Turn 4 of the Jerez track takes bids until 19 October, with a ceiling of 774,060.50 euros

- The Jerez track is widening the run-off areas at its turn 4. On 29 September the Circuito de Jerez published the widening of the run-off areas at turn 4 on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services. The works are tendered at 774,060.50 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT. It is the only new works tender of the week and takes bids until 19 October.
- Riquelme uses up its last hours of tender today, Monday. The restoration of the Casa Palacio de Riquelme, the future Espacio Cultural Riquelme, was put out to tender by Jerez city council on 8 September with a tender budget of 1,085,596.85 euros before VAT. Its deadline runs out today, 5 October.
- The two together put 1,859,657.35 euros before VAT within reach of a bid. Each one is a licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works. The Riquelme one weighs more than that of turn 4, and the chart shows by how much.
Alcázar settles its car park and three works remain unawarded, with 3,762,884.90 euros tendered

- ITER TRIVIUM SLU is the company chosen for the Alcázar plot. The fitting out of a plot for public facilities as a car park on Calle Alcázar, tendered at 87,402.15 euros before VAT, is listed as resuelta, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, with ITER TRIVIUM SLU as the company chosen. - Resurfacing and the Las Cruces stream bed carry on without an appointed firm. The resurfacing of several streets in zone 2, the largest at 2,010,610.57 euros before VAT, is still en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. The improvement of a stretch of the Arroyo de las Cruces, from the Consorcio de Aguas de la Zona Gaditana and tendered at 1,432,280.51 euros before VAT, closed its bidding deadline on 28 September.
- Air conditioning installers are looking to the Campus de Jerez. With it, the three works awaiting a company add up to 3,762,884.90 euros before VAT.
The industrial unit auctioned within the Jerez de la Frontera municipal area closes on 13 October, eight days after the home

- The industrial unit leaves eight more days of room than the home. A court has put up for subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid, an industrial unit in the municipality of Jerez de la Frontera. Bids are taken until 13 October on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property.
- Today, Monday, the home stops taking bids. The home in the municipality of Jerez de la Frontera stays open until 5 October. Its square metres are not recorded and its building has no CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home. The neighbouring buildings can be looked up on the CASAS.ES map.
- For the rural estate the deadline ended on the 1st. The auction of a rural estate within the Jerez municipal boundary closed on 1 October. With it, the comarca has three auctions on the Portal, and two are still open.
Refurbishment, casks and drinks occupy the three Jerez companies of the week, two fewer than the week before

- BONSAEN SL arrives to refurbish and restore buildings. The BORME of 1 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, records its incorporation with 3,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company. It will work in specialised construction, with maintenance, refurbishment and restoration of buildings.
- MOMESAN XEREZ SL will make and repair casks. The company, recorded in the same gazette, works in wooden containers and in making, restoring and maintaining casks, barrels and vats. SJ DESLIO SL, in drinks services, completes the trio. Between the three they add up to 9,000 euros of capital. That is two companies fewer than the five of the previous week.
- Andalusia launches a pair of grant calls. The Dirección General de Industrias Agroalimentarias issued on 1 October the grants to compensate for the losses caused by the flooding from the storms. The Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, registered on the same day its grants for young people aged 18 to 29. Each one is a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, Andalusian in scope and not local. Amount, deadline and requirements appear on each official record.
