A university job tendered at 1.79 million outweighs the 8 open ones in the Ciudad Real comarca 2.5 times over

PROIMANCHA will refurbish the Fermín Caballero building, owned by the regional public university, in the city of Ciudad Real, on a 1,790,061 euro tender budget. The 8 works that still expect bids across the Ciudad Real comarca add up to 722,377 euros and three are new, in Fernán Caballero, Argamasilla de Calatrava and Calzada de Calatrava. The property company REALFOZ86 contributes 9 of every 10 euros of capital gathered by the 6 new companies.

Eight works in 6 municipalities take bids worth 722,377 euros and three are new this week

• Fernán Caballero roofs its sports hall with sandwich panels. On 9 October the town council published the licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for the energy upgrade of the municipal sports centre, with a budget of 45,310 euros excluding VAT, before tax. Bids are accepted until Tuesday 10 November.
• Argamasilla de Calatrava and Calzada de Calatrava complete the three newcomers. The park and tennis court in Argamasilla, published the same day at 56,416 euros, close earlier, on Monday 26 October. The redesign and resurfacing of two streets in Calzada came out on 8 October, tendered at 61,217 euros, with bids until Tuesday 3 November. The three newcomers add up to 162,943 euros.
• The council of the city of Ciudad Real has two tenders closing on the 13th and the 16th. On the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the tracks of La Atalaya, tendered at 116,138 euros, close on Tuesday 13, and the paving of the Plan de Aldeas 2026, tendered at 60,112, on Friday 16. The murals beside the new auditorium, worth 70,248 euros, take bids until 28 October.
• Miguelturra and Caracuel de Calatrava end their bid period on Monday 19. That day is the deadline for the roadways of Miguelturra, the largest open job in the Ciudad Real comarca, and the first phase of the medical surgery in Caracuel, tendered at 131,118 euros.

PROIMANCHA will refurbish the Fermín Caballero campus building and 5 village works wait their turn with 943,081 euros

• The regional university picks PROIMANCHA for the Fermín Caballero. The Plataforma lists the energy refurbishment of the building as awarded to PROIMANCHA INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, last updated on 8 October. Awarding is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work. The building stands on the Ciudad Real campus of the UCLM, the public university of Castilla-La Mancha. Tendered at 1,790,061 euros excluding VAT, it alone weighs 2.5 times the total of the 8 works now taking bids in the comarca.
• Miguelturra closes the mobility upgrade of a street. The platform and mobility upgrade of a street, tendered at 68,535 euros, has been listed since this week as closed, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, with no company in the published data.
• Five village works, 943,081 euros between them, await a contractor. Their deadlines have passed and their councils are studying the bids: the second phase of the Almagro music school, the largest at 428,730 euros, the resurfacing of roads in Argamasilla de Calatrava, at 293,975, the milling and resurfacing of streets in Torralba de Calatrava, the pipes and pavements of Calzada de Calatrava and a stretch of the water network in Poblete. The refurbishment of the table tennis hall of the Patronato Municipal de Deportes in the capital is still a prior notice.

Just one storage room is left under auction inside the city of Ciudad Real, with Tuesday 13 as the limit

• A single auction remains open, its lot a storage room. A storage room in the city of Ciudad Real is in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid, with bids until Tuesday 13 October. The edicto, the official notice of the auction published by the court, gives no metres. The CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 199,707 euros in the building, referring to its homes. The other auction, of a parking space of 23.35 usable metres in Miguelturra, has already ended.
• The Tesorería seeks a buyer for a property in the city. Bids are still being studied for the disposal of a property of the Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, the common service that collects contributions and manages the assets of Spain's Social Security system, tendered at 345,564 euros, with the deadline already passed.

REALFOZ86 is born with 210,000 euros to invest in property from the city of Ciudad Real

• REALFOZ86 supplies 9 in every 10 euros of the newly created capital. The BORME, the official gazette of the Companies Register, published on 8 October the incorporation of REALFOZ86, with 210,000 euros of share capital, the money the shareholders put in when founding the company, which is not its turnover, to acquire, develop and let property. That is 70 times the 3,000 euros with which 3 of the other 5 start out.
• SOLUCIONES CAPITALISTAS includes lettings among its activities. Published in the BORME of 6 October with 4,000 euros in the capital, it declares property lettings among its activities.
• A supermarket, a wholesaler and a farming firm close the roll. The same gazette of 6 October registers VAREMAR SUPERMERCADO and ANLIN COMPRAS AGRUPADAS INTERNACIONAL in the capital and AGROSERVICIOS BERENGUELA in Almagro. In Moral de Calatrava a holding company is born with 10,000 euros.

Two regional calls, for home refurbishment and for exports, serve all 25 municipalities

• Refurbishing a home or a building has a call once again. On 7 October the Dirección General de Vivienda of Castilla-La Mancha registered in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the 2026 call, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, to refurbish homes and buildings and improve their energy efficiency. • Anyone wishing to sell abroad can count on grants for their plan. The Instituto de Promoción Exterior de Castilla-La Mancha published on 5 October the grants for individual internationalisation plans 2026-2027.
• The Diputación backs the promotion of Campo de Calatrava wine. The Diputación Provincial de Ciudad Real, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, awards a subvención nominativa, a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, to the association that promotes that wine. It is one of the 8 already assigned this week, 5 from Ciudad Real city council and 3 from the Diputación.
