in Torre la Sal, tendered for 109,973.28 euros before VAT.
  • Torreblanca had already entrusted it with a garden. RAVI OBRAS is also the contractor for the regeneration of the green space next to Carles Salvador street, in Torreblanca, tendered for 227,298.98 euros before VAT. Together with the school job, it accounts for 58.5% of the value tendered in the five works with a contractor.
  • A square in Cabanes and a haematology laboratory complete the five. One builder will renovate Plaza Constitución in Cabanes, tendered for 95,200 euros before VAT, and another company will refurbish the haematology laboratory of the provincial hospital, in Castelló de la Plana, tendered for 129,400.60 euros before VAT. The five add up to 805,635.56 euros tendered.

A 140-metre bungalow with an attached garage takes bids in Benicàssim until 16 October

The only one still open is also the largest
  • Benicàssim offers a bungalow with a garage until this Friday. The court auction SUB-JA-2026-264914, a public sale ordered by a court, open to anyone, offers a bungalow of 140 built square metres in a residential complex, with an attached parking space. The building, from 1987, has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 526,707 euros per home, a reference that may not reflect this type of house.
  • Cabanes and Oropesa del Mar have closed their bidding window. The home in Cabanes, with 74 built square metres, stopped taking bids on 14 October, and the one in Oropesa del Mar, with 64 built square metres including the terrace, on the 15th.

Three companies choose Benicàssim and a single real estate firm holds 372,375 euros of capital

  • One property business contributes 98.4% of the capital. The BORME of 13 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, lists in Benicàssim a company for the letting, sale, development and refurbishment of property with 372,375 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in.
  • Physiotherapy and shareholdings complete the list. RUDEVIAL, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, a limited company registered on 9 October, will hold stakes in other companies, and a professional company, registered on the 14th, will offer physiotherapy and nutrition. Each one starts with 3,000 euros.

Castellón provincial council opens aid for towns damaged by the August rains and fire

One call and two agreements in seven days
  • There is a call for the town councils damaged in August. The Diputación de Castellón, the provincial council, registered on 13 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, a call, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for town councils and minor local entities affected by the rains of 15 and 16 August and by the fire of 20 August.
  • Ceramics receives two agreements in one week. The provincial council registered an agreement with ANFFECC, the association of ceramic frit, glaze and colour manufacturers, for a study to showcase the sector, an agreement through which a public body funds a specific organisation, registered on 14 October, and the Generalitat, the Valencian regional government, registered another on the 8th with ASCER, the Spanish Association of Ceramic Tile and Paving Manufacturers.

From 8 to 15 October, Oropesa del Mar (Orpesa) saw a resolution on the plot for its third school and Cabanes awarded the tourist information point in Torre la Sal. Torreblanca and Castelló de la Plana, with the green space and the laboratory at the provincial hospital, had picked their contractors earlier. Benicàssim registered the three companies of the period and has one home taking bids until Friday. Benlloc and Vilanova d'Alcolea, where the Castellón airfield stands, expect the airport's new industrial unit, and Vilanova also expects the paving of a road with new networks. Vilafamés, Borriol, Almassora, Vall d'Alba, la Pobla Tornesa, Sant Joan de Moró, Sierra Engarcerán, les Coves de Vinromà and la Torre d'en Doménec did not produce any procedure in those days of October.
