Regional pot of 50 million for home renovation until 30 November and 681,249 euros for a street in Mora

The Mancha Toledana comarca comes under a regional call worth 50 million euros to renovate homes, open to private individuals until 30 November. Mora is tendering its calle Arroyo for 681,249 euros until 28 October, 48.0% of everything now open. Noblejas sees its asphalting tender expire on Tuesday 13 and its municipal plot tender on Thursday 15.

Two deadlines fall this week and the last on 30 November

Private individuals wishing to renovate their home or their building have until 30 November 2026 to apply. On Wednesday 7 October the Dirección General de Vivienda of Castilla-La Mancha registered in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the call for renovation and better energy efficiency in homes and buildings, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. It shares out 50 million euros across the whole region, including the 39 municipalities of the Mancha Toledana comarca. It is for natural persons with no economic activity, that is, private individuals. Applications are accepted from 10 working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, after its publication in the regional official gazette, and until 30 November.
There is also a call for individual internationalisation plans for 2026 and 2027. It was registered on Monday 5 October by the Instituto de Promoción Exterior de Castilla-La Mancha, under the title call for individual internationalisation plans. For now only the body, title and registration date are on record.

Tourism in Mora and industry in Villacañas bring together 240,000 euros, 93.6% of the capital just created

From the 10,000 euro garage to 140,000 in tourism

Hosting visitors is the business declaring the most capital, 140,000 euros, and it is domiciled in Mora. TURISMO ENTRE OLIVARES appears as incorporated in the BORME of 8 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, to run tourist and short-stay accommodation. Its capital, the money the shareholders put in when founding it, is 54.6% of the 256,500 euros that the 5 companies bring together.
Villacañas adds an industrial company with 100,000 euros, the only one linked to construction. RAYOS VIVOS is listed in the BORME of 5 October to manufacture metal components for construction and electrical appliances, carry out installations and buy and sell property.
Three smaller companies spread 16,500 euros across three towns. HIPOCOCHE AUTOMOCION, a car sales and repair garage, comes out in the gazette of the 8th and leaves Mora with 2 of the 5 new registrations and 150,000 euros, 58.5%. GRUPO 1439 CAPITAL, in transport and software in La Villa de Don Fadrique, and AGRODOLIZ, set up in Santa Cruz de la Zarza to hold stakes in other companies, are recorded in the gazette of the 5th.

Half a dozen tenders stay open at 1,418,990 euros and a single road in Mora accounts for 48.0%

Mora and Noblejas take most of what is out to tender

A road in Mora heads the open tenders, with 681,249 euros for its watercourse and its carriageway. Mora town council keeps out to tender, a public competition in which companies bid against each other, the improvement of the watercourse and the relaying of the carriageway of calle Arroyo, tendered for 681,249 euros excluding VAT, before tax. It takes bids until Wednesday 28 October and on its own it is 48.0% of the 1,418,990 euros that the 6 open tenders add up to.
The Noblejas asphalting has the earliest closing date, Tuesday 13. The asphalting of the Noblejas town centre, tendered for 134,354 euros excluding VAT, closes that day. The following week three works totalling 434,766 euros close, the paving of several streets in Ocaña on Monday 19, the pavements of Ontígola on Tuesday 20 and the calles Iglesia and Real in Mascaraque on Wednesday 21.
Noblejas puts a council-owned plot in the Los Gorriones sector up for sale. Noblejas town council is putting out to tender plot P2 of the Los Gorriones sector, with a starting price of 168,620 euros excluding VAT and bids until Thursday 15 October. With the asphalting, Noblejas has 302,974 euros out to tender.

Fourteen works in 10 municipalities are past their bid deadline and only three have a chosen company

Three municipalities top 300,000 euros in works

Villatobas, Consuegra and La Puebla de Almoradiel show a company named in 3 files. REALTURF SYSTEMS is the company chosen for the artificial turf of the Villatobas football pitch, tendered for 383,061 euros excluding VAT, and ORPE SOLADOS Y ALICATADOS, for the fencing of the Consuegra football pitch, tendered for 55,111. A resurfacing job in La Puebla de Almoradiel, tendered for 80,175, also has a company.
Quintanar de la Orden and Consuegra have two tenders finished with no winner published. They are the final stretch of calle Grande in Quintanar de la Orden, tendered for 247,931 euros excluding VAT, and the fencing of the Consuegra bullring, tendered for 44,547.
Seven local councils have bids worth 932,404 euros under study. Under assessment, the stage in which the administration is studying the bids, the largest are the Yepes swimming pool, tendered for 204,101 euros excluding VAT, the industrial units of La Puebla de Almoradiel, with 191,764, and the paving and drainage of the access to Mora, with 165,066. The list is completed by the Corral de Almaguer sewerage, the Urda sports hall, the streets of Lillo and the Consuegra padel court roof.
Bidding ended in Ocaña and La Puebla de Almoradiel during the first week of October. The deadline for the new development of a street in Ocaña, tendered for 340,255 euros excluding VAT, closed on Wednesday 7 October, and that of another resurfacing job in La Puebla de Almoradiel, tendered for 112,959, on Monday 5. The 14 works were tendered for 2,196,442 euros.

The renovation grant also reaches residents of Manzaneque, Quero, Villafranca de los Caballeros, Tembleque, Almonacid de Toledo, Cabañas de Yepes, Dosbarrios, Villanueva de Bogas, Madridejos, Huerta de Valdecarábanos, El Toboso, Villarrubia de Santiago, Camuñas, Villanueva de Alcardete, Ciruelos, Villasequilla, Miguel Esteban, Villamuelas, La Guardia, Turleque, Villaminaya, Cabezamesada and El Romeral.
