A 2.36 million property holding company in Griñón, third by capital among the day's 21 comarcas

It is the company with the most capital in the Madrid Sur comarca this week. Fuenlabrada and Alcorcón have 14.2 million in contracts under assessment, Getafe awarded six with a budget of 3.99 million and five homes go to auction.

Alcorcón's auction is running out of time. The home at auction in Alcorcón, in a residential complex, takes bids until this Monday 28 September.
Leganés and Móstoles, in buildings from the sixties and seventies. The Leganés home is in a 1967 building with a median CasasValue of 190,982 euros and closes on 5 October. The Móstoles home, in a 1970 building with 180,929 euros, closes on the 7th.
Valdemoro offers almost 90 square metres. The Valdemoro home, the only one published this week, has 89.59 registered square metres and takes bids until 13 October. The Torrejón de Velasco home is a detached house in the Colonia de la Virgen and closes on 7 October.

Fuenlabrada and Alcorcón await contractors for 14.2 million in contracts under assessment

Almost six in every ten euros, in Fuenlabrada

Fuenlabrada will cross the railway on foot. The footbridge over the tracks, worth 5,533,500 euros, and a framework agreement for public space works worth 5 million await a builder, along with the hire of a Christmas ice rink worth 55,588 euros.
Alcorcón's Ensanche Sur tenders its first phase. The sports complex, worth 2,498,930 euros, closed bidding on 21 September. Also waiting are the purification room at Los Cantos, for 832,233 euros, the replanting of a plot in San José de Valderas, for 236,011, and two minor works at the Gloria Fuertes school and at social services.
Móstoles evaluates its participatory budget works. The framework agreement for participatory budget works, worth 2,479,339 euros, awaits a contractor alongside the renewal of sports surfaces, worth 395,795 euros, and a shade canopy for the Plaza de Pradillo.
Neighbourhood works, from Pinto to Pelayos. Pinto redevelops an area for 479,352 euros, with its works supervision. Leganés hires the maintenance of its rental housing buildings for 322,386 euros and their concierge service. El Álamo awaits a builder for its public spaces, for 151,613 euros, and Aldea del Fresno for the refurbishment of its school, for 82,630. Completing the list are the hangar and the paving at the Getafe Air Base and two minor contracts in Pelayos de la Presa and Humanes de Madrid.

On 16 September, the comarca went from 1.6 to 5.3 million

Getafe renews the Juan de la Cierva sports centre. The sports facilities, worth 2,047,751 euros, go to EICO INGENIERÍA Y ECONOMÍA and ZIMA DESARROLLOS INTEGRALES. ARNO INFRAESTRUCTURAS remodels the Plaza de la Manzana, FLODI Doctor Barraquer with AMBITEC, EL EJIDILLO VIVEROS INTEGRALES pedestrian accesses and MERCASA commissions a lift from BAYFER.
Rey Juan Carlos University puts solar panels in Móstoles. ECOTELIA SERVICIOS ENERGÉTICOS will install the solar plant for 1,227,460 euros. Fuenlabrada awards its upkeep framework agreement and advice for its Housing Institute.
Colmenar del Arroyo will have a park and ride car park. CGS MOVILIDAD will build it with a green area for 265,664 euros and ANDRIALA will renew the playground. Valdemorillo awarded another car park.
The sierra and Alcorcón wrap up contracts. Alcorcón gives EBONE SERVICIOS outdoor training stations, FLODI a municipal centre and PAROVESA a project. San Martín de Valdeiglesias awarded the refurbishment of a building for 350,624 euros, El Álamo resurfaces roads, Navas del Rey extends its cemetery, Griñón fits climate control at the Mancomunidad and the Garcilaso school and Cenicientos switches to aerothermal heating.

Thirteen property and building firms, four of them in Móstoles, and grants for Madrid's countryside

One in four new companies is in the sector

The largest, in Griñón. A property trading and letting company registers in Griñón with 2,362,099 euros of capital.
Móstoles adds four companies in the sector. Mantersus, for full building services, and Licam Origen, for construction, conservation and demolition works, registered on the 21st and 22nd (BORME of the 21st and of the 22nd). Then come a builder of concrete structures and Gardez Credit Home, for buying and selling property (BORME of the 23rd and of the 25th), all with 3,000 euros of capital.
Refurbishment, installations and development, from Chapinería to Parla. Omrax Proyectos, in Chapinería, and Edisatek Rehabilitación y Mantenimiento, in Moraleja de Enmedio, will build homes, Sevillana de Reformas and Multiservicios Centum bring building services to Parla and Altoar Gestión de Obras goes to Getafe (BORME of the 21st and of the 22nd). Zirconio Capital will develop housing in Leganés, Dulu Capital will let and sell property in Pinto, Gado Instalaciones y Soluciones Eléctricas opens in Leganés with 22,000 euros and Alcorcón gains a construction company (BORME of the 23rd and of the 25th).
The Comunidad de Madrid opens grants for vineyards, woodland and farm succession. The Comunidad de Madrid published on 25 September the FEADER grants for maintaining dry farmed vineyards and for the succession of farm holdings, and on the 22nd two lines for private woodland, for forestry work and restoring forest damage. They serve winegrowers, farmers and owners of forest estates across the comarca.

The regional grants for dry farmed vineyards, private woodland and farm succession also reach Arroyomolinos, Villa del Prado, Cubas de la Sagra, Serranillos del Valle, Casarrubuelos, Quijorna, Cadalso de los Vidrios, Villamanta, Villanueva de Perales, Rozas de Puerto Real and Batres. Navalcarnero, Navalagamella, Sevilla la Nueva, Torrejón de la Calzada and Villamantilla complete the Madrid Sur comarca.
