New works in Moncada, Rocafort and Foios add up to 1.2 million with bids open until October

The Horta Nord comarca shares top spot with the Vega Baja out of the 21 comarcas published today, with four newly published works tenders, while the IVIA contract in Moncada makes up 57.5 per cent of that sum.

Joint first with the Vega Baja in new works

The IVIA brings water to industrial estate 3 in Moncada. Published on 28 September by the IVIA, the Valencian agricultural research institute, at 688,603.69 euros excluding VAT with bids until 19 October, it is the largest of the four new tenders. See the tender.
Rocafort gets a pump track and new fencing. The fencing is out at 140,561.61 euros excluding VAT and the pump track at 107,438.02. Both close on 19 October. Sports centre and pump track.
Foios extends its multipurpose hall. The second phase of the Sala Polivalente, at 261,800 euros excluding VAT, takes bids until 13 October. See the tender.
Paterna renews the Parque Tecnológico stop. The redevelopment of Avenida Benjamin Franklin, at 43,930.44 euros excluding VAT with support from the IVACE, the regional business agency, remains open until 14 October. See the file.

Rafelbunyol doubles the average of the open works

Rafelbunyol closes two street works on Thursday. On 1 October bidding closes for the Barri Sant Pere, more than double the average of the open tenders, and for the old town resurfacing. Barri Sant Pere and resurfacing.

The Albalat day centre accounts for almost half the euros

Puçol connects its buildings with fibre. The fibre network, tendered at 82,635.97 euros excluding VAT, is listed as resolved in favour of ELECNOR SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS, S.A.U., and the Mangraners area is listed as awarded with no company published. Fibre and Mangraners.

The IVIA opened in Moncada the largest tender of the week, and the town also has a home in a court sale and its road signs contract already resolved, while Rocafort and Foios put out works at their sports centres. Paterna keeps the Canyada roundabout, the street lighting, the Torre and the Parque Tecnológico stop open, gains four companies, and on 28 September stopped taking bids for a home. Rafelbunyol and Almàssera close bidding on 1 October and Godella is looking for someone to maintain its buildings. Puçol awarded its fibre network and has a dwelling in a judicial auction until 7 October, and Alboraia gave a contractor to the sewer on Calle Sant Vicent. Albalat dels Sorells and Bonrepòs i Mirambell had already chosen their builders, and El Puig de Santa Maria and Massamagrell await a winner. Burjassot, Meliana, Rocafort, Foios and Massamagrell registered companies. Tavernes Blanques, La Pobla de Farnals, Museros, Albuixech, Alfara del Patriarca, Vinalesa, Massalfassar and Emperador had no tender, auction, company or municipal call this week.
