Paving repairs in the city of Jaén claim 95 per cent of 13.8 million open across the comarca

In the Jaén comarca four tenders worth 13.8 million remain open, and 95.1 per cent will go to repairing the paving in the city of Jaén broken by the storms. The seven new companies bring an average of 2,186 euros, the lowest such figure among the 20 comarcas in this 15 October batch with incorporations. In Mengíbar, the old Cine Avenida building represents 55.8 per cent measured against the sum still lacking a chosen contractor.

The Jaén comarca puts less capital into each company than the rest

Seven new companies, all with 3,000 euros or less. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, recorded seven incorporations in the Jaén comarca from 7 to 14 October. They add up to 15,300 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, and none is a property or construction firm. On the 7th EVOLUTION MOVEMENT, a sports centre, and FITOCUE, a software programming company were registered in the city of Jaén.
Asturian cooking and programming, in the capital. On the 8th came PELAYU TABERNA ASTURIANA, a drinks and catering business, and INGENIUM AI, a software programming and IT consultancy company, with 3,000 euros each. On the 13th, VOULANGERIE PROJECT and EXPANDETUCLINICA, a bakery and an advertising agency, with 3,000 and 1,800 euros.
Performing arts and fairs in Mengíbar, with 500 euros. In Mengíbar LUNEO FESTIVAL was incorporated, a limited company set up to support the performing arts and organise fairs. With 500 euros it has the least capital of the week, according to the BORME of 13 October.
Work and family balance and student travel, with an official record. The Junta de Andalucía published in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, three resolutions of its grant line for balancing family and working life (first, second and third) and the call, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for travel grants for Vocational Training students on work placements.
Martos announces grants for sports clubs. Martos town council opened on 8 October a call for grants for clubs in federated sport and youth categories. The Diputación de Jaén, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, opened four calls for town councils on the 13th: equality, social welfare and youth, immigration, day centres for older people and projects for lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual and intersex people.

The streets of the city of Jaén take 95 per cent out of the open money

Paving broken by the storms, the biggest item. Jaén city council is keeping open the tender, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for the repair of paving damaged by the January and February storms, at 13,104,056.72 euros before VAT, funded by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. Bids until 3 November.
The tax collection service renews its electrical installation. The Servicio Provincial de Gestión y Recaudación, which collects taxes and charges for the town councils that delegate it and belongs to the Diputación, published on 13 October on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the electrical renovation of its buildings in the city of Jaén, put out to tender at 223,895.10 euros before VAT. Bids until 3 November.
The Las Infantas road, until the 22nd. The Diputación de Jaén is taking bids until 22 October for the resurfacing of the JV-2305 from Las Infantas to Ventosilla, within the municipality of Jaén, at 254,237.19 euros.
Mengíbar wants to roof the José Plata court. Until 19 October, Mengíbar town council is taking bids for roofing the court at CEIP José Plata, a state infant and primary school, for children aged 3 to 12, at 200,748.83 euros.

Mengíbar and Martos concentrate the pending works

From the old cinema to a civic building in Mengíbar. Mengíbar town council is studying the bids for the civic and cultural building in the former Cine Avenida, put out to tender at 3,296,304.52 euros before VAT, which amounts to 55.8 per cent across the nine tenders in the comarca just closed for bids or being assessed, the stage in which the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company.
Two Martos roads, waiting. The Diputación de Jaén closed bids on 13 October for strengthening the JA-3308 from Martos towards Monte Lope Álvarez, put out to tender at 738,555.34 euros before VAT, and is studying those for the JA-3307 from Las Casillas de Martos to Alcaudete, at 714,869.44.
Torredonjimeno, a promenade and lorry parking. Torredonjimeno town council is assessing the lorry car park, put out to tender at 362,933.34 euros before VAT, and the paving of the central promenade in the municipal park, at 332,232.64.
Pegalajar, La Guardia and the University. Still under study are the access to Mancha Real via Pegalajar, at 140,784.17 euros, the Plan General of La Guardia de Jaén, the municipal master plan, which sets where building is allowed, at 160,000, the electricity network of the University of Jaén, at 63,816.96, and a Diputación flat on Paseo de la Estación, at 96,572.08.

La Salobreja roofs and six more Jaén comarca works resolved, a builder named in five

The Porcuna road takes almost half of the resolved money

La Salobreja changes phase this week. Jaén city council marked as resolved this week the repair of the roofs of the main sports hall at La Salobreja, put out to tender at 493,301.67 euros before VAT. The tender is over and the work goes to Grupo Torres & Ocaña.
Roads and tracks with a company. Already resolved before that were the JA-4401 from Porcuna to Arjonilla, put out to tender at 1,197,100.79 euros before VAT, which has gone to MEZCLAS BITUMINOSAS. Also the bus stops on the JA-3209, between Puente de la Sierra and Jontoya, put out to tender at 217,102.48 euros before VAT, which have gone to ASFALTOS JAÉN. And the Torredelcampo rural track, put out to tender at 109,082.42 euros before VAT, which has gone to CONSTRUCCIONES Y ASFALTOS VALMONPE.
Parks, lighting and sewerage. Listed as resolved are the paving of the Las Sufragistas park, put out to tender at 136,738.05 euros before VAT, which has gone to Construcciones Hequesa, and the efficient street lighting of Mancha Real, put out to tender at 191,700 euros before VAT, which has gone to the Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas. The tender for the Grupo Peralta sewerage in Fuerte del Rey, put out to tender at 227,371.34 euros before VAT, is listed as resolved, with no company published.

The building of the larger home, in three figures

Almost 98 usable metres, block built in 1968. The BOE, the Official State Gazette of Spain, which publishes laws and official notices, including court auctions, runs the Portal de Subastas, the official BOE website where courts and public bodies auction property and anyone who registers can bid. There, on 14 October, the court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, closed for a home in the city of Jaén with 97.85 usable square metres. CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, gives its building a median of 122,211 euros.
Another of 58 metres, also closed. The second home in the city of Jaén appears in the edict, the official notice of the auction, with over 58 square metres. Its bidding closed the same day.
Geolit plot 22 now has a buyer. As background, the Diputación de Jaén chose TRANSFORMADOS Y FERRALLA MORAL before this week for the sale of plot 22 at the Geolit Science and Technology Park, in Mengíbar, which was offered at 244,228.50 euros before VAT.

Between 7 and 14 October, the Jaén comarca had its news in the city of Jaén, with six new companies, the electrical refit of the tax office, a company named for the La Salobreja roofs and the bidding over for two flats, and in Mengíbar, with a performing arts company. Still open are the paving works across the capital and the Las Infantas road, and in Mengíbar the CEIP José Plata court, with the civic building in the old cinema under study. Martos still awaits builders to take on two roads and has club grants open, and Torredonjimeno must still award the park promenade and a lorry park. Mancha Real has the access from Pegalajar pending and its street lighting resolved. La Guardia de Jaén is assessing who will draw up its Plan General. Porcuna and Torredelcampo already have firms named to build their road and rural track respectively, while Fuerte del Rey has already resolved its sewerage tender, though no winner has been published. Fuensanta de Martos, Higuera de Calatrava, Jamilena, Santiago de Calatrava, Villardompardo, Los Villares and Villatorres feature in no recent official item.
