FDS MELILLA S.L. is listed on 5 of the 10 barracks works published or updated in the city of Melilla

Ten works at the barracks of the city of Melilla were published or updated by its Comandancia General, the army's general command there, and one company is listed on 5, among them the enclosure of a drone airstrip. In the Melilla comarca the builder of the Hardú park is now known. And a plot for residential and hotel use, tendered at 10,361,717.14 euros excluding VAT, has 15 December as its deadline.

Ten barracks works tendered at 377,723.88 euros before taxes figure as resolved, five under one company

The Millán Astray drone airstrip is to be enclosed. The Comandancia General de Melilla published on 1 October the enclosure of its drone airstrip, tendered at 26,407.50 euros excluding VAT, before taxes, and with FDS MELILLA S.L. A licitación is a public tender, in which companies submit bids, and this one is listed as resolved: the tender is over and the contract has been closed. It all appears on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders.
The barracks move ten contracts in seven days. From 29 September to 5 October the Comandancia published or updated 10 works, all resolved and with a company. Only one goes above 40,000 euros, the renovation of 6 rooms at the García Margallo facilities, tendered at 87,187.62 euros excluding VAT and with INSTALACIONES ELECTRICAS DE MELILLA, S.L.
The Olympic pool at the Hípica renews the lining of its basin. The ceramic lining of the basin, tendered at 39,181.82 euros excluding VAT, is listed with MULTISERVICIOSMELILLA S.L., as is the painting of two buildings at the Base Alfonso XIII. ESTUDIOS Y EJECUCIONES, S.A. appears on the security doors. MULTISERVICIOS MELILLA S.L. is listed on the electrical transformer station at Primo de Rivera.
The same firm appears on five of the ten. FDS MELILLA S.L. adds to the airstrip the facade of the Cuartel General, the air conditioning of an accommodation block, the facade of building 69 and the Equicín storehouse: 155,706.96 euros excluding VAT across the 5.

DORANJO S.L. gets the building of the Hardú leisure park, a contest tendered at 644,938.57 euros excluding VAT

Nine neighbourhood contracts, step by step

The Hardú district learns who will build its park. EMVISMESA, the municipal housing and land company, published on 29 September as awarded to DORANJO S.L. the works on the leisure park and sports courts, tendered at 644,938.57 euros excluding VAT. Awarding is the step in which the company is chosen.
New asphalt for the Constitución neighbourhood appears as resolved. The road surface in la Constitución, tendered at 725,952.41 euros excluding VAT, is listed as resolved on the Plataforma, whose listing was last updated on 29 September. Also listed as resolved are that of the Tiro Nacional and that of Calle Castellón de la Plana.
A contractor is still pending for four neighbourhood projects. Still en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids, are the water park at the Granja Escuela Felipe VI, the plot beside the Vía Láctea, the 2 self-cleaning toilets and the works of the Fundación Melilla Ciudad Monumental.
The sports hall of the Juan Caro Romero school is on its second tender. The repair of its roof and its wall closed on 30 September.

Five tenders worth 8,724,029 euros before taxes admit bids, with the healthcare buildings closing on Friday 9

Six deadlines are running and three files are waiting

The healthcare buildings close their tender this Friday. The Plataforma updated on 5 October the full maintenance of the buildings of Ingesa, the state institute that runs public healthcare in Ceuta and Melilla, tendered at 1,919,761.06 euros excluding VAT with bids until 9 October.
Another four tenders keep their deadline open. The decorative parapet of the building of the UNED, the National University of Distance Education, tendered at 184,800.07 euros excluding VAT, expires on 13 October. The advancing of the Muelle X (2,146,563.45 euros excluding VAT) does so on the 19th, the refurbishment of the Pabellón Lázaro Fernández (2,107,879.88 euros excluding VAT) on the 26th and the courtyard of the Colegio Reyes Católicos (2,365,024.54 euros excluding VAT) on 13 November.
Developers and hoteliers have until 15 December to go for a plot. The Ciudad Autónoma is selling by tender its own plot for residential and hotel use, starting at 10,361,717.14 euros excluding VAT.
The airport, the port and six protected homes await a decision. The deadline for the leaks at the airport power station closed on 5 October. Still under assessment are the building of 6 protected homes and the tacones RO-RO, vehicle boarding ramps.

Six new companies gather 16,000 euros across hospitality, events and refurbishment in the city of Melilla

Six businesses are born in the same gazette. The BORME of 1 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, publishes 6 companies set up in the city, with 16,000 euros of capital between them, the money the partners put in. Five start with 3,000 euros and one with 1,000, spread across hospitality, events, advisory, office services, advertising and refurbishment.
Viajes Ocio Mayores 2026 opens its call. The Consejería de Cultura, Patrimonio Cultural y del Mayor issued on 28 September the call for the places on Viajes Ocio Mayores 2026. The requirements and the deadline of this convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, are in its official listing.
Nobody can now bid for the auctioned storage room. The only court auction in the Melilla comarca, a public sale ordered by a court, ended on 1 October for a storage room in the city.
