Sanlúcar de Barrameda gathers the 3 procedures that accept proposals today within the Costa Noroeste comarca, with a combined amount before VAT of 341,590 euros. Calle Sevilla uses up its margin today, Rematacaudales runs to the 20th and the 8 subsidised homes of El Picacho to 14 October. In Chipiona the swimming pool and the rural tracks have a builder assigned, and the local Ayuntamiento, the town hall, earmarks 25,000 euros for social services organisations.

El Picacho now has a tender to draw up its eight rental flats. The Gerencia Municipal de Urbanismo of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the municipal planning office, published on 29 September on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for the design and site management of a building of 8 subsidised rental homes. It is tendered at 34,024 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT, until 14 October.
The commission works out at 4,253 euros per home, and that is not the price of the flat. The figure divides the tender amount among the 8 flats. It pays for design and site management, not for the works. It is the smallest of the 3 live tenders, a tenth of the total.
Another Sanlúcar housing procedure, the legal advice service, expired on 2 October. Sanlúcar's Servicio de Asesoría Jurídica para la Vivienda Digna, a legal advice service on decent housing, tendered at 13,223 euros before VAT, closed its deadline on 2 October.

Rematacaudales launches a tender for the surface of its streets. The same Gerencia published on 30 September the surface rehabilitation of the industrial estate's roads, tendered at 212,153 euros before VAT. It accepts bids until 20 October and is the comarca's largest open works contract.
The renewal of Calle Sevilla has only today left. The renewal of Calle Sevilla, tendered at 95,413 euros before VAT, ends its deadline today, 7 October. Rematacaudales comes out at 2.2 times that figure. With El Picacho they make 3 tenders for 341,590 euros before VAT, all in Sanlúcar.
Chipiona assesses three rural tracks and Trebujena has left two bid deadlines behind. In Chipiona the resurfacing of Las Manchuelas, Alcubilla and Meca, tendered at 162,688 euros before VAT, remains under assessment, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. In Trebujena the deadlines expired on 28 September for the cemetery's building of burial niches, tendered at 206,612 euros before VAT, and for the video surveillance network, at 61,983. Together they reach 268,595 euros before VAT.

The Chipiona swimming pool learns which firm replaces the roof. The replacement of the municipal swimming pool's roof, tendered at 95,200 euros before VAT, is listed with an adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, to the company TECNODIMENSION HINCHABLE.
Chipiona's rural tracks have someone to fill their potholes. The pothole repairs on the tracks of the municipal area, tendered at 19,915 euros before VAT, appear with a paving company as contractor.
El Amarguillo and El Tiznado round off in Sanlúcar the trio of these seven days. The environmental improvement of those two tracks, tendered at 287,459 euros before VAT, has the company ACEINSA MOVILIDAD as contractor.
Mirador Doñana park, like the square in Rota, had builders from before. Carried over from earlier are the Parque Mirador Doñana, tendered at 1,309,485 euros before VAT, with the sociedad anónima, a public limited company, ALVAC, and the Plaza José Navarrete in Rota, at 295,882, with NEOCON BORNOS 2011.

One of the three new companies is born to build

REN 2026 is born in Chipiona to develop and build. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, recorded on 5 October the incorporation of REN 2026, a sociedad limitada, a private limited company, with 3,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company. It will engage in property development and building, and is the only one from the sector among the 3 new registrations.
Sanlúcar registers a retail intermediary and a fishing company. GERJERMUN ALPHA, with 3,000 euros, will engage in retail trade intermediation. The third company, in sea fishing and fish processing, contributes 4,000 euros, the largest capital of the three, which hold 10,000.
Chipiona shares out 25,000 euros among non-profit social services organisations. Chipiona Town Council registered on 30 September in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, its grants to local non-profit organisations, with a budget of 25,000 euros. Applications go in during the 20 days after publication in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Cádiz, the Provincial Official Gazette.
Three Andalusian calls also reach the comarca. The Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, publishes a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, of grants for young people aged 18 to 29. The Junta, the regional government, adds aid for losses from the flooding caused by the storms and travel grants for students on work placements.
