San Fernando de Henares tenders 3.65 million to resurface streets, half the sum out to bid in the Corredor

San Fernando de Henares is seeking a contractor to resurface its streets until 20 October, a contract that holds half the value of the 18 tenders with deadlines running in the Corredor del Henares comarca. The comarca also lists 68 properties at auction and not one of the remaining comarcas among the 21 published by CASAS.ES this Friday has as many, although 62 come from a single, already closed court procedure in Coslada.

San Fernando de Henares puts half the value of the 18 open tenders into its resurfacing

Four contracts hold three quarters of the money at stake

Eight municipalities in the Corredor del Henares have 22 contracts resolved or awarded, tendered at 11.2 million before VAT

Torrejón and Alcalá hold 14 of the 22 contracts

The Corredor del Henares comarca gathers 68 properties at auction and no other of today's 21 comarcas has as many

Almost two in three properties at auction are industrial units
  • Paracuellos de Jarama keeps the last live auction in the Corredor. The Auction Portal, the BOE's official website where courts sell property, has an industrial unit in Paracuellos de Jarama open for bidding, with no floor area in the notice. Bidding closes on 5 October.
  • A court closed bidding in Coslada on 62 properties in a single auction. This court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, closed its bidding on 28 September with 42 industrial units, 19 other properties and a garage. According to the notice, the floor areas of the properties range from 50 to 591 square metres. Another industrial unit in Coslada, with no floor area in the notice, closed its bidding on 30 September.
  • Torrejón de Ardoz and Mejorada del Campo closed four home auctions. In Torrejón de Ardoz bidding closed on 28 September for one home and on 1 October for another and for a third, this one in a 1971 building with a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 187,912 euros. The home in Mejorada del Campo closed on 30 September. None of the notices gives floor area.

Rivas-Vaciamadrid leads the 52 new companies of the Corredor del Henares

Rivas-Vaciamadrid provides more than a third of the new capital
  • The Corredor del Henares comes second of today's comarcas for new companies. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, lists 52 companies with a registered address in the comarca from 24 September to 1 October, the second highest figure of the 21 of the day after Málaga. Rivas-Vaciamadrid has 13, Alcalá de Henares 8 and Torrejón de Ardoz 7. The largest is set up in Rivas-Vaciamadrid with 20,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in, according to the BORME of 28 September.
  • Regional awards for digitalisation. On 28 September the regional Department for Digitalisation (Consejería de Digitalización) publishes in the National Grants Database (BDNS), the public register of grants, the call for its Premios Global Tech Digitalización, open across the region. The notice gives no amount or deadline.

Daganzo de Arriba publishes two land readjustment projects and three municipalities open business licences
