Beniflà, Barx, Palma de Gandía and la Font d'en Carròs close five tenders worth 881,411 euros by Tuesday

In the La Safor comarca, Gandia holds 60% of the tendered money that still lacks a chosen company, out of 6.8 million before VAT. Its largest project, a 2.9 million day centre, awaits a contractor. The comarca ranks fifth among today's 21 for companies formed, with 16.

Gandia and Miramar account for 6 of the 10 contracts already decided in the La Safor comarca

• Miramar awards its building demolition and music school works. They were tendered at 866,906 euros before VAT, meaning advertised at that price before tax, and are the largest of the five tenders that changed this week. The chosen company bears a person's name, so we do not publish it. The Mare irrigation channel drainage, at 40,378 euros, is recorded as closed with no company.
• PAVASAL will repair Gandia's Alcodar industrial estate. The upgrade, under the plan of IVACE, the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness, was tendered at 230,556 euros before VAT and this week the public body chose a company. The same plan in Piles goes to LETUMUR SL. On Gandia's Benieto industrial estate, at 97,574, bidding closed on 1 October.
• Gandia settled its tender for selling a municipal plot. The sale, tendered at 2,907,861 euros before VAT, is recorded as closed, with no known buyer. Elecnor holds the Centro Integral Rois de Corella contract, from the Health Department, tendered at 128,926 euros, and Decoración y Paisaje S.A. the Parpalló-Borrell museum one, tendered at 148,760.
• Oliva, Ròtova and Almoines have contractors too. AISTEM DE CUBIERTAS Y AISLAMIENTOS will replace the Oliva swimming pool roof, tendered at 198,387 euros before VAT, CONTRAFFORTE RESTAURO restores the Palau de Ròtova and GUEROLA ÁRIDOS Y HORMIGONES repairs an Almoines rural road.

The La Safor comarca gains 16 new companies, fifth among today's 21, and Tavernes opens its baby cheque

• CLIM CAPITAL starts out in Gandia with 150,000 euros. According to the BORME of 24 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, it will broker wholesale trade and let machinery and property. It provides two thirds of the 225,122 euros of share capital of the 16, the money the partners put in.
• Six of the 16 come from building, installations or housing. In Gandia, VALTOR PROYECTOS INTEGRALES DE EDIFICACION Y ESTRUCTURAS and TORREMAR JMR GRUPO EMPRESARIAL (BORME of the 28th). In Piles, SP ALICATADOS Y REFORMAS (BORME of the 24th). In Oliva, SOLUCIONES GANDIA, in housing (BORME of the 30th), and a gas installer (BORME of the 29th). In Xeraco, the estate agency LIVING GANDIA SL, with 6,122 euros.
• Food, bars and services fill out the list. LACTERRA INGREDIENTS starts in Gandia with 30,000 euros to sell food wholesale (BORME of 1 October). The others include bars in Oliva and Xeraco, a tuition centre in Gandia, a consultancy in Ador and a pilates studio in Tavernes de la Valldigna.
• Tavernes de la Valldigna pays a cheque for every baby. Its Xec Bebé shares out 12,800 euros among families with a birth, adoption or foster placement in 2026, with applications until 14 November, according to the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database.
• Funds for new ventures and for farming. The Diputación de Valencia, the provincial council, opened its 2026 entrepreneurship and self-employment scheme, and the Generalitat its grants for young farmers. Requirements and deadlines are at each link.

The La Safor comarca has eight tenders open in six municipalities for 1.4 million before VAT

• Beniflà closes two tenders on Sunday 4. The Molino Harinero, a future hall for associations, is tendered at 380,800 euros before VAT, and the Calle Caseta accessibility works at 88,906.
• Barx, Palma de Gandía and la Font d'en Carròs, against the clock. The 5th is the deadline for the stand roof in la Font d'en Carròs, at 160,880 euros, and the Bolognetta promenade in Palma de Gandía, at 140,377. On the 6th, the tracks from Barx to Pinet and the Pla de Corrals, at 110,449.
• More time in Gandia, la Font d'en Carròs and Beniarjó. The Montdúver school playgrounds in Gandia, at 165,289 euros, take bids until the 13th. Launched this week were the Cementeri Vell car park in la Font d'en Carròs, at 132,612, until the 19th, and the Beniarjó library, at 227,100, until the 20th.
• Gandia weighs up the offers on its 2.9 million day centre. The day centre for people with intellectual diversity, at 2,891,743 euros before VAT, is the largest project under assessment: the public body is studying the bids. So are Gandia's municipal events, at 900,000, the social and sports pavilion in l'Alqueria de la Comtessa, at 787,015, and three streets in Tavernes de la Valldigna, at 413,223.
• Three smaller contracts wait their turn. Still under assessment are the el Real de Gandia pump track, at 82,646 euros, and the heating maintenance in Simat de la Valldigna, at 24,194. The Marinyén castle chapel, in Benifairó de la Valldigna, at 192,999, closed to bids on 1 October.

A court sells a home of 25 usable square metres in Piles, the sole auction across the comarca, until Monday 5

• All of La Safor has a single court auction, in Piles. Auction SUB-JA-2026-265481 stays open until 5 October on the Portal de Subastas del BOE, the official auction portal, where a court sells in public and anyone can bid. The court notice gives 24.90 usable square metres and 30.35 built.
• A 2013 building with three homes. Its median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, is 79,275 euros. Bidding requires a digital certificate on the Auction Portal.

Gandia, Miramar, Piles, Almoines, Oliva and Ròtova have contracts already decided. Beniflà, Barx, Palma de Gandía, la Font d'en Carròs and Beniarjó seek a contractor, l'Alqueria de la Comtessa, Tavernes de la Valldigna, Simat de la Valldigna and el Real de Gandia are studying offers, and Benifairó de la Valldigna closed its deadline. Xeraco and Ador gain new companies. Bellreguard, Vilallonga, Daimús, Xeresa, Benirredrà, Rafelcofer, Potries, Palmera, Guardamar de la Safor, Llocnou de Sant Jeroni, Alfauir, Almiserà and Castellonet de la Conquesta have no separate items this Friday.
