Oviedo comarca · No. 3 · Tuesday 13 October 2026 · 7-minute read

The Asturian government tenders La Lila health centre works at 1.19 million, open until 3 November

Villapérez, 27.96 million in reclaimed water pipes, awaits a contractor and is worth almost six times the tenders the Oviedo comarca has open. Oviedo city council, the Asturian government and Nava together have six works taking bids, and the city of Oviedo sees ten new companies, four in the property trade.

La Lila adds 1.19 million and the Oviedo comarca now has 4.7 million in works awaiting bids

La Corredoria and La Lila account for three in every four euros
  • The health department puts La Lila health centre out to tender. On 9 October the Asturian government's Consejería de Salud, its health department, published on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the partial refurbishment works at the La Lila Health Centre, in the city of Oviedo. They are tendered at 1,188,516.54 euros before VAT, that is before taxes, in a public tender open to bids until 3 November.
  • A single tender explains all the growth in works up for grabs. Last week there were 5 open tenders in the comarca worth 3.52 million euros before VAT, and now there are 6 worth 4.71 million. The difference, 1.19 million, is exactly La Lila, 25.2 per cent of the total out to tender and more than the four smaller tenders combined, 1.08 million.
  • La Corredoria remains the biggest contract still taking bids. Oviedo city council put out phase 1 of the La Corredoria Integrated Social Centre on 28 September, tendered at 2,445,184.83 euros before VAT, with bids until 26 October. The same day it put out the refurbishment of sports courts, tendered at 637,766.52 euros, and on the 29th the replacement of football pitch fencing, at 245,527.14 euros. Both close on 19 October.
  • Nava and a training centre roof complete the six tenders. Nava council is looking for a company to replace the old fibre cement pipes in the valve room of the Cezosu reservoir, tendered at 140,326.47 euros before VAT, with bids until 26 October. The Asturian Public Employment Service is repairing the roof of the national reference centre for metal construction and foundry in the city of Oviedo, tendered at 52,516.38 euros, and it is the first to close, on 15 October.

Bidding on two flats, of 88 and 75 metres, ends on the 14th and 15th in the city of Oviedo and Langreo

From September to October, when each auction opened and closes
  • A city of Oviedo flat, with 88 usable square metres, keeps receiving offers until tomorrow, Wednesday. On the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property, a home of 88 usable square metres with an attached garage and storage room remains in a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court. It takes bids until 14 October, in a 2003 building with a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 237,523 euros.
  • La Felguera closes its lot on Thursday. The Langreo home of almost 75 built square metres, in La Felguera, remains open for bids until 15 October, in a 1999 building with a median CasasValue of 155,121 euros per home.
  • A century-old office joins the bidding. It is the only new auction of the week. An office in the city of Oviedo opened on 9 October and takes bids until the 29th. Its building, from 1900 and with nine homes, has a median CasasValue of 866,128 euros per home, 3.6 times the median for the city of Oviedo, 241,172 euros. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give its floor area.
  • Three other lots have reached the end of bidding. A 109 built square metre home in the city of Oviedo closed on 5 October. A garage space of 11 square metres and a building under construction, open for bids since 17 September, closed on 7 October.

La Manxoya, Faro and Ricardo Caballero get contractors while Villapérez, the largest work, still has none
